Although it's getting a bit out of hand when I'm order 1605 and they're up to 1650s at this point. I was waiting outside in the rain and I gave my number the second I got there. Any further attempts were made to be an annoyance by workers borderline slamming the doors after handing the readied order. Finally one worker who was kind enough to hear others out helped me and gave me my order. Although it was missing the drink and sauce that should've been included in the happy meal. We pulled up this morning to place a LARGE order for our family and the guy at the drive thru was so kind and let us know that it would take a few minutes to get it done. We then realized, he was all by himself, no one helping him. Car after car had to park in the parking lot while he cooked, took orders and ran outside to deliver orders. He had to lock the door because a lot of people were walking in and had to turn around and walk back out. A lot of not-morning people were pissed! I don't blame them but it's not this guy's fault. The store is very well informed that it's graduation season so families will be in to grab a quick bite before running off to their events. AND they know very well that some of these college students are going to call in sick or be no-shows because their families are here. I'm sad that it put this much pressure on this guy to do it all! He kept himself together and pushed on through while remaining positive. This student can add to his resume: Excels in Time-Sensitive Situations. Dear Manager - you have a good one. They were running a new special. So I ordered the meal with a coke. Well I got it & the fries were fresh & hot. Nicely salted. Utterly delicious. The coke had no ice just like I requested but it was a Diet Coke. I didn't ask for a Diet Coke. And the burger - what can I say? I couldn't even taste the burger over the smokey stuff they put on it. It wasn't BBQ sauce. The smokey taste was acrid & unappealing. I ate a piece of bacon alone. Ultra thin & limp. No real bacon taste. I don't eat fast food, but my passengers were hungry and said that they would love to stop at McDonald's so we did. A mobile order was placed, and after 12 minutes of waiting after checking in at curbside, which was less than two minutes after placing the order, I called the restaurant to tell them we had been waiting, and the food hadn't come out. I was told by the employee "oh yeah, we are waiting on your food" which is clearly the lazy answer for we forgot you we will be out whenever we want. An additional five minutes past and someone approached our car, they did not look like they worked there. They were in street clothes very messy, hair, and unfriendly. Upon opening the bag, my passengers discovered that not only were the nuggets missing three nuggets, but they were cold and hard, the fries were not fresh and unsalted as requested, when ordering, and the burgerwas smashed with a hard bun. Absolutely trash. Ordered something on McDonalds app for drive through late at night. Got charged online but the manager told me they only accept cash, and my order is not shown up in their system. So I should expect a refund in 2 business days. Then I search up this McDonald's on Ubereats. Says they are still open. So I used a 40% off coupon to order the same thing for delivery although it's only 0.1 mile away from me. Apparently they don't want to prepare my order. They still accepted my order on Ubereats but right after they changed to "delivery unavailable". As a result, countless drivers kept coming from long distances thinking they got an order. But once they arrived they got told there was no food and had to cancel it. The manager has really bad attitude like she doesn't care. Went to McDonalds late, as only 24 hour one. Waited in drive through agonizingly long behind 10 cars to then be told it's "Cash only" at night. THE HELL!? "Is that ok...?" Hi, I wish you had a bike rack I could actually lock my bike up to. It seems like you don't want me to lock up to your fence, but the plastic thing that looks like a bike rack is inadequate for many styles of bikes (big tires, quick release, etc) and requires specific types of locks that can fit through them. I think this would totally ramp up your sales. So many of us bicycling folks are poor and would love to make a stop from the bike path to Mickey D's for some cheapo breakfast sandwiches in our morning commute. Anyway, it's a McDonald's. McDonald's seems to have a pretty consistent level of service across their locations. This one fits that bill. I like to sit in their outdoor seating area and watch the birdies that always have something to snack on. They've got a little fountain out there and I like to watch the world go by. Came here at around 9:30am and ordered a big breakfast. The cashier looked very tired. Then I found a DEAD FLY in the scrambled egg when it's already halfway finished! Unbelievable. Unfortunately, this place is clearly understaffed. Expect a 20+ minute wait time late at night in the drive-through.
