The staff at this location has surely improved over the last 18 months. I don't see the same people all the time, but the associates are consistently friendly on all shifts. They always ask if I want flavor and I say no b/c I don't want to be given regular syrup instead of sugar free... and that's what may have happened. My drink label doesn't say sugar free. I would say work on order consistency, but there are a couple items at Dunkin that I do love. read more

So last week on Thursday I went to Dunkin' Donuts and they didn't have any strawberry donuts.

It's a no for me. I've been to this location a few times now, and each time it has been bad. It has actually gotten progressively worse, and I think I'll just skip this location, and I can't in good faith recommend it to anyone. But the final straw was this visit. I placed my order at the drive-thru and pulled forward. There was only one car ahead of me. When their business was complete, I pulled forward to the window where the cashier confirmed my order and I paid. It all went downhill from there. She came back to the window with the incorrect order. (They've gotten my order wrong every time lol). I told her the order was incorrect and she said "oh. What did you order?" I told her and she snatched it back into the window and she and the other employee started arguing and yelling at each other. It was all very uncouth. read more

They took my order only to tell me the food I ordered wasn't available and substituted for something that cost less. I hate this location. Every time I go I'm disappointed and wish I'd spent the extra money at Starbucks instead. A waste of time and money. read more

When we got up to the window , this bigger female lady asked us " which one of you said daddy" and then proceeded to say " well its not cute". This is the worst Dunkin that I have ever been to. The employees are too busy talking or playing on their phones to even acknowledge anyone inside, and none of them know how to make 1/2 of the drinks on the menu. This location has a serious customer service issue! The people there we thought were being helpful then they claimed that it took 7 min to place our order because we were having questions about the app (mind you there was nobody behind us at first) and then the lady taking my card snatched it out of my hand so I snatched it back (although I'm disabled and that's just how my arm works, I can't control it) and she got all nasty about it and to top it off they burnt our sandwiches! Lazy management that's in the habit of lying to people saying ovens down cause her employee wouldn't lie to me. Too lazy to do their job unless its simply putting a donut in a bag well before close.
