I started a new job literally 2 minutes away from this location a few months ago. Given my laziness.. fast food is normally the move for my lunch break. And have constantly been let down by this location. Wether it be the drive through hardly ever open or wait times or rude employees. That being said. My business has generally been directed towards Arby's and mannnn. I'm tired of eating beef and cheddars every night... So I get on my lunch break today (7:30 pm. 10/29/19). As I start to drive past McDonald's. I look and the sign says new management but get this.. not only was the drive through open but it was busy too! So I gave it the good ole college try once again. And was nothing but pleased. Nice employees, Line moved at a good pace, fries were a lil stale but burgers were fresh and from order screen to getting my food only took 10 minutes. I just hope it stays that way. read more

Terrible. Pulled up to drive thru to over hear a conversation about something being dilated??!!? Was then told through the speaker that they could take my order at the second window, cash only. Waited behind ONE car for 10 minutes. Gave up. Not sure what they were doing but I've never experienced anything like that at any McDonalds ever. read more

The food here is okay but there is only one problem sometimes they are not open during breakfast hours. I asked why they were not opened and the worker told me because no one was there to open the store. The management there needs to fix that. This is a business and you need to run it professionally and not open the store whenever you want to. Please also make sure you check your orders they tend to screw them up alot. read more

Bad service. The girl at the counter messed up my order and overcharged me. When I looked at the receipt I saw I was charged for a bagel instead of a Mcgriddle. They made it out to be my fault. No apologies, just annoyance that I wouldn't take what they gave me for more money and leave. read more

changes and prices occur too fast. i like the sandwiches that come on english muffins. they refuse to toast the muffin and their sausage biscuits taste like hell. it's like eating raw bread. you can ask them all you want and drive around all you want, but they won't toast the muffins to taste like toast. i'm giving them 2 stars because it's embarrassing to only give one. the store managers tell you to come in side, what the hell is their drive thru all about??? they waste more time doing nothing. employees here don't give a rats azz about how to try and give good services. owner hasn't lifted a finger to make things better. must make too much money. read more

We go here sometimes at lunch or right after work for a snack (since we work nearby), but in general it's pretty dirty. Food tastes consistent with McDonald's quality and the employees are very nice. Just needs to be on McDonald's list of remodels. read more

I don't really like this location, if I am at home and don't feel up to going that far then I do. 9 times out of 10, when I come here, the drive-thru isn't working and they don't even have a sign or anyone out there letting you know. So I sat there for awhile and finally pulled around and these people really don't seem to care about it it at all. They also don't let you know on the app when you mobile order that you have to come inside due to their system being down so I sat outside for awhile and it told me my order was being prepared so I gave it 15 minutes then went in and they just kind of shrugged their shoulders and played around. I am very disappointed in this McDonalds. They forgot half of my order and they put ice in my friends drink when she specifically asked for no ice. The fries were also not salty when typically they are salted We were given sass and bad attitudes when ordering. I expect more, McDonalds, and am very heartbroken by what just occurred! read more

Horrible service. Filthy inside. Yesterday I sent my daughter in to get food. When we got home she bit into her burger and it was raw inside. She didn't tell me immediately, because she immediately tried to regurgitate the piece that she ate. It was even brighter pink in the inside. I took it back to the McDonalds and the manager was very unprofessional and the store was a mess. She took the sandwich box out of my hand and placed it on a filthy counter with cooked food. Then she remade the sandwich, but I didn't allow my daughter to eat it. I took pictures of the filth on the floor and counters, then one of the employees noticed and began sweeping. There were ants crawling on a paper towel soaking up a liquids under the milkshake machine. There were fries everywhere. There was no one in the dining area and only 3 people in line besides me and my daughter. The manager never offered an explanation or apology. She just said I can remake it and walked away. I asked how could it happen and she said, "I don't know it's made on a timer" then she walked away. When the sandwich was remade she called out to another employee, "This is her stuff" and passed it to another employee to hand to me. I have written corporate about horrible service here before but never had I had raw food. This is the McDonalds that everyone talks bad about. it's obvious that I never should have went back there. It's a shame. It is the only McDonalds in Euclid and it employs the city's youth, but I think it should be shut down. read more

I went to McDonalds this morning which was very busy. I waited 15 min to get through the drive-thru just for an oatmeal. They were about to give me the wrong order before it was caught. When I got to work to eat m oatmeal it was soupy (too much water) and then I found long black hair in the oatmeal (I thought they wore hair nets). If I could give this McDonald's zero stars I would!!!! Went in today and ordered my food and waited 30 minutes to get served. While waiting, there was a line of people waiting but no one working the register and 2 customers ended up leaving after not being helped!!! When food was ready no one was bagging it so people were coming in from drive thru saying their food was cold. Cooks in the back were doing everything but working! They were dancing, looking at the line and laughing. Asked for the managers name (Aaron), who was there but not getting his workers to do what they needed to! Worst service experience. I went at 1020 am. No toilet paper in stalls, hand dryer not working properly. Went to get napkins, none were available. As I ordered the cashier told me they had nothing I was requesting. I told the cashier about the lack of toilet paper and he did not care. I left without buying anything and will not go back. I went to this McDonalds on November 28th, 2018 between the hours of 9:45pm-10pm and when I approached the speaker I was asked to come to the second window. I then placed my order and specifically asked the young man if I could have a medium Big Mac meal. I asked if I could have my fries hot out of the grease and a medium sprite. After waiting for 5 minutes (at the time I was the only one in the drive thru line) the young man came back with my order. I checked my food and touched and tasted my fries and they were cold , over cooked and hard. I told the young man that my fries was not hot and he stated to me that the fries just came out the grease and he closed the window and walked away. At this point I was very irritated. Not realizing when I got home I did not have Sprite I had something that tasted like Soda Water, This was the second bad experience I had with this McDonald's. I refuse to go back to this McDonald's.
