We stopped at the McDonald's on Sheridan to grab a quick snack after finishing a workout. We ordered a double cheeseburger plain and a double hamburger ketchup only. When they handed us the bag, the hamburger was missing, so we asked for the burger, they gave us a cheeseburger. When we asked them to fix it, they handed us another bag full of 2 cheeseburgers. They had us pull up so they could serve others behind us and they brought us out a bag of 2 more cheese burgers. at this point we clearly said we needed 1 double hamburger with only ketchup on it, they finally brought us a bag of 2 hamburgers, one was a double with nothing on it, the other was a single hamburger with ketchup and mustard. We made this work and just asked for some ketchup. Kind of left a sour taste in our mouth at that location, we will be finding another McDonald's to go to for the foreseeable future. read more

The coffee was soooooooo hot! I had never had coffee that hot in my life! I had to way a good while to drink it. I guess it's that hot for people on the go and can't drink it until they get where they are going. I also had the egg and sausage McMuffin without cheese. It was totally delicious. My daughter has to take medicine before she eats and forgot her water on the table. She had the medicine in her mouth and realized she didn't bring her water. She asked the lady in the window if she could have water. The lady rushed and got her some. She could tell my daughter was having a problem. What a wonderful group of employees at this McDonalds! Let me tell you this missing items to at the point I have to file two complaints couple months ago. I've reported chemical infested tasting McDonald's French mochas they tasted like somebody washed it with a bunch of soap and never rinsed it correctly, and also after that incident ,I tried it again. I had a mobile order around midnight and as I go to the window the guy proceeded to mumble and I had to tell him a few times that I had a mobile order and gave him my code. I then go to the window and a Hispanic(my guess) man maybe upper 50s asked me what my order was. I literally showed him the receipt and what I order. He grabs my phone and walks all around the kitchen with my phone in his hands. He then says he doesn't have the order. I was like well it's literally on my app and the code and receipt is right there. He proceeds to tell me he doesn't care. And tell me it's not in his computer and shakes his head and says he doesn't care about my order since he doesn't see it???? I was like what? I was pretty quiet the whole time since I was so confused and he told me to that he doesn't care about my mobile order since HIS employee didn't process. He told me he doesn't care and so get out of line. I then ask him if I will get a refund since there was a glitch maybe? IDK . And he kept shaking his head and raises his voice at me and says he doesn't care about my order and to get out. I drove away because I didn't want to hassle at midnight lol but anyways I lost $5 but it was the principal behind it. Order the BBQ burger with no grilled onions. They made me pull and wait to get my food. When the gentlemen brought it to me, I notoriously check my food anywhere I go. Over course it had grilled onions plus I asked for hot mustard which I did not get. I had the guy remake the order. The manager working today 03/15/2121 who assisted me at 10am is so unprofessional. Rudest service ever! She couldn't find my online order and kept brushing me off an walking away. Even after showing her my online order and receipt 3 times she said she couldn't find it, she kept walking away talking to her employees in Spanish which by the way I could not understand. Yet her employees were giggling. It was frustrating and I eventually gave up and placed another order and everything she put on my order was wrong. This is LITERALLY the WORST McDonald's in the ENTIRE STATE! They lie about their business hours online - THIS IS NOT A 24-hour location! This McDonald's would be more profitable if they fired all the burn-out stoners and hired a troop of circus chimpanzees. During business hours, I have been told that they are ONLY processing orders for Uber Eats delivery drivers. This is a total lie - just because they are too STRUNG OUT or LAZY to fill an order. The staff frequently invites their friends to come and chat through the drive up window with them. When this is underway, they ignore the Drive Thru customers and instead socialize with their fellow DREGS parked at Window #2, holding up the entire process. I have personally witnessed an employee flip the "FŪCK YOU" middle finger at customers who voiced their displeasure with the abhorrent service here. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! I ordered through uber eats and my ENTIRE order was wrong. I ordered a Big Mac combo (no onions) large fries Large sweet tea A20 piece With six sauces A Mac Jr No onions And a mcdouble No onions. When I received my order, I wasn't given a sweet tea, I was given some pink drink. All the burgers had onions on them, and I wasn't given any sauce for my nuggets. When I ordered, everything on the screen was correct, 1 large sprite, 1 medium sprite, and 1 medium fry. I decided to park and go in. Inside there were 4 people in a group and I said excuse me 4 times and finally raised my voice so someone could hear me.
