Mornings-good food & service. Afternoons cold food and missing items. Today $ I pay $8 for a burger and they dont give it to me & no receipt of course so the google numbers are only to their fax. Other times they have offered to send a coupon for missing items-to which is a straight up lie because they never send them and no I shouldnt have to drive back 15 minutes to fix their mistakes. aside from the multiple horrible experiences I've had at this McDonald's in the past, this one really pissed me off. i had accepted a DoorDash order to this McDonald's for a cookie tote and a McFlurry. arrived to the McDonald's where they wouldnt answer the drive through speaker, then when they finally did they were completely clueless as to what a DoorDash order was. after that, they had us pull up to the second window for us to find out it wasn't even made yet so they had us pull forward and park. after having multiple people receive their orders after us, I decided to go inside and see what the issue was and why it was taking so long to makes some cookies and a McFlurry. come to find out they never began making the food and the manager was visibly on her phone almost the entire time I was in the store, she was also yelling at her employees as if she was doing anything useful at all. after a 40 minute wait for some cookies, we finally recieved the probably melted McFlurry and cold cookies and eventually handed them out to the DoorDash recipient. I feel bad for giving the customer those cold cookies and melted McFlurry, they didn't deserve that. read more

Okay so I ordered a grilled cheese and a regular cheeseburger is a dollar forty nine, THEY CHARGED ME AN EXTRA DOLLAR FOR A PIECE OF CHEESE I DIDNT WANT!! So the order was over two dollars.. This Mcdonalds does a great job, the food has always been fresh and the fries are hot. The service is always good and the drive through moves fast. They always seem to be missing every time you stop in, even when they don't have a whole lot of people in there. It may be nice to have 2 drivethru's, but they have horrible service. Last time I was there, I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and 2 large fries. They gave me one fry and one of my burgers was a regular cheeseburger. I apparently paid extra to have a single cheeseburger, because I was too far away to turn back around, but did manage to find the fry before leaving the parking lot. I went to this McDonald's and ordered a Big Mac and fries I took it to go and when I hit Lakeport I decided to start eating my sandwich I opened up the box to find the lettuce was brown and slimy and the hamburger was white it was so cold. The french fries what cold and felt like they have been sitting off to the side all day. I contacted the store and talk to a Sam and said that she would take care of it well that was a joke so I contacted McDonald's and they said the owner would contact me about the situation and we're now three weeks into it and the owner still has not contacted me I have pictures of the food maybe it just needs to go to channel 11 on channel 13 news because the owner don't care. read more

this McDonald"s use to be the fastest in the area, over the past 6 months, it has by far became the worst, they are slow, their managers and employees are rude, the food is always cold and sloppily put together, the wait time, sitting off to the side is extremely long,especially when they forget you're out there,they argue with you, rather than give you the food you order, and will not make it right, on may 19th at about 2'30 pm, placed a 53.00 order, they sent out our minute maid slushees and 9 orders of fries, 10 minutes before our sandwiches in which we ordered [that we only got 2 of] out of 6, after 2 attempts to go back in and get them, we told them as well as the customers in the dining area that we would be making a complaint, the manager could care less, will not be returning to that establishment again, and we highly recommend that everyone else passes them by also... laurie s. fort Gratiot mich read more

I don't expect 4-star service from McDonalds - but go there because it's fast and predictable. A couple times a week I order a Southwest Grilled Chicken salad and an iced tea via the drive thru. The past couple months - I've been given an expired and wilted salad 3 out of 4 times. I called and talked to the manager the 1st 2 times assuming he didn't know - but after it continued to occur - I'm assuming he knows but has to push older product thru. Husband just came home with a salad tonight that was also expired and had some weird, thick yellow 'sauce' dripping over the side of the bowl. I think we're finally done with this McDonald.s read more
