The blurb suggested getting a side of sausage gravy to dip kalachi in. My partner likes sausage gravy & thought it sounded good. I picked it up and although it now seems a bit rookie of me, I took the tied up bag, paid & left. Getting home I discovered there was no gravy. I was charged 2.29 for the side. I'm outside of city limits & too hungry to make the 15-20 minute drive back in to get gravy missed. Called to see if some type of credit could be done. They sell doughnuts as well so possibly a doughnut credit? I was told they couldn't do anything for me. They couldn't credit my card... ok, but apparently crediting a name on a sticky note for a doughnut couldn't be possible either. No other options were offered. Although it's not a lot of money for something I didn't receive, their "can't do anything for you", left a bad taste. The croissant ordered was soggy & tasted old. Partner didn't care for the Kalachi, so... we definitely won't be back. I wish buying local, meant something good, but sadly not at 4th street Fusion.

Tables and bathrooms are always well taken care of and clean. The staff at this location are sweet to our kids and walk our food to our table every time, this is a nice touch. The meals are always consistent and they get our order right every single visit. The staff dress attire is always nice and they match shirts and denim jeans, repeating the brand well. Straws, forks, that kind of stuff is always behind the counter, so a bit challenged to source and often need to wait in line to get those after the fact, which is why the 4 star and not a 5 star review. If I owned a Mc D's franchise this location is a model for others.

They're the same height as the old big round ones were but some of the cookies in the pack are now very oblong shaped. Looks like about 1/4 of the cookie dough is missing. The shrinkflation is not appreciated. Making the cookies a different shape doesn't trick us, we can see what's going on. It started out with just one cookie in each pack missing dough. Now it's several of them. & no, they aren't thicker, they're actually slightly thinner than they used to be. Consumers do pay attention to the details & some of us keep a file of pictures of how the products have changed over time. It's been pushing my household to make our own cookies. Cookies freeze well. They come out of the freezer wonderful & moist. Saving money & getting the nice big cookies we've grown accustomed to. Win, win.
