Live in Emmett and have 2 small children who enjoy Happy Meals... First, we visit once a week and dine in the restaurant, so this is an extended review. Tables and bathrooms are always well taken care of and clean. The staff at this location are sweet to our kids and walk our food to our table every time, this is a nice touch. The meals are always consistent and they get our order right every single visit. The staff dress attire is always nice and they match shirts and denim jeans, repeating the brand well. Straws, forks, that kind of stuff is always behind the counter, so a bit challenged to source and often need to wait in line to get those after the fact, which is why the 4 star and not a 5 star review. If I owned a Mc D's franchise this location is a model for others. read more

Every time I go to this location it takes 20 plus minutes to get my food. Currently in line and it's been 28 mins and we're not even at the window to pay yet. SMH definitely do not recommend unless you feel like spending an hour to get your food. read more

Stopped by for some refreshment before heading back home from cherry festival. I don't expect great food at fast food restaurants, I look for cleanness and service. I'd put zero stats if possible. Almost every time I come here they forget something I PAID FOR. Got the big breakfast just for them to forget the hash brown and syrup. Seriously love the mornings here at McD's! Great service with a smile and energetic atmosphere. The best time to come in is around 6am-7:30am due to the morning crew. Always a good laugh to be had and you will leave feeling better than when you came in. It's just like the normal McDonald franchise in that they will mess up your order sometimes but the good times outweighs the bad. read more

I stopped at McDonald's drive-through tonight to get fast food. The guy that took my order was friendly. After I paid, I went to the next window and I waited for 5 to 7 minutes and then they asked me to pull up to the next window, I was frustrated, but I did. I waited for over 10 minutes. No one came out. I finally pulled up, got out of my car when in trying to get someone's attention, no one would come to the front. There was no visor or bell to ring. After at least five minutes, I finally got someone's attention and they brought a bag and I said I sure hope that is my drive-through order. I ordered over 15 minutes ago and three cars had got their food and moved past me! The lady didn't say anything and gave it to me! I said this is ridiculous. I get in my car the fries are cold and hard! My chicken nuggets are disgustingly hard I ordered two apple pies. They only had one so they gave me cookies in place and the cookies are hard! This is ridiculous very very disgusted. A waste of my $14.21!!! I asked for honey for dipping for my chicken nuggets I got honey mustard! I hate that! Honestly don't understand why this McDonald's has such bad reviews, 8/10 times they get the order right. My main complaint would be that they forget the sauces a lot of chicken nuggets, but that's minor. I also understand that there are a lot of new people in training right now with the pandemic. I wouldn't even give it a star if I had a choice seems like every McDonald's in the state of Idaho their frappe machine somehow doesn't work or they're just too lazy to refill it. I did a curbside pick up away a bacon double quarter pound or with cheese with no onions and no pickles and a large caramel frappe after 20 minutes of waiting while I don't even remember how many cars went through the drive-through I received a plain quarter pounder with onions and pickles on it and they decided to tell me that the frappe machine was down they didn't give me a refund I'm so tired of crappy service from all McDonald's. read more

The McDonald's in Emmett Idaho is probably the worst McDonald's you could ever go to 99% of the time when they tell you we are waiting on fries they are usually always cold . The drive through is the worst I went for a couple sandwiches the other day and had to wait in line 35 minutes for my food while other people were served. Visited this McD's basically because it was close to hotel and needed a quick place to grab breakfast in the morning and an occasional quick lunch. I dont like to frequent McD that much for obvious reasons but it was limited choices here in Emmett. The staff behind the counter were not very friendly and actually rude. It didnt matter if it was morning or lunch same poor attitude. One benefit was that thier WIFI worked. Other McD I have been to claim they have WIFI but never been able to connect. The food is McD from top to bottom not worse or better. The store is actually pretty clean compared to other McD I've been to. Overall not too impressed. read more

Mc Donald's needs to take better care of their customers. I woke in the middle of the night vomiting, it was from a salad I ate at Mc Donald's. Should have warned people a long time ago. Never leave this location drive through window withot making sure everything you paid for is actually in the bag. Often it is not. Also, open each container to make sure you actually have the product you ordered, often you do not. No cheese on burgers that are supposed to have cheese, no fries in bag, no Canadian bacon on egg mcmuffins (this was the last straw that finally made me let the world beware). Always check everything in each container, down to even making sure they put meat on your sandwich. read more
