Saigon Baguette opened about little over a year ago at the end of 2024 or early 2025. It is on my radar screen for a long time! Today is my day at Saigon Baguette located in Palm Pointe Shoppes just south of Page Field on South Cleveland Avenue. Wow, I remembered this location as a former Brazilian Grill many years ago! It is totally renovated with open space and decorated wall mural. Loved that paint of palm leaves on the wall. At one of front corners, they have a sofa and chairs. I assume it is for customers waiting for take-out orders! Is this another Banh Mi shop with Boba drinks? One look at the menu and you can tell it is above the normal Banh Mi or Baguette sandwiches. It listed Vermicelli salad Bowl, Banh Mi Chao, Pateso Cake and crab Rangoon and a Shaking Beef rice plate and other items! I ordered a Banh Mi Chao and a Taro Milk Tea for lunch as my taste test! What is Banh Mi Chao? Banh Mi Chao a rather popular, savory Vietnamese brunch or comfort food dish that tastes like a sizzling, elevated breakfast skillet. It consists of a hot pan filled with combinations of pâté, sunny-side-up eggs, sausages, meat balls, meats (like filet mignon, beef belly, or pork), and combined with tomato or soy-based sauce, served with a crispy baguette for dipping. That is a mouthful! This Banh Mi Chao is rich, creamy, and savory. When I dipped the baguette into that sauce, meat, and egg mixture, and biting into the baguette, I was in heaven! You normally ordered this at specialty Vietnamese cafes and brunch spots, offering a more customizable experience than a pre-made Banh Mi sandwich! The Taro Milk Tea suited me fine. I asked them to adjust to sweetness to my liking! Wonderful lunch. The owners are super friendly and answered many of my questions with wonderful recommendations. Will I or We go back? You bet! Had their grilled pork bahn mi with a honeydew milk tea. Both were tasty. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. Be super careful if you're spice averse. They put large sliced jalapeños in the sandwich and being I can only handle white girl hot it was eye opening and slightly not enjoyable until I figured out what was happening. It is posted that they put peppers in their sandwiches I just didn't see it. read more

We ordered the grilled pork bánh mì, spring rolls, avocado smoothie, and Vietnamese coffee. Everything was delicious! The grilled pork was perfectly marinated, and the bánh mì was generously filled with meat. We also took advantage of the bánh mì and coffee combo, which was a great value. The coffee was a little sweeter than my personal preference, but my husband, who enjoys sweeter coffee, thought it was just right. I ordered the avocado smoothie with less sugar, and it was fresh, creamy, and delicious. As a bonus, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner and enjoyed a wonderful conversation with her. Hearing about her passion and dedication made us appreciate the food and the restaurant even more. We would definitely return the next time we're in the area. I went to Saigon Baguette for lunch and I ordered their Grilled Chicken Bahn Mi. I liked their large, clean, open-spaced atmosphere. A nice lady helped me at the register and then prepared my food for me. My sandwich was delicious! I can't wait to go back and try their Beef Bahn Mi. Definitely recommend!! read more

The service was great, the food was outstanding. I got beef pho and an order of dumplings, both were made quickly and were delicious. The broth for the pho was incredibly flavorful, and I like that the toppings come on the side so you have the choice of what and how much goes into your pho. It's a very clean restaurant and the music is good. Definitely what feels like a younger crowd kind of vibe, but the food and atmosphere are great, so everyone should stop by and try it. read more

We were cheerfully greeted as we entered and our food came out in timely fashion. Nice soothing music was playing. There is a certain spice they use that gives a rather pungent scent, if you are sensitive to smell consider this. I know it is a cultural thing, it was on the wings we ordered and also the spread used on the sandwiches. All tasted good, just had to get past the scent. Bahn mi still rocks but tried their pho. It was too bland, unfortunately, and didnt appear to be made well enough. I didnt not get much flavor from the broth, and that tells me their spice blend is low in coriander, cinnamon, anis seed, etc. It was not my favorite pho. And having a family member who is Vietnamese (my stepmom) who has cooked for me since i was two, I have high standards for pho. Family owned cafe, very nice people. The refresher fruit teas with popping pearls were yummy. The dumplings were fresh. The cafe had a lot of seating and games. The only negative thing is when we got there (right when they opened) the tapioca boba were not ready yet and were a ~30 min wait. But I got a fruit tea instead and it was very delicious. Food and sr ice are outstanding. Food is authentic. Owner is Vietnamese and you can tell it by the ingredients used in the Bahn mi. We tried three different Bahn Mis: sliced pork, Bbq pork and meatball. All three were terrific with plenty of cilantro, shaved carrots, daikon, and jalapeños. The meat on each sandwich was plentiful, the flavor's distinctive. The owner came to our table to check on the food and was pleasantly engaging. We heard her interaction with a family headed to the airport. She'd included some extras for their airport experience. This is a lovely little counter order place. Noticed their sign and decided to go for lunch. The restaurant is inviting, bright, clean, and attentive staff. They greet you as you walk in. The lady who took my order was polite and helpful. She recommended several items. I went with a spicy chicken sandwich and a spring roll. They bring it to your table when it is ready. The spring roll was fresh, sauce was good.
