Ordered 3 meals. Food wasn't ready so they had me pull up. It wasnt long before they brought my food out. Got home and took my first bite of a double quarter pounder and it was pretty much raw. This location has let me down each time I've been there in the 1.5 years I've lived in the area. There has never been one visit where my order was correct. Sometimes it is little things like missing sauces, but most of the time (like today) I'm missing sandwiches or fries. Would give negative stars if I could. Absolute worst McDonald's in the country!! Waited over half hour at drive thru for breakfasts. Went inside to find out what was going on. Manager said they just had a bus and ran out of biscuits. Biscuits take 12 minutes so why am I waiting 35 minutes. I told him I didn't care that a school bus came in. Not my problem. Pretty basic McDonalds. It was packed on a Saturday at lunchtime with all sorts of people from families to construction workers. Service at the counter was friendly and they got to me quickly. The dining room is one of the "upgraded" kinds and was nicer and bright. When I went to sit down all of the booth tops were pretty much filthy so I had to clean off mine which sucked. The floor needed sweeping. They did have one staff member working the dining room, but he was checking trash cans and refilling ketchup. He finally got to cleaning tables by the time we were done. With this much traffic they should have had 2 people out front. Anyhoo....no comments about the food since it was all standard, no different from any other McDonalds. read more

I just spent 25 minutes in a drive thru line for a Big Mac that has no sauce, and hard bun and burger patties that were clearly made hours ago. I got a 'side salad' that contained one cherry tomato and bunch of rotten lettuce. You could spend $8 at a Waffle House and get better food than this. If I could rate them 0 or less I would. The manager delivered a customers order and when she turned to leave the manager called out to her she forgot the receipt. When the customer continued walking away the manager called out 3 more times loudly. The customer turned and said she did not want it. The manager flung the receipt over the counter to the floor and the manager stated she she didn't want the F'n (and she did say the word) receipt either. The customer never responded and never made a derogatory comment. The manager continued with F Bombs for the next 5 minutes. I mean, you should never expect a lot from McDonald's, but given the location, I would expect a little more here than from a location on, say, Tuckaseegee or Westinghouse Blvd. but no. I'm sorry, but this McDonald's is horrible. At any time if you go through the drivethru, you WILL be waiting 15 minutes or longer, guaranteed. Everytime I go there the ice cream machine is "broken" which is ridiculous because it's been a very hot summer and some of us would like to enjoy something cold-- so I never ask for ice cream anymore. Everytime I want to order a "special" iced coffee, they say they can't do it so I end up getting a water. I haven't been there in over a month and I use to go at least 3 times a week but I refuse because they don't deserve my business.... I'm sorry, but we need a Cookout in Indianland and they should take that McDonalds out and place a cookout there it would be much more enjoyable and they would get an insane amount of business. I just got food from here. Rather than recieving my two orders of mozzarella sticks I recieved one mozzarella stick box filled with tartar sauce. Which comes of to me as a rude joke. This is by far the worst McDonalds we have ever experienced! Our order was taken incorrectly at the drive thru menu (missing fries, missing juice, and received sweet tea that was supposed to be unsweet). When we found that we had missing items at the last window and told the employees, they were extremely rude when we tried to explain the issue to them, correct it, and pay for the additional items. One of the girls said, "well...this is what you paid for...", she read off the order, acted like it was our fault, did not apologize, didn't offer to correct it, and her attitude was awful. So, in frustration, we drove off. After we left and called to complain to a manager, the employees hung up on us twice. Then, when we tried to explain the issue to the manager, there was no response from the manager. This is just absolutely pitiful!! Not how consistent customers should be treated. Ordinarily, I don't get fast food. However, the night of Thursday 04/11/19, I stopped in to get a dinner box, a McFlurry and a Kids Happy Meal. It took a while to complete the order, but to the young man working the counter's credit, he gave me a free drink, and helped me carry my order to the car.
