Been to this location for breakfast takeout twice in three weeks. My first order was the egg McMuffin meal. When I got home, I found that I had a sausage biscuit. The second time I ordered an egg McMuffin meal when I got home I had an English muffin with a folded egg no cheese. When the employee finally repeated my order back correctly, the food was still wrong. Lukewarm fries, half wrapped lukewarm burger with onions (requested no onions and got a hamburger instead of McDouble I ordered). Is it me or is all McDonald's horrible now? The staff at this location were so unprofessional. My spouse was ordering the food and while this was happening, the lady taking the order was literally on her phone looking at social media. I KID YOU NOT! Then when we walked in the restaurant, another customer was extremely upset at them for some reason and no one seem to care for her concerns. Once the customer stormed off, they (staff) was laughing and mocking her like she meant nothing to them. They had one gentleman who worked for them literally walking around with two hats on his head and making food for himself. I believe he was off, but he managed to do what he wanted. His attire was ridiculous and unprofessional. One other employee reaped of marijuana smoke and looked high while working. No gloves were on the people preparing the food. I will be going back and record everything next time so they ALL can be exposed. I get that it's fast food, but come on McDonald's. I paid $50 dollars and the food was horrible (cold, sloppy, and wrong). If you go this this location, beware of the food, service, and ambiance. Corporate should be ashamed and held responsible for this family friendly environment being ran this way. I'm soooooooo ashamed and want my time and $$$$$$$$$ back. read more

absolutely horrible we ordered 2 adult happy meals and ofcourse they didn't have them because they are sold out which was slightly annoying. and when we arrived at home they gave us 2 fries 1 10 peace nugget they left out a nugget which is literally so annoying i mean come on i hope you get fired like i could literally put 2 nuggets and 2 fries in a bag with my pinky like seriously how dumb can you be like a 1 year old baby could see what the order says seriously they were rude and chatting the whole time like dude my mom payed 10 extra dollars that we didn't need to pay for come on do better. This is maybe the worst McDonalds I have ever known. The poor manager I just spoke with was in tears due to having to serve badly burned fries from oil that clearly hadn't been changed in some time. Went there yesterday (Sunday)...took 25 minutes for a simple order. Staff walking around in slow motion and chatting. When I inquired what the hold up was they snapped we are always low staffed on Sunday and it's always this slow. I suggested a novel idea to add more staff and got eye rolls and sighs. Twice in a row, I've gone to this mcdonalds and asked for a small french fry with my burger. The fried taste And smell funny and I really can't get past it, even with each fry doused with ketchup. Ordered an ice Carmel coffee. pulled up to the window , went to grab my coffee...the Carmel was sitting in the bottom. Asked the guy to shack it for me so the Carmel would mix. He did a circle motion twice with his wrist and handed me my coffee with the Carmel still on the bottom. If you want a coffee flavored iced coffee then go to McDonald's it'll taste great I promise.
