The restraunt is dirty. Can't get service if you try. And I asked for a chicken sandwich with no pickles. They put pickles on it I brought it back I waited 25 minutes for them to hand me the same sandwich back with the pickles off. You could clearly see where the pickles were on the chicken and on the bread. Food was very room temperature and the a. C is broken in there I guess too. First we couldn't hear the lady we were giving our order to over the loud speaker and after every time we ordered something she would say "does that complete your order" it was frustrating cuz we had at least 6 things to order so it was like she was rushing us. Also, they told us to wait for our fries and we ended up waiting around 20 minutes before someone came out and accused us of already getting our fries. Consistent is one word to describe this place. They consistently don't put sauces with your order and more times than not, your sweet tea tastes spoiled. I've complained to the owner and it seems like no one can get it together. The workers don't care about giving out correct orders. I've left with no sauces and no straws before I started checking my entire order before leaving the line. Now I just ask for the sauces and straws before I leave because I know they're not in there. Not to mention when you order it for delivery and not receive them. I've pulled up to the second window and got everything and the worker doesn't say one word to you even after you've said hello and thank you. Great fries. I especially liked the service i received in the drive-thru lane. The representative in the drive-thru was great, they did their job better than any other drive-thru representative I've ever had in my lifetime. They really cooked the hell outta those fries. Making the border around the fries really secure, lowering the salt so they weren't so oversalty, lowering the heat so they cook at a much slower and therefore all the way through. They made sure the tater tots & onion rings didn't cross over illegally into the fries basket, we can't have that. Keeping them secure and safe in their own basket so they can prosper and not so beaten down by their burger-overlords who yield power too heavily. read more

Grays creek location The entire restaurant has gone downhill - service, food, atmosphere- everything. Every time I go there to get my granddaughter something to eat the food looks like it has been sitting out for hours. The fries are usually cold and if you complain they act like it's a problem. SOME of the employees need to get another job because customer service is not their expertise. It's gotten worse since the Taco Bell opened up. Rude and childish management. I stopped here only because I hadn't eaten all day and it was late. I got to the pickup window and was asked to pull over to a spot that was behind me and would have required me to drive all they way around the building. I said there is no one in line behind me, I will just wait here until some one comes behind me. Then after the car in spot one left she said you can pull in that slot if you want. I said I'm fine. Another server came to the window and asked me to pull up. I again said no one is behind me. She said we have to keep the line moving. I pulled straight ahead. There is where I sat for atleast 20 minutes. On purpose. I went inside and the person who was pretending to be the manager came up and asked could she help me. I told her I was pulled over 20 minutes ago. She said I was wondering where you went. I will get that for you. It was already in a bag. It was super cold. Everything was as cold and nasty. I called back and talked to nick, he was uselessness, he gave me the phone number to Karen mccray the store manager. I left her a message to complain about poor serve and bad food. This was a couple of days ago. Never heard anything back. I would avoid this McDonald's. How do you advertise something on your drive-they screen but none of your employees know what the hell it is. And then screw the order up. I ordered the Chicken Bundle Box with the 20pc chicken nuggets, 4 McChicken sandwiches, and 4 medium fries. I got the 20pc and fries, but there were cheese burgers wrapped in McChicken wrappers. I pop in here every now and again, usually for something quick as a snack. Every single time I ask for a milkshake I get the same response...it's broken down right now. It has become a joke to try and order a milkshake, whether I actually want one or not, because I already know the line I'm going to receive. I was telling my husband and son about it. My son piped up that he knows some of the teens who work there. He said that the machine isn't broken, the employees simply do not want to have to clean it, so they tell customers that it is! Bathrooms are filthy. The play land is filthy. Customers are not directed to use the bathrooms outside of the play land area if they don't have kids. There was too much traffic through the kids area. Probably because they are cleaner than the ones in the front. The burritos that I had tasted stale and were probably reheated in the microwave, A far cry from the advertised made fresh pitch.
