Drive-thru customers, check your orders before driving away. back at the hotel we discovered Bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit was missing bacon. we weren't given a fork or syrup for the pancake meal. I ordered a quarter pounder and fries. the meat was dry and black. 2 drops of mustard and 3 of sauce on a dry bun. fries were inedible. had no condiments, salt, pepper, ketchup available for customers and had to wait in line to get from the 1 person working, so food was cold. i will not return. read more

I was driving through Eureka Springs with my kids and needed some fast food. This place was horrible. Slow, dirty, worker had to take her earbud out to hear me speak to her. They didn't have any signs posted where they should take your order letting you know to pull forward. It was chaotic. They were out of what I wanted. The workers seemed to be in a weird trance. This was horrible. We are from out of town and so 1st off the line was wrapped all the way around the building. 2nd off we had ordered a burger and guess what? After we were 10 miles down the road we found out it was not in the bag. We also got the wrong sauce but again trying not to be a Karen. We then called and told them and we asked if we could have a refund but they said that they had to have the card that we paid with which is not helpful. But I would like to add this: In addition to all the inexcusable conditions listed below, this may be the most expensive McDonald's in existence. We live in Hawaii. Went through the drive thru maybe around 9:30 at night, this was a couple weeks ago but just now got the app to actually say things, they said my price and I was just curious how it got that way, when they gave me my change back I asked if I could look at a receipt, the teenager at the window literally just closed the window on my face and told me to go, so at the next window I asked the same question, this time at least this young lady got the receipt for me did take about 10 mins to get it tho. read more

Had to wait at the counter at 9:15 nobody around but there was plenty of management in the back I noticed. When I finally got my order, my caramel Macchiato- hot was not hot . It tasted like warm milk, watered down. I thought McDonald's was known for their hot coffee? The floors throughout the lobby were very slick and I almost fell down several times. I noticed many other patrons walking carefully not to fall. The overhead duck was leaking condensation from the vent onto the floor in front of the counters. Why? Does anyone not notice getting dropped on? There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms so we had to go use the bathroom somewhere else. Nobody in the entire building was smiling, they all look like they hated working here. After reviewing many other reviews, which I should've done in the first place, many of them were negative I would have not come here to begin with, I do not recommend this place. The staff was not friendly at all. Coffee made wrong and cold, the floors were not safe, all lobby trash bins were over flowing, the place was dirty. This is a modern-ish McDonald's. Had a kiosk at the door. Should you miss it to go to the restroom first, you'll stand at the counter until you figure it out (usually by watching someone else walk in and place their order at the kiosk) other than that, just you're normal chain. read more

My husband and I were staying just down the road at a hotel. We walked to McDonald's and we were there at 8:55. The doors were locked so we couldn't go in so we waited in-line behind 6 cars. I loved arriving to a man screaming at people in the parking lot for cigarettes. Once inside the place is swarming with flies and it's only been open for three hours. If I could leave ZERO stars I would! This was the worst experience we have ever had. First we AREN'T from this area. Second they weren't EVEN busy and the place was NASTY!!! Third the manager that was working was RUDE! When I asked for my refund because I had been waiting 30 MINUTES for it to come out. She threw the food that had been sitting the warmer for who knows how long right into the trash! Third yes we paid a card but when asking if someone paid with card or cash there is no reason to be rude about it. Yes I may have told the manager there was no need to have attitude but I did or have an attitude myself. Will not be going back to this McDonalds ever again. read more

I was there today 3/1/21 at 2:30 PM. There was about 6 cars in front of us and waited about 14 minutes to get to the order kiosk . I asked the or taker why such a long wait, she rudely responded there were only 3 people in the store. I said you have to be kidding me, she said no and said I had a bad attitude and should eat somewhere else, and refused to take my order! So now you know how McDonald's in Eureka Springs saves money on help. The guy that owns this clown show will probably be on the cover of McDonald's Monthly telling all the other franchise owners how to save money. What a waste... If this McDonalds had its drive through open you'd be waiting for 30 minutes and your order will still be wrong. This is what happens when you're inside with At least 7 people working. When you order your food, make sure you expect to grab your own cups! Because they just walk away to go play on their phones. After waiting 25 minutes for food, the order was still wrong. It took us another 10 minutes to get it fixed. I'm glad I'm only here on vacation. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Not to mention the rude staff, who sigh exasperatedly at you whilst ordering your food. Choose a better restaurant. Go to the gas station, go to dollar general.
