This Is a rundown McDonald's in the middle of one of the busiest sections of US 301 and Ellenton. I have come here numerous times only to be disappointed just about each time by their service. It does not seem to matter whether it is in the middle of a rush hour, or when there's only one or two people inside the restaurant, the service is extremely slow. For example, I wanted two McChicken sandwiches at about 5 o'clock. Should be simple enough to do, even adding a fry shouldn't be a big deal. Had to wait on both in the drive-through for several minutes. Again, I could put many examples on here, but it would take up too much space and waste too much time. This McDonalds is literally the worst. They never give you sauce when you ask fir it at the speaker. One time I even double checked at the window and asked if the sauce was in my bag and they said yes. I pulled away and there was no sauce in the bag. The wait is Ridiculous. The other day when we reached the half hour point waiting in drive through, we finally pulled away and went down the road to another McDonald's. This wasn't a one time thing. It is always like this. People don't know how to use the lane split at this location. So you'll have everyone waiting patiently in line, and then someone pulls around and cuts everyone in line and goes into the second drive-through lane even though it doesn't split until the very end.
