We drive all the way out to this specific location instead of the one down the street from us because the food and service is always consistent. We love Cracker Barrel and shopping after you eat is always fun.

One of my favorite local places. Always a good home cooked meal and the store is amazing. I always find something I can't live without

Very impressed by this Cracker Barrel and more so by our server Megan. The quality of the food is even better than I remember from road tripping as a kid. We came in with two tornado toddlers and had a large complicated order with many modifications and she didn't mess up our order even in the slightest. That attention to detail is hard to find these days. She was also just very pleasant and knowledgeable. Will be coming back again when we pass through Port Huron. All of the food you see was $53 including tax which is ridiculously great. Cracker Barrel is known for their fried entrees but the grilled ones were excellent as well. The sides are the star of the show. Vegetables are very fresh and flavorful. Loaded sweet potato was excellent. My son yelled "I love this place!".

My egg sandwich was subtier. The sourdough bread of the sandwich was all soggy and the resulting sandwich was a rather sad affair. Utterly bland food. Pancakes were decent and food was cheap. Overall it's a fairly standard Cracker Barrel. Come in with expectations set appropriately.

The staff was amazing, the food was delicious and the prices were outstanding for the overall experience. But the above and beyond came from one of their employees, Alicia, who was kind enough to offer to drive us back to our cars because it had started pouring rain! (We had parked several blocks away because town was busy because of the Milford sidewalk sale) That level of customer care is rare, and was much appreciated!

Chicken was perfection! The perfect amount of batter, chicken was so tender and juicy! I'm not a huge fan of gravy so getting it on the side was perfect for me. My mom got the bourbon maple salmon and the woman ate the whole thing!! She's a leftovers lover, so her finishing her plate is very unlike her!! My friend go the best dish, in my opinion. He got the walleye and fries!! It's HUGE, delicious and fresh!! The tartar sauce is also a hit, something I find is always a hit or miss at restaurants!! We were celebrating a birthday so got the peach cobbler. So yummy!! The only thing I'd change is instead of whipped cream serve with ice cream!! 10/10 would recommend!! Live music on Tuesdays is also a great add on!! Our 20 month old loved the music!

We attended a monster truck show at the speedway up the road- what better way to cap it than with some BBQ! Ok- this was a slow Sunday at 4pm, and this is a very small town. Kudos to the owners for operating this outpost. We were basically the only people in the joint. Beer selection was limited (mainly due to much of it not being in the fridges), but it was nice they had juice boxes for the little pitmasters. Really should have ordered one of the platters- oh but wife wanted a sandwich lol... Well they come with bread as they should in Texas!! Anyways, my main disappointment was that my brisket was just pulled brisket. In Texas (God's Country), not only will the brisket be served sliced, but at the better places the offer your fatty (point) or lean (flat). The pulled brisket here was still fairly flavourful and well seasoned, but still it's like being served leftovers. For pulled pork, it's cool, brisket I'm not impressed. Sides were ok. Slaw- standard. I like it a little creamier not bad still. Potato salad was good! Cowboy beans also really true to Texas flavour. Being a slow Sunday- service was basically high school kids. News flash- this isn't a good thing. It may as well have been serve yourself. Would give it maybe one more shot- full platter and on a busier day. That being said I wouldn't drive from Windsor especially for it (Slows in Detroit is the benchmark), but I'm rooting for this place and would surely visit again if I was in the area!

However I am surprised that there is sauce as i have known Texas as dry rub bbq. Pulled pork was typical, ok. A no on sides. Tried cowboy beans and potato salad (half potatoes were still hard). This place was disconnected in so many ways. We ordered drinks and they were "STALE" (yep you heard me). You can definitely tell it was alcohol left over probably from the pandemic that had gotten stale :( I just could not believe this place. Shame on the owner though, you have a SOUL FOOD restaurant (food that, if cooked right, is a warranted amongst every race, creed, and nationality) with no competition for literally about 15-20 miles from that location, yet you can't even cook "TASTY" soul food? A small, Canadian chain in downtown London, it fit our needs perfectly. It has a casual atmosphere with a huge menu and lots of beer on tap. TVs for the game, and lots of seating for the group of us. Even better, the wings are half price on Wednesday and beer is $5 a pint. I call this a win-win for us! The wings have never let me down. They are delicious! I recommend the Smokey BBQ, then add the hot sauce on top (all the flavours are conveniently located in bottles on the table so you can customize to your tastes). The corn bread muffins are huge and filled with a cube of melted cheddar and bits of jalapeno. I could eat a dozen of these. My guilty pleasure though? Those pork n' beans! These are shockingly good. I often order a side of these on their own. They are packed with flavour and pieces of smoked pork belly. Lou Dawgs isn't the fanciest joint on Richmond Row but if you're looking for a chilled out southern bbq vibe, this is the place to go. Plus, they have a decent vegetarian menu for your veggie pals to enjoy. They have live music on some nights and even brunch on Sundays. Oh and don't let me forget, $5 shots of Jack all day, everyday. I'm so glad we found Lou Dawgs for a cold beer and some amazing wings after a well deserved win. So when my teammates ask, "Are we going to Lou's after?" It's a yes from me dawg.
