Some things not right here. We ordered nuggets and didn't get sauce. They told my daughter it costs 17 cents. Huh? I asked and they gave it to me but it was weird. They gave us the wrong size pop. No napkins or drink refills in the lobby. Every table in the lobby was dirty. Maybe about average for McDonald's nowadays but not the standard they had in the 1980's or 1990's. Went into McDonald's today thinking that ordering from the mobile app that I could get my food to my table, well they removed the numbers from the table, so ordering from the app you have to pick your food at the to go window! While people ordering from the kiosk, can get their food sent to the table via a placard pick up at the kiosk! The place has lost its luster, as it feels like I am eating at a laundromat! The cleaning of the tables was so so! Please return numbering to the table, and add an extra place to dump the trash! To be honest this McDonald's is underrated. It's always clean and neat. The workers are aways patient and nice. The food is mid though.

Where to start? This McDonald's is TERRIBLE. 1.) I asked for TWO Big Macs, guess what I got? TWO QUARTER POUNDERS! WTH?! 2.) Their restaurant is dirty, and the employees are rude. 3.) The day in which this is being written, I had gotten two Big Mac meals and the drinks were totally fine. I ordered two hamburgers tonight for my daughter. Two hamburgers only ketchup, only mustard. The receipt stated that exactly. My daughter and I than drove home when she opened the wrapper she found no mustard, no ketchup, only pickles and onions on both. We drove back to McDonalds to complain when we received the new order I told the manager to let whoever made the order that I had more invested in gas to return the hamburgers and get the corrected order than I paid for the hamburgers. When we got the next order of two hamburgers only ketchup, only mustard guess what. They forgot the mustard, my daughter took them anyway because she was hungry. The food is sometimes cold, they are quick with service though. Unlike Medford's McDonald's, they fill the whipped cream topping to the top for drinks. It's located on a busy street so if you don't like that, I dont suggest going here. read more

Better bone up on your spanish if you want a correct order ! As MexDonald's has supplanted a wide ranging age of Mexicans, in place of American youths as were previously hired at these places, it's hard pressed to find a counter person that actually speaks english. (I'm guessing the Mexicans work for nearly free, compared with American youths.) As a result of this dynamic shift in employment, comes also a dramatic reduction in food prep quality. (if you ask for no onions, you may for example, get "extra" cheese instead. As poor as the english speaking skills are at the order counter, the reading of special instructions by the "cooks" in back, is even worse! It is NOT recommended to eat at this establishment. Other than the occasional issue, this location always has orders ready immediately with NO waiting by the time you get to the 2nd drive-thru window. One of the fastest locations in the State of Minnesota, which really leaves other locations state- and countrywide seriously lacking. Friendly employees as well. read more
