Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately struck by the lack of a welcoming atmosphere and was not greeted in a courteous manner. After placing my order, I proceeded to the counter to wait for my food, only to be told quite abruptly by a staff member (whose name is apparently Bri) that I could not stand there. I did not appreciate being addressed in such a disrespectful tone and would expect better treatment from both the staff and the establishment as a whole. Here I am again, 6/23/24. We (Family of 4)came in, there was not a soul sitting in here or at the drive thru. We ordered 4 separate things. 3 of the 4 were completely wrong, besides the chicken nuggets. When they remade the 3 meals, 1 of them was wrong! Like HOW. These people are paid $20 an hour and they can't even read! They're swearing in the back as we have kids sitting here. Usually this McDonalds is great. They get us our food quickly, and it always goes great. However, today I went through the drive through, and due to some food pick up spots being full, I couldn't get out of the drive through. The parking lot is huge, please have those cars wait somewhere else so people can get out. Otherwise this McDonalds is great. read more

First I want to say I have been coming to this McDonalds for years and have never had an issue like this before. Tonight at around 8:40, I went through the drive-thru for a simple Half-cut Sweet Tea. As I dove away and tried my tea I realized it was not sweet at all. I pulled back into the parking lot and went inside to let them know. The manager/shift lead working the drive-thru told me there was nothing wrong with the tea as he has been serving it all night with no other complaints. As he was saying this he opened the lid of the tea container where you can clearly see it was almost full, so was not being served all night or at least not to too many people. I tried to insure him again that it was not sweet, that I've been drinking their tea for years. He replied, so has all the others that haven't complained. He then talked to me condescendingly as he said I can put in more sweet if you like. He then poured about ¾ of this so called sweet tea into the cup before topping it with unsweet. I tried it again and once again let him know it was not sweet. Not only did he not once try the tea himself to check it. But again condescendingly said, I don't know what you want me to do sir, no one else has complained. There is sugar out there if you need more. I told him to keep the $1.07 and the tea, because it was not sweet and I didn't want it. Now I kept my cool, all I did was stand my ground and no say, I'm sorry it must be me. I never raised my voice or swore like I wanted to. I simply told him to keep the money and the tea and walked out. A simple, sorry about that sir, it is too late to make more tea tonight. Can I offer you something else? Anything other than tell me I was wrong for saying it was not sweet. Nope, let's not be considerate and professional to the customer. Instead let's tell him he is the issue because no one else has complained about this almost full sweet tea I'm lying about pouring all night. The staff were friendly the food was Fresh and good it the architecture was not really modern but you can work with it. It was clean pretty decently and the service was supper fast. The restrooms where clean ok but when I was in the bathroom their was a sound like someone was drilling the trip wall!? Their are lots of windows which gives you a good view. It's located by target and Walmart which makes it a convenient place to have lunch if you need groceries. It's a pretty standard MCDONALD's for my experience they stocked us up on souses. I would almost say it's kind of fancy they have some things that pop out then your standard MC. It's big for its size and not really busy. The community is nice and it's most likely you will meet someone who will talk to you. read more

This place is disgusting. I order a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuit was a sponge the rest was crap. I used to get iced coffee there all the time. Ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese. A tag was affixed to the box that literally said NO CHEESE. Opened the box and it had cheese. Went back to get it fixed and no pickles this time. Went through the drive thru THREE times to get this burger fixed. How hard could it possibly be to make the order correct the first or second time??? I dont feel bad writing this, because I was told by Brandon and Derek , the managers on Christmas Eve. evening to go ahead and do it. We walked in and were told there was 15 minutes to closing; I said fine, (it takes just minutes in a fast food restaurant to get food, right) we can eat in a hurry. We took our number and waited at a table. We then saw the people that came in after us had their food, so, i went to the register area and a young woman looked at my receipt and said the cashier gave our food to the wrong people; The other customers returned the food after opening it up, and Brandon "the MANAGER" wanted to give that food to us. YUK! Now we are even shorter on time to eat. The order was made again and packed in a bag; We opened up our meal to have hot food, because we all know McDonalds fries are only good for 5 minutes max. Brandon came over to our table and said no no no you have to leave!, (we just asked to eat while they cleaned the dining room.) BUT, he said, I will give you a coupon for 1 free meal for the screwup. (how do you give out the wrong order when everyone is given a number to put on the table, and the number is on the receipt) I said that was inadequate ( we ordered 3 meals,) but he didnt care. We packed up our food and went to the counter because he didn't come back with the coupon. That's when Derek got involved. (very argumenitive) He said they fixed the problem we had. How could that be? They only got us the food that we had paid for and now was getting cold., He got so upset that he tore up the coupon and stated barking at us that he had fixed the problem and we were to get out of "HIS LOBBY" now! or he was calling the police!! As we exited the door another customer had just come to the door and Derek barked at him loud enough that the customer took 3 steps backward, ans asked us what was going on. Derek lost his mind, we ended up with ice cold food and 1/4 pounders that were really pink in the center. Neither Derek or Brandon should have anything to do with management or customer service, or, it is improper training from the owner of this McDonalds. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes cleanliness. The bathrooms are dirty consistently, and I never feel the restaurant part of it is very clean either. This may or may not be due to heavy traffic coming off of highway 35, but regardless, it should be kept up better. One plus...most of the staff is friendly and helpful. read more
