I stopped at McDonald's in Findlay, Oh on Trenton Ave. I used my mobile app.I got to the first window all was good. I went to the pickup window the lady asked if I had 2 drinks and something else, I said no just a sausage egg mcmuffin. Then confusion hit with the window open they tried to figure out my order and another, finally I was handed my sandwich. I got down the road a bit and opened up top and bottom of the muffin was burned where you could taste it also the egg was slimy. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I go to McDonald's all the time. The one on Trenton ave was horrible today. I went in for food and witnessed an employee being VERY RUDE to a customer. she looked like a manager but was wearing different clothes, so could have been a supervisor. she was almost yelling at this girl who obviously just needed help. and other people also stood by her and didn't defend this girl at all! I know one of which was the owner. Those who watched and did nothing, You all should be ashamed of yourselves! I will be filing a complaint for the poor girl. This isn't the first time either. When our hotel stay doesn't include breakfast there's always a McDonald's nearby. This one was only a half a mile from the hotel. We used the McDonald's App and ordered buy one get one free Egg McMuffins and the two breakfast Burrito Meal with Coffee to split. We were there just after it opened at six o'clock and it wasn't busy yet so we could order immediately. Then, instead of waiting at the counter for our food, we were given a number to put on our table and told we should just go and sit down; they would bring the food out to us when it was ready. Hmmm...semi table service at McDonald's? I could get used to this. When the food came out it was hot and tasty, the usual McDonald's cuisine we are familiar with. Overall this was probably one of the better McDonald's we've experienced recently. read more

Every time that I do, my order is totally mangled. I ordered a sausage biscuit, and got a biscuit with cheese- AWESOME! You can tell by the employees that you're going to get hot trash for a meal, by how they are always standing around picking their as*es in collective groups. Can millennials get anything right? It is hard to refer to a McDonald's as a five-star restaurant but I consider it as delivering very well on the brand that is McDonald's. Despite the fact I enjoy fine dining McDonald's delivers a consistent experience. This one is always busy because of its location of the highway and because everyone enjoys the service they get here. I often used to frequent this McDonald's when I stay in to Findlay for work. I would drive-thru here at around 3:45am for breakfast before heading in for a long day. The drive-thru used to be open 24 hours, but it is not anymore. It was a sad sad morning for me yesterday when those golden arches were dark. I was willing to put up with the slower than molasses service because I understand at that hour of the night, many things are not hot and ready due to the low volume of people. Stopped here during my travels yesterday. Fast friendly service but food didn't seem so fresh. One tip could also be give drink cup while waiting for food. Otherwise handling food tray while getting a drink is more challenging. They had plenty of seating with power outlets which was much needed. They have bus and rv parking but it could be bigger and would be even better if cars didn't park in rv spots... I had a tough time parking my bus when there was no spots left. We are traveling through and stopped here for a quick stop. I would have to say this is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. It was immaculately clean and the service was top notch, quick and friendly. Bathrooms are super clean, which I especially appreciate with a potty training toddler. Talk about a lack of service, I spent 20 Minutes of my lunch hour trying to get my order placed at the counter. I asked the day manager why is no one at the counter to take our order? Her flipant reply was she was busy placing her people? She was talking about her birthday party to her employees?! I asked her for the her GM's name and number and she goes into the back office and takes 5 minutes comes back and gives me the store phone number and a guy named "Mike" on a pice of paper? I asked who Mike was and his last name and she said I can't give that to you sir in her flipant tone. Iasked for the the store unit number and she says I think it is??
