The North St McDonald's in Foxboro is possibly the worse McDonald's I've been to in my entire life - and I've been to many . Today, I waited at the drive through window for 8 minutes before anyone acknowledged me all while all the staff (unsupervised kids) messing around in the background . Better than usual thanks to a staff member ! I often hold off on a review of a place I often go to in hope of a "turn around." Today McDonalds had a great crew member at the first window. The receipt lists "Sidel." Not sure that was the young man's name; however, he was polite, cheerful, and professional. Decades ago when I was McDonald's staff, there was a list of encounter items each member was to cover. He got all, and did them with a smile. The food was generic McDonald's. All items were in the bag and breakfast salsa was added without asking. The property was in good repair, and the drive through trash can was not overflowing. In the past it was. The woman at the second window seemed a bit rushed and was less cordial than "Sidel." I look forward to giving a better review in the future. As a parent, we visit McDonalds. This review was over the average due to "Sidel;" with other staff helping this location can be a 4 or 5 star restaurant! read more

Will never return to this location. Noticed the drive thru line was very long. went inside, waited at register for 5 minutes, no one would help, young man in black shirt not taking orders, would not make eye contact. Walked out. My card was stolen here last month. I know for sure because it's the only place that I used my card recently. This person went to another McDonalds in Hyde Park, MA and ordered over $50 dollars of food. They then tried to go to an ATM but I'd been alerted and shut off my card before they had a chance to empty my account. It HAS to be an employee working there. Anyone using your cards here BEWARE. The burger assembly was awful - all the pickles on one side, burgers falling off the bun, uneven condiment application, more lettuce in the box than on the burger. This was the case for ALL of them - Big Mac, Quarter Pounder and two cheeseburgers. Also ordered a chocolate shake that came out looking more like chocolate milk. (Just terrible!) - Messed up my Drive-thru order 3rd time in 6/7 visits here. Only reason am writing this review is that, there is no "Benefit of doubt" for that. My last order: Cappuccino: Took the order as a large coffee. When I mentioned it was a cappuccino (before I even received my coffee), the coffee tasted like they just added foam to the already made large coffee (pretty in-genius they would think) But it tasted utterly terrible! worse than having no coffee. Second time in a row that I've come here to order the 20 piece mcnuggets and received stale food. The mcnuggets are brown instead of the usual golden color, they've turned hard, dry, and looks like leftovers from the previous day. They're open until midnight and I showed up around 10pm, so that's no excuse to not make fresh food. It's always busy until they close, sometimes there's even a line at the drive-thru at midnight. This is the closest McDonald's to my house and I honestly have not had a problem there. I know some people from the crew and they are pretty friendly and outgoing people. I see many bad reviews here that don't sound right. Customer's might have gone on a bad day or something but if they go there often and there's Always a problem, then they should just stop going. I go here all the time and there has never been a big problem to complain about. They can be pretty busy though since it's right next to Gillette and there's always games or concerts. People need to understand that sometimes businesses are busy and the crew can be a little bit stressed with all that is going on so I think people need to cut them some slack sometimes. read more

The trash cans were overflowing, the toilet in the men's room was blocked and full of everything you can imagine, they were out of ketchup, straws and napkins at the condiments area, and not a big deal, but I got charged for (and received) a water that I didn't order. Hi. I'm writing this review because I was disappointed on an order I made yesterday with McDonald's on North Street, Foxborough, MA. I absolutely love the chicken and crispy bacon salad with ranch dressing and always buy that whenever I go to any McD. But yesterday with the same order, using drive thru, I found that the quantity of the salad was nearly half of what it usually was and there was hardly any crispy bacon in it!! I only opened the box after reaching home and was dismayed at the quantity served. Now I'm not sure, if it was a one time mistake or has McD reduced the serving size... felt like kids meal to me!! And I'm not the kind of person who has large servings. Did anybody else feel the same about the quantity served? It would be great if McD looks into this matter! read more
