Some of the people there that take your order don't even speak to you when you approach the counter.They just look at you like you are wasting their time.They don't ask what you would like to order or thank you when you order.I had an employee at the counter snap his finger at me.All or most of the employees are parking up by the entrance making the customers have to walk across the parking lot. read more

Let's face it. McDonald's is McDonald's, so expectations are kept to a small roar. However, this right here is a bit upsetting. It's 10 a.m., and the drive-thru was pumping. You know what wasn't? If I could give less stars I would give Zero. Service is poor , attitudes are so vile im surprised they have a job Especially right now, mess ups happen routinely. Twice now my fiancée has been ripped off, told 15 minutes after waiting that what she had bought and paid for through the mobile app was not working or they just weren't going to make it and even after calling and talking to the franchise owner there's no attempt to make it right or reimburse. Just flat out will steal from you. And don't expect a shake. I literally got a counter where I ordered a shamrock shake , while the big huge LED advertising screen behind her was saying "buy a shamrock shake today" who had to get a manager and ASK what that is, swore they didn't make those, and then the manager clarified the shake machine was down...of course it was I've literally took BETS on it being down and in two years of living in seven hills aint never in the history of ever is that shake machine working. But don't call them on their apathy, laziness,etc or they'll pull the Race card. Do yourself a favor and the free market economy and let this place die. You got Wendy's just down the road , a taco bell across the street and one exit down is burger King, one exit up is another franchise owned McDonald's, a KFC...you got options we should utilize to shut this location down while reminding corporate to be more careful In who they approve a franchise ownership for. read more

Food is very hit or miss. Usually around lunch time the food is nice and hot with a good amount of toppings, however in the mornings (especially during weekends) the line is a bit slow and the food seems rushed. Considering the rush during breakfast food is still fresh. One thing I had happen to me was I ordered a bacon McGriddle and my bacon was burnt with two of the smallest pieces you can imagine. I normally only stop at McDonald's during road trips when in a hurry. I stopped at this one just outside Cincy for fries and a chocolate shake for the drive back to Indy. There were only a couple of cars in the parking lot but went to the drive thru. There were probably 8 cars in front of me with the 2 ordering lanes I figured it would go quick. It didn't. If another car hadn't pulled up behind me I would have backed out. It must have taken 20 minutes. I would have understood if the parking lot was packed and the restaurant was full so am not sure what the issue was. While waiting I looked them up on Yelp and had to laugh when I saw the one star reviews. I was hoping I would at least have warm fries after waiting. The young guy that took my money didn't bother to tell me how much my order was or much change I would get back. I'd already had plenty of time to figure it out though. The young guy that gave me my food was very friendly. Luckily my fries were nice and warm and the shake was tasty. If you are in a hurry find somewhere else. read more

Hot mess. They're filthy and just negative people. Always seem to have attitudes or anger issues and bash it at the customers specifically the Night Shift to be exact. They need new people or something because they're professionalism is just disturbing. Surprised they're shut down. Everything you order is either cold, reheated or over cooked you'll have to ask for it "Freshly cooked". I ordered a McFlurry they make you move forward for about 10 minutes it doesn't take long to mix ice cream with candy and call it a day. They're slow and forget the most simplest stuff such as a sauce packet or a sandwich. I suggest they need to fix their social skills or find a new job. The managers are no help AT ALL. read more

If I could give this McDonald's a negative 100 Stars I would! It just does not make any sense they just did renovation on this building, to open it back up and for it to still be this wack. Came here, sat at the drive thru for about 6 minutes before anyone said anything and made us wait another 6 minutes before they took our order. I asked for the blue raspberry slushie and they said that it's out of season. However, when I asked for a pumpkin pie(which is a fall item) they told me they didn't have them and I asked them isn't it in season?????...... Like come on!!!! This is without a doubt THE WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. I've given them numerous chances and still I'm disappointed every single time. Every time I stop by the ice cream machine is always always always broken. I even called customer service three different times to complain about the ice cream machine being broken and every time they say it will be fixed. But apparently this is just something that can't be done at this location. My guess is their just too lazy and stupid and don't want to clean it. Wow! What a breakfast! We had to make an unexpected trip to Cincinnati! So we Stopped at McDonalds, which we NEVER do but it was quick. First, we parked and walked up to the door, which was locked. We walked down to the next set of doors- again locked. Walked around the building to another door, which was also locked. We walked on around to the drive through window and knocked on it. They let us in finally. The young lady was explaining and even though she was apologetic, she kept on being mouthy! She said the door we came in, was never unlocked even though it was marked as a handicap entrance. I did not like her tone or mouth! My husband who is disabled was trying to tell her if it's marked as a handicap entrance, it should not be kept locked. Still the mouth and excuses. This was all after we finally figured out how to even get into the parking lot! To top it off when did get our food and my husband took the first bite of his quarter pounder, it was raw! Not pink! But raw. Outside was lightly brown but inside was raw to the edges! Do yourself a favor and just go next door to Friches! read more

