Raising Cane's never misses. I don't know what they do to that chicken, but it's always stupidly good -- crispy on the outside, super tender inside, and somehow the same every single time. The toast is elite too. I don't care what anyone says, it's the best part of the box. The service at this location was actually great. The workers were quick, friendly, and the food came out hot, not sitting there getting soggy. The inside was clean and didn't have that greasy fast-food smell some places get. And the Cane's sauce... yeah, I could probably drink it. I won't, but I could. Overpriced for less than mediocre quality ...ordered via drive-thru. I was asked if I wanted a beverage with the 3-piece tenders meal (I said no). The line was wrapped around the building when we visited, BUT they were fast and friendly! Our food was fresh and delicious, Raising Cane's golden standard. When we visited there were not very many parking spaces since there are other restaurants in this exact area. Everyone decided to grab food at the same time I guess lol. I quite literally got bored enough in the drive thru line to update Yelp (with bad service) and write this. Maybe there was only one person in the kitchen? I'm typically a patient person but when one employee is on their phone, some random dude behind the counter is bouncing a ball? the other is working the counter in an empty dining room I would say it's fair to point out some potential. Just passing through from out of town on a Sunday afternoon. We were greeted by an extremely friendly older gentleman. This gentleman went out of his way to accommodate us the entire time we sat and ate. He chatted with us a bit and even offered to refill our drinks. For a fast food joint, he really went above and beyond. Our food came out promptly and was hot & fresh. It's chicken fingers, but they got it pretty right on this day. The cashier/kitchen folks (all really young) were also really friendly and were having a great time while working hard. Kudos to the teamwork on this day. I don't (can't) frequent this location so don't know if this is typical, but on this day, at that moment, they were firing on all cylinders. Doubt I'll be in the area again, but if so, will definitely stop in. Solid four stars with an extra star to offset a one star review out there ;). This was the worst experience ever at a fast food spot. I placed an order for curbside pickup and arrived at 10:55 and checked in. We sat out there for a full ten minutes, despite the fact that there was no one in the drive thru or parking lot. I called at 11:04 and told them we had arrived, despite our check in on the app and Michelle answered, asked for my name and then said she would have someone bring it out. Another TEN MINUTES passed so my husband just went inside (despite the fact that he is injured and I was waiting in the car with our baby) and when he walks in, all the crew members are standing around and talking to each other. There was not a single customer in the lobby. He asks for our order and Michelle just points at our food (which at this point has been off the warmer for TWENTY MINUTES) and says "is it that one?" She didn't assist him at all or even hand him our food. Some manager! Your employees were not only rude to customers but aren't even doing their jobs. If you are still in high school and would like to work at Raising Cane's, you are in luck because they do employ students. However, be prepared to work around their schedule and not yours. There is no consideration to your school hours. They will schedule you for a morning shift during a school week and schedule you to work late on a Sunday night, sometimes until 3:00am. They ignore your shift schedule requests and will fire you without letting you know. Not a good place to work for teens. If you do work there and work late, passed the end of your shift, be sure to check your pay stub for overtime wages. read more

First time coming to a Cane's and I got to say it was pretty good. The chicken was juicy and not dry and the skin was crispy. The fries were like any other fries, but the dipping sauce made the chicken and fries taste even better. The toast tasted pretty good as well. The sad thing is that if you want more sauce, you would have to pay extra. I wished they would just put out a machine that we can get unlimited sauce. The amount they give is not enough for the whole meal. The amount they serve for one meal is a pretty decent size. The food was good, but I felt like I was in an unsupervised elementary lunch room. Three kids were on motorized razor scooters and were loud, they had their scooters walking around in the store with them blocking the path for customers to go to their tables, to the fountain drinks etc. One of the kids was sitting his butt on the table while talking to the other two kids while drinking their drinks. I don't know where to even begin on this highly dissatisfied visit. We've been to this location multiple times and I'm not sure if it was just the time of day(around 10pm) if I'm not mistaken they close at midnight on a Saturday. 1st disappointment was the fries were rock solid, the strips that I asked for extra crispy seemed to have just been re-dipped in the grease because someone was too lazy to even make them fresh to order, the coke I had needed to be changed the only good thing was my Wife said her sweet tea was good. After an outing, the fam and I literally ordered by the tray; 50 chicken tenders (cost around $55), fries, that good ole Texas toast, and HELLA (yeah I'm from Cali) sauce! We probably should've taken it home but it was empty inside on a Sunday late afternoon so we ate inside. The chicken tenders were just that, tender! The chicken was fresh and the outside was crunchy, dip that tender in the sauce, chased with Texas toast and washed down with sweet tea and BOOM... Mind Blown! I woke up the next day craving Cane's! I just had a horrible experience at this location. Waited over 30 minutes for my food order in the drive thru just to find out that I was missing a kids meal. When we returned, the front desk manager, Michelle, got pretty mouthy with me about there being "three managers on duty" and her not know what the other two managers in the back are doing. Seems like this Raising Cane's is managed pretty poorly. Sad to see a manager turn a complaint onto customers instead of apologizing and correcting the situation.
