I would have given them a zero star if I could have. No cars in the drive thru expect me. I sat there for a good three minutes and then another car pulled up. They took that car's order first. I expressed my displeasure. Whole store was very combative and a manager even stared me down when I went inside to complain. Normally leave fast food alone but the service was exceptionally BAD. Walked in with the manager( shift leader or graduate of Hamburger University) whatever they call them talking to an employee about her car both with their backs to the counter both giving side glances at me but ignoring me. Then there was a break in their conversation and the manager said order for Rick, and I said yes and he just turned away again. Proceeded to open bag for another employee and then after others, not the manager put stuff in two bags the manager grabs two drinks placing them on the counter gets the two bags and placed them on the counter and says have a good one as he walks away. I ask for a drink carrier and he grabs one places it on the counter with a look of annoyance and leaves. Horrible customer service probably cause they don't have to deal with customers anymore. It's your typical cookie cutter McDonalds, however it's new. With it being new it has a new staff. The food is average but one thing I found disheartening is the lack of cleanliness. The tables were dirty and the floors too. I had to take a napkin and wet it at the soda fountain just to clean off the table and chairs. The manager just sat at the booth interviewing potential employees. I hope that the employees are watching me clean my table so that they are able to do their job! Never thought something normally as pedestrian as a Micky D drive through experience would prompt me to review it. Not intended as a warning to consumers, I hope this is a wake up for the management of this store. With plenty of time before my shift start last evening, I stopped to grab enough chow to get through the night. Ordering and paying went smoothly as usual. There was no one at the first pickup window, for 3 minutes. The people ahead of me were served at the second window, and after they left the first window continued to be vacant, so I rolled on to number 2. I then counted 8 vehicles get served behind me, at #1, over the next 5 minutes. Nobody even knew there was a car at the 2nd window. Once there were no cars left in the lane, and still unacknowledged, I parked and ran in. I presented my receipt and a young lady handed me a bag. When I asked if I could also have the drink that accompanies value meals, she came around the counter, grabbed a cup from a stack, and pointed toward the beverage self service area. Without saying a word. No apologies for the delay or the almost incomplete order. I live in another state, in an area where the people grow up amidst really crappy service standards and attitudes, and so think that it is normal, and it is self-perpetuating. This experience was so bad that I finally decided to publicly denounce the trend of apathetic, egocentric, and in this case, inconsiderate/rude behavior. Managers, some of us out here still give a damn about both showing respect and being courteous. If I can do it in my job, I don't find it unreasonable to expect it of others. Start raising the expectations at your store. Visit a Chick-fil-a store to see exemplary customer service and write a list of ways it's different from your store. Then go to work and teach some younger people that since there is better food out there, and prices are very similar in the fast food industry, they had better provide the best possible experience for your customers if they want to keep the business open and paycheck coming. In short, if I can see 4 other stores from your driveway, and I have this negative feel on my memory, I'm going to pick one of the others. We stopped here onour way to Cortez. The people working the counter were extremely friendly and we received our food quickly. The place is quiet and clean. I enjoyed the fact that they're having a contest between the other franchises owned by the same company. Keep up the good work. read more

Our experience with this particular McDonalds was horrible on September 3. We used the drive thru service on our way out of this town around 10pm. We had a order of 20 piece chicken nuggets and did not receive any sauces at all. I requested a few different flavors. As we are 15 miles out of town we realized there were no sauces at all. Imagine how frustrating it can be to have eat 20 pieces of chicken nuggets with no sauces. Then my daughter opens her big mac burger to find out she has 2 middle buns. The cook used the middle bun for the top bun. I cant believe it, how can you not see the top bun is a middle bun. These employees clearly don't care about quality. Horrible! The counters were dirty and stained. Looked like they hadn't been wiped down in days even though it seemed that the place was fully staffed. Tables, chairs, benches and Floors were equally dirty. There was a total of three patrons inside McDonalds on this particular day. When we got our food I asked for green Chile and was not surprised when I found only three small pieces of green Chile on the center of the bottom bun. All of our hamburgers were cold, like they hadn't even been fully thawed. The kids chicken nuggets were at least Luke warm. Staff looked like they were inconvenienced when asked for extra sauce and the toys that were supposed to accompany the kids meals. The morning is not the best but when the manager with gotye comes on shift it's amazing. The employee's then are kind and considerate and Bryant himself is funny and as charismatic as they come. However the last time I came was in the morning and the managers that were on shift were not as nice. I was be littled and my meal was cold yet no 9be seemed to care. With 3 managers on shift you'd think quality of service would be better yet it was mediocre at best. The worst quality of food. Not only did they ruin the accuracy of the order, they also gave us cold French fries, a cold hash brown, an egg on our sausage mc muffin that had been sitting way too long / barely warm, no cheese on our sausage mc muffin, and my cheeseburger was drenched in ketchup! My cheeseburger looked as if it had been thrown around throughout the kitchen. I know we were starving, but we're not animals on the side of the road. No one should ever be served food like that!
