We went through the drive through to pick up 3 mobile orders they only let us pick up two and made us go back through to get the last which is fine, but when we went back through to get the last order they couldn't find the order so we pulled up to the window then showed them then they found it, and when we get to get our food they asked us multiple times who it was for and when we finally get the food for the last order everything was wrong. Was scheduled for an interview at this location and when I arrived to manager was very unfriendly and rude. She rushed through half my interview and then said "okay sorry but we can't have the interview today because I have a meeting now". I then reminded her that I had a scheduled interview that was confirmed already. She then proceeds to basically tell me she doesn't care. She said to come back the next day. It was very unprofessional and rude of her to waste my time like that and not even apologize or anything. If anything she could have asked me to come back in a hour or so after her meeting. Waited over 20 minutes for a simple order. No sense of urgency as a fast food place. Lots of workers working at turtle speed. Dining area was empty and drive was slow as well. First off, I rarely review fast food as my expectation is always very low. Hey, it's fast and cheap for a reason. Well, today, i've had it. This McD is directly across the freeway from my work, so unfortunately, I do visit them often by default due to lack of lunch hour. Today, I went there with my app for the buy 1 get 1, and I choose the filet-o-fish. As I hate using my credit card, I usually use the cashier in person. Around 2p this afternoon, went there as I was quite hungry. Showed the app along with the discount code. She had to ring it up about 5 times, so I'm not sure what went wrong. Finally paid, and waited for my food. About 3 min later, got my order and went to sit down. Noticed I only got 1 fish, and not 2. Went back and the manager came over as she didn't know what to do. Manager said I only paid for 1 fish, which I then explained to her I was using the buy 1 get 1 on the app for the discount. Anyway, she brushed away the issue and just said that she'll just comp me another one? Anyway, felt like she was doing me a favor with that attitude. Meanwhile, I sat down and started eating the first one. It was dry, overcooked and chewy. Rather than making a deal again with manager, I decided to just eat it as I was hungry then. Thinking that the 2nd one has to be better as it took several more min of waiting. Once I got that, it was the same dry out fish. By then, I had to get back to work, so I just left. Typical McDonald's food with good service and ordering experience. We have stopped here on a few occasions in both the drive thru and picking up take out. Our order has always been correct. The employees have, at times, been even been been friendly, nice which is becoming increasingly rare. We did try to order from the app for car pick up and it kept saying they were out of food so we had to go through the drive through. read more

This location is hit or miss. No matter what I order it's hardly ever good. Today I ordered a cheeseburger no ketchup add Mac sauce. No salt on the fries and a large sweet tea. Of course I have to wait for the fries. While waiting I ask the gentleman at the window to make sure my burger is fresh because, the last 2 times I've ordered them they have been cold and horrible. The tea is so so as usual. The fries are hot because I wanted no salt. I will pass this location up and go a couple miles up and get hot and fresh food. As well as good customer service. read more

Came for my free Texas Rangers Double Cheeseburger. My app wouldn't work, so the manager had the cashier use his phone app for me. Beatriz gave me a free freshly made, piping hot, chocolate chip cookie. She also had the dining area super clean. The female managers on duty were very friendly. I love the decor, flowers on the tables, and comfortable furniture at this location. For a moment, I thought I might need a reservation. My food was good. This MCD location rocks! McDonald's always has consistent product, but what makes me rank lowest here is the staff. Cashier tried to short me 1 dollar to "donate to the local charity" and when asked what charity "never mind" was the response even though the reply was no, he had to get the dollar back out of the register. read more

