This time you have simply amazed me with your lack of attention, and apparently aptitude. How do you make a Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel meal with extra Bacon and forget to put an egg on it? How do you pick up the wrapped sandwich and not know something is wrong? I have had I believe 2 visits to this location where something wasn't amiss. Even the Burrell Management team says to go to a different location (owners) if you expect normal excellence. How do you fix that problem? Placed mobile order for pick up. They were all working on drive through orders. Several people waiting for orders. I asked three people including one manager to check on our orders. They all walked away with no reply. My chicken sandwich was fairly warm and your mayo outside the box fan inside. The fries were hot because I watched the guy Cook about 8 baskets while I waited. Theoretically this was supposed to be a curbside order but after waiting 10 mins for 2 large cokes and watching everyone else curbside get delivered and everyone in the drive thru leave, I walked into the restaurant to get my own drinks. Staff didn't address me when I stood at the counter, looking like I needed something and then didn't offer an apology or explanation when I told them no one had brought my mobile order. After telling them we just called the woman said "well we ran out stuff and would not serve us. That's fine. Burger King next door was open and much more friendly. Went through their "24 hour drive thru" only to have them tell me that they were, in fact, closed. This seriously inconvenienced me as I was on a timed lunch break and was relying on that food to be available. It's fairly typical to have your order missing a component or two at this location, but this is the first time I've ever had them completely closed. This McDonalds is definitely one of the best I've ever gone too! They accept all of the deals online and have a ton. I can get a whole meal from there for just $2! (Large Fry, Medium McCafe, McChicken, and an Ice Cream Cone!) If you don't already use the McDonalds app, I would definitely recommend it, along with this restaurant! read more

Stay away from this sewer unless you want to eat in filth! Ate there on Dec 23,2013, wish I had not, still hoping I don't die from food poisoning. This has to be the dirtiest restaurant that I have ever been in. Nothing was clean! The tables, chairs and floor were covered in left over food! And no the restaurant was not very busy, if I have seen all of this before I ate my meal I would have walked back out the door. Today's visit was so horrible I even filed a complaint on the website. First off I was already disappointed when I saw that all the sandwiches on the all day breakfast menu were McMuffins. So I tried to change my order only to be told that they were out of everything I tried to order including hash browns. SO I gave up and ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal. The entire meal was disgusting. The fries were cold and the meat was dry and old. Even the cheese on it was hard! It was like it had been made several hours earlier and they just threw on some onions and mayo. The worst part is this meal was free because of another time they had messed up my order and they couldn't even manage to serve fresh food for someone returning after a previous mess up.
