And then explain to her that it was unprofessional to let me stand there for 5 minutes well none of them made eye contact with me or acknowledged my existence and let me stand there under the mobile pick up order sign and none of them bothered to tell me mobile pickups were on the other side . As a retail manager myself who runs an operation much larger than this I can honestly say that that type of customer service was severely lacking . These kids really need to be trained better .
