The service at this McD is pretty good. One of the only problems is if you go through drive-thru, when you get your food, if there is an issue with your order, it's a hassle to get it fixed because they have to find someone for you to efficiently communicate with. My biggest problem is that I only go now for the Monopoly pieces and the last 3x I've been there, they haven't given me any pieces on my large drinks or large fries. I guess I'm done visiting this location. If you are looking for Monopoly pieces, go to another location. I will say, the few times I've been inside, the place is extremely clean for a spot that often has kids hanging out there. read more

Another newer McDonalds. It was clean and the food was served hot which I love. Service was good and friendly. Not really anything negative to say. Smaller than most McDonalds. They should remove curbside from their location. 4 separate occasions I waited for my food finally walked in and was handed my cold meal. 5th time I place a mobile order for a mcflurry wait in the long line and no ice cream. I'm glad the location up the street is finally open. I'm never returning to this location I dont know why I returned this location. I started doing the drive thru instead of curbside. And did not have an issue until today, 8/10 around 5 pm I went to get my order. They normally give me the receipt at the second window and when I got to the first window it was closed. The young lady opened the window and said you have a big order you're going to need it. i said it was ok. Because I would have had to get out of the car to try and get it at this point. I get to the food window. This time they hand me my food. Than ask for it back because they forgot something. They took my bag this girl comes to the window from the first window and says where is your receipt. I said you already know you have my receipt. She said thats why you need it. . Than they held my food longer doing god knows what. The only thing I was missing was sauce for my nuggets. They hadn't forgotten anything and allowed that girl to play with my food. I truly dislike giving bad reviews but this McDonald's gave me no choice. This place is a joke when it comes to "fast food". It is probably one of the slowest McDonald's in the area. Once you're in the drive thru, you're trapped. I was in line for an hour and I couldn't move because there is a curved median once you're in line so even if I canceled my order, I still would've had to stay in line. On top of the location being slow, they rarely get your order correct. Don't come here unless you just feel like waiting around for a wrong order. read more

Friday morning I went to the 24 he drove thru at 430am where I was told that they could only do cash. I had none drive to the MCD 2 miles away, no problem. Ordered online at 700am Saturday, ok. (I look down and notice she's standing in front of register with a handwritten sign in what looks like green crayon that says CASH ONLY) Her: This one is cash only. Me: So can I pay at the one to your right? Her: That one is broke. (Not broken, but broke) Me: So can I pay one of the kiosks behind me? Her: You can go through the drive-thru. **there were about a dozen cars in line at the moment** Me: So, you want me to leave the counter...standing here now... go outside get in my car and get in line in the Drive-Thru and reorder, is that what you're saying?? Her: Yes. Me:. How about if I give you my card you walk it over to the drive-thru window and have them ring my order up from there? This location on Swan Creek has gone way down hill. Lately they always forget parts of our order and food is not good. We've been short nuggets plus nuggets are old and dried out, sauce missing, hamburgers are old and cold, fries are either undercooked and soggy or overcooked and hard, drinks are the wrong size, etc - it's always something. Even the apple pies are old and dried out. On top of all that, sometimes the drive through person doesn't respond to our hello/thank yous - we just get silence back, it's rude. The kids working here just don't seem to care. Desperately needs new management and/or better trained employees. We've started going the Waldorf/Crain hwy location instead, they are much more consistent. It's a longer drive but at least our orders are right and food is hot and fresh from there. read more

This is the worst place to get fast food, the staff is not well trained, they speak in their native language swearing in the work place, very rude to customers when and after making purchases. This is the worst managed McDonald's I've ever been to. It took 30 min to get my food and 15 was waiting of my latte and iced coffee even though I asked over and over where it was. I don't know if this is standard procedure just on this area or whatever but when I go to other McDonalds, their hot chocolate is almost full at the top. She even called my number and my drink is not ready yet. What kind of customer service is that?? You call me and you didn't know my order but you looked at the screen five times?? Update: They recently renovated this McDonald's and added it to UberEats, so we decided to give it not one, but three 2nd chances... 1st UberEats - everything arrived correct and relatively hot (!) although packaged in so many bags that you have to question the environmental impact...and took an hour. We live down the road and would have picked it up but wanted to test out the UberEats. 2nd UberEats - got our order and no drinks. Isn't that a main part? Our poor Uber driver went back, in the rain. 3rd UberEats - got our breakfast order on a lazy Sunday and no hashbrowns....annnd we're done. This place had a chance to improve. The corporate office and/or franchisee obviously JUST put money into it and somehow they are STILL terrible. read more

I wouldn't normally write a review for McDonald's but after some of the service that I've seen here, I feel I must. First of all, I used to come here for breakfast. On a couple of days I went inside and there was one person working both the drive through and the front counter. The mornings are busy here. So all his time was spent in the drive through. Then I look in the dining room and see two employees taking a break. Just chillin'. While the front counter line builds up. Ok, I know people deserve their breaks, but one of them could have tended the counter while the other was on break and then they could switch. It's not friggin Rocket science to figure out. So another day I go to the drive through. There's one guy doing everything again. I ordered a value meal with and iced coffee. I get to the window and he says "I'm the only one here, the others are taking a break, can I give you something else to drink?"(because he didn't want to make the iced coffe). I must have had an annoyed look on my face. Then he says "nevermind, I wont do it" he proceeds to make my iced coffee and F)@'cked it up. I WAS PISSED! Ordered online through the McDonalds app. Went to pick it up,app said go through the drive thru. You've already seen the other reviews on how long the lines are and how slow so we waited 15 minutes to get to the speaker. Told the worker "we had an online order " he said "go straight to the second window" still went to the first window to clarify he said just go. Got to the second window just for the worker to say "we had to tell them at the first window we had an online order than insults his coworker calling him "slow" and tells us to go around again and wait another 15 minutes to tell the same worker about our order when he could've just toke it there. I normally don't have a problem with this one a lot. They do seem to miss things sometimes when I come. Today they gave me the wrong size drink and forgot an item that was included in my meal order.
