Would leave 0 stars if I could. Always an issue. Ordered three of the same burgers but 1 was completely wrong. How does that even happen? Make sure if you order you don't leave the window until you confirm your whole order is actually correct. Not to mention the bag ripped from grease and the container the burger was in was wet and soggy. So, I do stop here every day because I do like their ice coffee. To me, it tastes better than Duncan Donuts and the price is cheaper. The struggle is they are slow as snails there. Nobody hustles. There is a line of people and the staff and managers just walk around like zombies. Its very stressful though because I am late to work every single day because I get stuck in the lines at the drive thru. No matter how early I leave. Sometimes I go in the store when the drive thru is wrapped around the building and this particular day there was literally no one waiting in line and it took still about 7 minutes to get my sausage burrito and ice coffee. There were other people coming up to the counter saying they didn't get their order full order, one other person came back in and said they forgot their coffee... Just doesn't make any sense. One day last week I was in the drive thru and all I ordered was an ice coffee. I got to the window to get my coffee and they said I needed to pull ahead and they will bring it out to me. I told them there was NO WAY I would go pull up and wait for something like that. If I ordered a ton of food that is one thing. So as I am typing this and getting aggravated I think its time to just make my own dang ice coffee!!!! :) read more

2 days in a row my and my dad tried to get ice cream cones after he got off work which is around 1:00-2:30 am. Went to this local McDonald's after getting off work only to be told they're closed. It states they are open 24/7. The interior was brightly lit and there were vehicles still on the parking lot, but they don't serve 24/7 which is misleading. read more

this mcdonald's is absolutely horrible! i dont know who is in charge of making the food or the manager at the time but they charged me $20 worth of absolutely garbage! Everything i ordered was old and soggy and I used to work in fast food so i know exactly what they did .... and it was really obvious too by just looking inside the bag . They got old tenders that where sitting there for a while and fried them again for several minutes to "make it look" like its hot. Also i honestly dont think there's any reason for this since i was the only one there ordering food at 9:30 at night! ALSO they made me park for 10mins for my food to be "ready". UNACCEPTABLE! Not a very friendly or knowledgable staff here at this location. After rushing us out of the drive thru, we brought our incomplete order back inside. The staff was unable to compare what was sold (by receipt) and what we had and/or we were missing. They did fix the order, with our guidance, and we were on our way after a "sorry" from one and an impatient look from another. I stopped at this location Tuesday January 3, 2017 placed my order of breakfast burrito hash brown med iced vanilla coffee and I ask for a large cup of ice, I was told it was this stores policy to charge $1.39 for ice This is beyond me why they did this to me as any other store I have never been charged. Then to go further I got a large iced coffee and the lady at the window gave me the cup of ice and told me it was the store owner who made the rule.
