And McDonald's corporate takes no responsibility and makes you deal with the store which is a whole other nightmare. I reported them to both McDonald's and the BBB. Please do as well. I've finally had enough! The entire experience is terrible. Last time I was asked to wait at the ordering sign 3 time for a total of 15 minutes. I finally said screw it and drove all the way to the commerce location. Today the girl didn't out my order on the sign and when I asked twice she angrily said she did then she said the sign was broken which it looked fine. They gave me the wrong burger and none of the sauces I paid extra for. They NEVER give you your sauces. Do always check. We were driving home and we decided to stop here, we pull into the drive through and wait for a minute just for nobody to come to the speaker, so we decide to go in, and I order a Michigan mix, 6 pc chicken nuggets, and a hamburger. They then come to us and say they don't have the Michigan mix.. WE ARE IN MICHIGAN!? The man then says we only have coke and blue raspberry, and before we can say something he just gets it for us. Soooo sad to have to do this!!!! Normally I absolutely love McDonald's and enjoy going to different ones around the world. I really have never had a problem at them that could not be fixed until last night. We had a late evening/ night appointment and really needed to eat. We stopped here. We were sooooo disappointed! My daughter got a chicken sandwich which had two bottom buns and no top bun. It barely had any lettuce or mayo. On the other hand my spicy chicken sandwich was covered in so much mayo and lettuce it was drowning in it. My burger was a bit hard and cold. The nuggets were burnt beyond belief and were so hard, they were inedible. They even managed to burn the pies. I could also see they were not exactly adhering to current safety protocols on the inside or normal restaurant health guidelines on a normal day. This is so sad. I used to come here when my children were babies for play dates when they had a play place. I would meet friends here and the food was good, your typical McDonald's food, but it had been well run and fresh. I am not sure at what point it went down hill, but had I know, I would have driven a bit further and headed to my typical locations that are more dependable. I only came here for convenience. On a side not, their spicy mcchicken sandwich was very tasty. Not at all spicy, but had a nice zing. I would really like to try it again at a more consistent location to see how it tastes there. It was on the lower priced menu, so worth the calories at a well run location. read more

Since 2014, moving to the area, this location has utterly degraded in quality of service and food served over time. Almost exclusively when ordering large fries, they fill the container half way. When ordering a soft drink with light ice, it seems like they intentionally add MORE ice. When ordering burgers, it's as if the burger has been sitting out under a heat lamp by the looks and texture of the cheese. NOT ONCE has a single burger from this location ever been served fresh. There has been two occasions I had to turn my vehicle around and get my burger (normally a quarter pounder) replaced because it looked old. Now, and I don't know if this is happening to all McDonald's or the ones in this region, but about 25% of their menu is out of stock, for lack of a better term. Literally, not exaggerating. To the restaurant manager or owner, whatever, you need to re-evaluate your staff and logistics. From now on or at least until the other McDonald's location on Telegraph becomes the dumpster fire this one has become, I will drive the extra miles to get food there. I personally don't see this location making it past the economic downturn and will likely close. And quite frankly, I don't mind. To all business owners out there, take notice of the staff of this location and don't make the same mistake. The mistake is clear as day and we all know it. read more

Who owns this place? I don't understand how I can come here at 9:30pm and not be able to order. The lights are on, and the drive thru lights are on, there's employees inside. You wait at the drive thru, and no one greets you, but there's also no sign that says "we're closed" this place is absolutely the worst. I wish I could leave 0 stars. When they are actually available to take your order which seems to be whatever time is convenient for them, no set schedule. Everyone who works his is beyond rude, the restaurant is dirty and no one gives a crap to help you. The food is always gross and never fresh. This iteration of McDs used to be terrible a number of years ago. But I'm happy to say that under new management they are now #1 in my book. Very short waits, correct orders, hot food, fizzy Coca Cola. And service with a smile. I go through the drive thru here at least 8 times per month. Rarely do they make a mistake and the fries are usually (not always) hot, crispy and fresh. I usually order a Filet, QP w/cheese or a Big Mac. I'd guestimate 80% of the time they are hot and tasty. This used to be THE WORST McDonalds and now it's THE BEST. Funny how that works. Spend your food dollars here, you won't be disappointed! read more

The men's bathroom sink only works if you wave your hand in front of the sensor for more than 30-45 seconds. In other words, most people assume it does not work and walk out without washing their hands. Gross. I was their first customer of the day and had a tough time finding a table that didn't have ketchup, old straws, bits of food and residue from yesterday's, last week's, or who knows when's patrons. From my house, it's the only McDonald's in Orchard Lake Road. I like the French fries, but not on this location. Sometimes they serve it fresh from the fryer, but most of the time, I get mediocre fries. They'll charge you extra for mayonnaise as a side. One time, ordered fries via drive thru. I had one to two bites and wasn't happy. I could taste it soggy and weighs a few ounces less the standard. I returned to the cashier/manager. She threw it at the trash with a frown on her face, gave me another cup. Replaced the fries with the same batch it was cooked. Thumbs down for the quality. Open from 7am - 10pm With two lane drive thru and in-store wifi Kids can play inside the playroom with interactive decor that gives a sound when you touch it. My god can this McDonald's do anything. Not right or wrong but anything. I have been skipping this one for two years but it was the most convenient one at the moment. I should of kept driving. My order was simple, didn't want to over complicate it. A quarter pounder meal with a medium coke. No ice. I basically got a mustard soaked burger. Good fries and ice in the coke. Come on. This McDonalds is god awful! It takes forever to get your food, doesn't matter if you go through the drive through or go inside, it's going to take forever to get your order. Whenever I order my kids happy meals they always forget an item or get the order wrong. We've come in around lunch time and they are already out of chicken mcnuggets for the day. The staff is not friendly and I really think they couldn't care less about being there. One of the last times we were there they were out of ketchup, straws, lids and it took over 15 minutes to get my grandma her hot water and tea bag. Next time I agree to take the kids to McDonalds we will be going to the one in Novi, they are super nice, and will bring your food right to you so you and your kids don't have to leave the play area. read more

Advertises OPEN 24 hrs, sat in the drive thru at 5:45 am, nothing, kept saying hello, nothing, honk my horn nothing, then I drove up to the window, 4 people standing there, I am honking my horn, they did all they could do to avoid me, I could tell they seen and heard me.