This McDonald's is nicely laid out with comfortable seating including a couple little nooks where you can eat and read (or Yelp) in peace, away from the main dining room. The decor is relaxing; modern but not over the top. Very clean and neat. Wi-Fi was fast and connected instantly. The self serve soft drink fountain and condiment 'bar' are centrally and conveniently located so that several customers could access the area at the same time without difficulty. Everything is there within reach, including napkins, straws, coffee creamer, etc. Employees appeared well groomed and were cheerful and spoke intelligibly! Bathroom was spotless. The location appears to have good accessibility for the disabled as well. I visited around 1 pm on a weekday. This is not my local Mickey D's but a random pit stop driving on the interstate. You know those can go either way! This time we hit a good one. I'd recommend this exit for your cheeseburger or McMuffin fix. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've been to I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes on 5 mcdoubles plain when I finally got my food all the burgers had everything on the so I take my receipt inside no one in the kitchen is wearing gloves the manager goes from handling cash to handling my food She only gave me 4 burgers back I had to correct that then another employee scratches her head takes my burger opens it up by the bun to make sure it's plain crumples the paper around it and tosses is into a bag with attitude I said they should be wearing gloves I want a burger that hasn't been touched by contaminated hands and she got rude looks at the manager and says u do it like she was gonna refuse to help me now cause of my outrageous request and mind u not once did anyone put on gloves or apologize my recommendation if u want to avoid food poisoning I never thought I'd say this but go to the taco bell next door just don't go there they are unsanitary and have no regard whatsoever for the customers request. This McD location USED to be a great McDs -- fast drive thru service and great customer service. And ACCURATE orders!!! In fact it was the fastest drive thru for miles that I'd seen in quite a long time. But that was the old McDs at this location. So what happened? I'd have to say new management since the rebuild of this location. There are too few workers , and the few there appear to lack proper training at one end while those who are trained seem stressed trying to cover for those who aren't. And then there are those who should just be walked to the door . Other locations that have been rebuilt, have all the new toys , and can run something like a good McDs. Having worked in fast food myself, I know that prepared food has a shelf life. Apparently, THIS McDonald's ignores shelf life and prepares all of their "Breakfast All Day" foods at breakfast time. I know because I was just there at 12:45 and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle. What I received was two hockey pucks with bacon, egg, and a slice of cheese. It was BEYOND stale! Unfortunately, I was not in a position to go back, especially since the lobby was closed for renovation and the lunchtime line in the drive thru was out to the street. It was completely inedible. I don't know if this is a franchise or not, but this is NOT the way you do business. Tacky and unprofessional. I live close by, but I'll drive all the way over to the one on Gilmore to avoid this one. read more

If there was a way to give a negative star rating I would. Sat in the drive thru for over 10 min and 3 cars that pulled up after me got their order taken in the second drive thru. I then pulled up to the window to tell them since they couldn't take my order at the speaker they could there. The girl started waving her hand at me (more less like yeah yeah), flood me to quit bitching, then flipped me off and shut the window. I went to the second window and demanded to see a manager. You never expect stellar service at the golden arches but this particular McDonald's is one of the worst. Staff is less than friendly and wait times at lunch are horrible, mostly due to not having cashiers to ring orders up. I only stop here when I'm burnt out on the other places nearby. Objectively, this McDonald's is the worst one I've been to. I've never made a yelp review but this one just feels necessary for the poor souls that go here. Out of the past ten times I've been at this McDonald's, (I give many chances to food places before I give an opinion) I'd say there were only 2 of the times I got out of the line in under 20 minutes. And the most recent, there were three people ahead of me in the drive thru and it was 8:30 and I didn't get out of line until 9:10. But, I give it a 5 out of 5 for being a fast food deterrent, because I've actually been cooking more to avoid wasting my life in a McDonald's drive thru. So thanks, I guess. read more
