Ok this location deserves a solid good review after a great first time ever for me at a five guys. I always thought the burgers and fries looked good so after an afternoon of shopping it seemed like a perfect time to give them a try. The restaurant itself was so so neat and clean and the ordering system was simple and easy. The guy working was really nice and helpful considering I had never ordered from a five guys...kinda gave me the rundown on how the sizing and customizing worked. The food came out in decent time and was perfect and hot. Hands down some of the best fries I've ever had and the burger was amazing. Definitely didn't expect that. A little pricey but I'm justifying it for the fact it was worth it honestly. Very pleased with my experience here at Patriot place five guys :-)

Got good food and good customer service. Definitely pricier than I remember. Place was busy, but dining room was clean.

Five Guys to me started the realization you can get a fast food consistency but with a better quality burger.   Your are going to be waiting longer than a drive through, but you watch it made in front of you and the process you can tell is not just something nuked and slapped together. I am always a bigger fan of the fries than the burgers though.  The bun usually gets crushed, and with so many other quality burger joints chaining out now, I usually don't look to Five Guys as my first choice.  I will say I do like their fries more than most other places, but the side is never the reason I show up to a place in the first place. As Five Guys goes this location is decent.  I could imagine before a Pats game the line would be ridiculous and not massive seating given the location, could imagine become standing room only on a busy day easily.  a few people were there the day I stopped in for lunch on a non-game day, but my meal was no more memorable than other times I've been to Five Guys.

Five Guys is an all-around solid burger place. The beef is fresh and flavorful, the toppings are very nice, and the fries (I always get cajun style) are soft on the inside. Service has been above-average and the facilities are generally clean (for fast food, at least). The peanuts are a pleasant bonus. My major gripe with this chain is that they wrap up the burgers so tightly in metalic wrap, that by the time you get a chance to open it, the bun's steamed and soggy. Eating the burger becomes difficult with a soggy bun. The fries, while I like the soft interior, aren't quite crispy enough, generally. It's hard to compare with, say, In N' Out because of the price point. The portions are somewhat larger at Five Guys, which is partly why it's pricier. However, the quality is worth the price. But I'm still partial to In N' Out. :-)

a mess of food left on the floor

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would!!! From the moment I entered I should have known the service and atmosphere was not going to be top tier. The resturant is extremely filthy! Food laced the floors all throughout. Tables were dirty. Please bring your own sanitizer wipes! During this visit, they did not get my order right. Only after I brought this to their attention, the staff member indicated they were out of bacon. The staff were totally dismissive. Management needs to take a closer look at the customer service. Severely lacking!again I would give zero stars if I could.

I am not a huge burger fan, but I wanted to check it out. I went at lunch and there was quite a crowd. It reminds me of a diner with the food being cooked out back while you watch. I have never heard of this chain until they came to Foxboro. The burger was very good and larger than I expected. The fries (which I rarely eat also) were fantastic! I really liked the brown bag approach. I will return when I get a craving for a big burger with my choice of toppings. It is not inexpensive, but I had plenty to eat.

Yummmm! This is a new Five Guys at Patriots Place as good as any location (it is a counter service burger joint). The burgers are yummy, the fries are fresh cut and overflowing portions. You get to know your neighbor because they squeezed eight tables in a small store. You can find boxes of peanuts on either side of the front door. If you haven't had a chance to eat at a Five Guys here is a quick tip - the Little Burger is the 1/4 pound burger and the regular is a double, the larger fries is the size of the large cup on the wall PLUS they dump another cup in the bag.

From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the level of customer service was not what it should have been. The employees seemed rushed and disorganized, which set the tone for the rest of the visit. The service itself was terrible because my order was not handled with care or attention. I asked for one McGriddle, a simple and common request. However, instead of receiving one, I was given eleven McGriddles. This was not a small or understandable mistake--it showed a lack of communication and accuracy in the ordering process. Errors like this waste food, time, and money, and they leave customers frustrated. Overall, this experience reflected poorly on McDonald's service standards. Fast-food restaurants are expected to be quick and accurate, especially with basic orders. Receiving eleven McGriddles instead of one showed that the staff was not paying close attention, which made the visit unpleasant. Because of this experience, I would think twice before returning to that location. When I sent my mom in the aura of the room was abysmal. Sincerely, The H

The restaurant was pretty empty, but gradually filled as we were there. I got the haystack double deal (on the back of the menu) and thought it was a great value for only $10. I did upgrade the side to the sweet potato fries. The food took a while to arrive, as noted in other reviews, but we were so early that we didn't mind. I was glad to not be in a rush, otherwise the wait would've been annoying. Of course, we had to take advantage of the bottomless sides! I ordered a Caesar salad which was pretty good and my boyfriend refilled his fries which were good as well. When we left the restaurant, there was a line out the door, so definitely get there early on game day! Overall, if you have some time to kill and are looking for a well priced meal, I would recommend this Red Robin location!

We enjoyed it so much that when our guests came to town, we thought, "This would be the perfect place to take them." Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told the outdoor patio was closed because they were short-staffed. Not a great start, considering sitting outside was the main reason we chose the restaurant. We were seated in the only section that was open, and the floor was absolutely filthy. It looked like the party room at Chuck E. Cheese after ten birthday parties. Food, wrappers, and debris everywhere. Definitely not what you want to see when you're sitting down for dinner. The good news: the food was very good. No complaints there at all. Hats off to the kitchen -- our meals came out good and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Then came the entertainment. A couple seated in front of us were either madly in love or the guy had just hit the jackpot at the casino down the street. She spent most of the time practically straddling him at the table. It reminded me of the scene in National Lampoon's European Vacation when Rusty says, "Dad, I think he's going to pork her." During our meal, I counted at least seven different employees coming through the area, and not one said anything. Nothing complements a juicy Red Robin burger quite like watching two people swap DNA with their tongues six feet away. Good food, but between the closed patio, dirty dining room, and the unexpected dinner show, this visit was definitely not the experience we remembered from a couple of weeks ago.

We walked up to a limited menu that comes with the format, but what is available lands well enough that it is worth stopping for if you are already at the outlets. The chicken is the obvious centerpiece and when it is fresh it delivers. The crust is crispy in a way that holds up and the chicken itself stays juicy underneath, which is the balance that makes or breaks a fried chicken sandwich. The sandwich is large and the fries and dipping sauces round things out into a complete meal without much effort. Overall though, it was a little bit of a disappointment. Consistency can vary depending on when you show up. Catching the chicken fresh out of the fryer is when it is at its best, and a less fortunate timing can mean something that does not fully live up to what the better visits suggest. The food truck operates on its own schedule, so checking hours before you go is a good habit, particularly later in the afternoon. We noticed that meals do not automatically come with a drink, which is easy to miss when ordering. Ordering online ahead of time is the smarter move if you want to avoid a wait and pick up without standing in line. For a quick fried chicken stop at the Wrentham outlets while the permanent location is still under construction, Big Chicken works as a convenient option if you time it right. We would come back once the full restaurant opens, but for now we would check the truck's hours and order ahead to stack the odds in our favor.