It does not stand for what it use to. If you can't tell in the photo they put a grey metal chair to block the second drive thru. so people won't try to use the lane in the middle of the night. It is serious damage waiting to happen. Not to mention they won't take credit cards in the middle of the night because they have to shut their system down every night because of maintenance. This is literally the worst McDonald's in my area. They charge more then any other McDonald's I go to (i.e. Paying 2.19 for a medium iced coffee that's the size of a small iced coffee; see picture) and when you hand them a coupon from their app they will present to scan it (i.e. I get their hazelnut iced coffee with an extra shot of hazelnut and cream with light ice. They have a promotion on their app that if you get five scans you get a free coffee, I never get my scans from them.) Whatever they hand you is always wet or sticky. So yea go to the next one. read more

The cashiers are either very new or just plain complacent because the food was lukewarm and when we said thank you for the drinks and food, no answer. The cashier didn't even speak to us as she handed us our food in a rush. So next time, we will just go somewhere else that has much better customer service and fresh food. I typically don't have any complaints for this location but it's 2am and there's a long drive thru line. Service is super slow and the woman taking the orders seems to have a bad attitude and prob hates working there. Finally drove up to the window to pay after sitting for about 16 mins. People were ordering then realizing it was taking forever and drove off. The cashier proceeded to repeat our order back to us to ensure our order was correct. #2 cheeseburgers, #2 mcgriddle combo, 2 four pack nuggets. Then after a few min we received our bag of food and drove home. shockingly enough our order was wrong, we were given 18 nuggets, fries and a hashbrown. You don't always want to go to Starbucks. McDonald's offers more hot food options, and those hash browns *really* hit the spot sometimes. This is a fine McDonald's: - It's easy to spot and easy to park at, and the interior is clean and well-kept. I like that there's news playing on the TVs, and it's easy to get comfortable in a booth. I settled in fine with my meal and papers. - I only had friendly interactions with the staff. They were patient while I took forever to deliberate on my order, and I always saw them circling and picking up things. - I like that I was offered a refill on my coffee. I can't speak to what the service is like in the wee hours of the morning, but everyone was beyond friendly at 7:30 AM. Maybe the workers get their coffee fix in by then? read more

As I mentioned in my check-in, this is definitely the best-looking McDonalds I have been too. It is very modern. I received extremely prompt service and got my food quickly. I had two breakfast items, and both were very well done. The only thing that's didn't go right was that I receive my food "to go" when I had asked to dine in. I forgot to order a drink, and it would have been nice for a reminder about that, but obviously I'm not gonna hold that against anybody. The average 2.5 rating that I see on Yelp makes no sense to me; this store is way better than that. read more

Good food, but not cooked well. I don't like the embodiment of Ronald McDonald in this particular location, even though I know he's supposed to be admired on how he created the empire. Some places jumped too fast, often feeling like they skipped something and require pieces put together using your imagination. McDonald's is like Walmart of fast food. You think you're in a nice area and then it's like, "oh...where did these people come from?" I only come to McDonald's for coffee. One day I stopped here and someone had a large, vicious looking dog sitting in back of their truck with the door open. Luckily the dog was asleep, but it wasn't restrained. Who does that? As far as employees go, it's McDonald's so don't expect anything fantastic, but I've encountered a few nice ones. Today I stopped by to get a large iced coffee with room, the drive thru lady confirmed with me "no flavors", right I didn't want any flavors. In most coffee shops that would mean black iced coffee, just like if I asked for hot coffee with no flavors I would get black coffee. When I pulled up to the second window, the guy handed me a beige coffee with no room. Why is my unflavored coffee beige? "Does this have cream?" I asked. "Yes, that's the way it comes," he replied. Well, I ordered a large iced coffee with room, no flavors, no cream, no sweetener, no sugar! So that means my coffee should be black. He took it back and remade my coffee, but not without pumping sweetener in the cup first and returned with a full cup of "black" iced coffee with no room. This location was opened a couple of months back. It's one of those upscale McDonald's with chandeliers and TVs on the inside. The staff is friendly for the most part and they serve your food in a hurry. If you want to avoid the lunch rush around Wendy's and Jack in the Crack, McDonald's and the other surrounding restaurants serve as good alternatives. read more
