This is an absolutely tiny McDonald's located just if I-81. It only seats about 20 people and has 4 touch ordering screens to use instead of a cashier. Like every McDonald's you can order ahead in the app but be warned there are only 4 spots to park in for that. The food always takes a long time based on their size, location, and business. Just be prepared to wait if you order a large fry or 20 piece nuggets. The staff has always been pleasant. read more

Rated on Google reviews as well, but in a nutshell horrendous service. Got my food more than 20.minutes after order was placed. Husband and brother in law got similar food (I ordered 2 McChickens plain with cheese and they got 3 regular McChickens) and they ordered their food after I had already placed my order. My husband and brother in law received their order before me and it resulted in me getting my food AFTER my family finished eating. never compensated for this as well. If I could rate them ZERO stars, I would. read more

we hit this little off-the-map location on the way back from college lacrosse quarter nationals. syracuse lost :( it's in the middle of nowhere up a really weird hill, which doesn't help the vibe of the place. it's normal as far as mcdonald's' goes, just felt like that was important to add. the food itself is maybe a bit above standard in terms of mcdonolds. the fries are good and salty, and the shake is cold and good. my dad's buddy said the double fish sandwich was the best he ever had, made a grown man cry. two half pieces of cheese, what more could you ask for? the form of the lady that put our bag down for pick up was pretty good. the kiosk was pretty good, but my dad sucks with tech so that was something. read more

I actually didn't eat here, just stopped in to use the restroom. So, why the four star review, one may find themselves asking inquisitively. Simple. The location is obscured and hard to find because of the circuitous manner one must take to get here―despite it being right off the freeway. The four stars is for their management having the wherewithal to post tons of signage to help visitors locate them because whatever municipality runs the area has done a piss-poor job of signage and street striping in general, for that matter. My family of 4 stopped by for a quick lunch and bathroom break. Bathrooms were clean and employees were nice and helpful. I am not a McDonald's fan, but the rest of the family are. We got chicken nuggets, fries, and Big Macs. All the foods tasted fine, especially the fries. Cost were excellent because large soda was only $1 and a single Big Mac was only $1 with a purchase of 10 pieces nuggets. This location was good because it was close to the freeway. read more

Never thought I'd write a review about a mc Donald's but this place is BUSSIN ya'll actually make the food good. I drive an hour just to get food here LOL it's more tasty then where I live. Uh yeah! I'd never thought I'd bother to write a review for a McDonald's but hey, I'm coming back from Canada tired and exhausted. Usually this is a pit stop, but I had to give a shout out for their customer service! The place is very clean and modern. For once, the bathroom doesn't smell of piss. My family, given our pickiness and complicated orders, I am rather impressed with their accommodations and patience. Anyways I had to give a shout out to rarely seen service at a McDonald's. Food wise... Well it's better than most. At least I didn't find a roach in my big mac like the McDonald's near my house. Ahaha, anywho, happy eating. only write to warn others. this is a brand new formatted mcdonalds tucked in an aging mall. It was a bit scary to get there. People were nice, but the place was grade A dump. It's not like McDonald's needs a review but these guys stand out enough for me to take this time to say something positive. The service was really fast and friendly. Fries are cold. Big Mac is cold. Soda from the fountain is warm and flat, all of it. You have to ask for a drink at the counter because they care about that one only apparently. Ordered at the kiosk and wanted to make sure I had a receipt because, well, McDonald's. There was no receipt paper in the kiosk. Had to ask for reciept . McDonald's food is great but their customer service sucks. Tried calling them directly they never answer their phone. It just rings. Bad. if you are wondering why rate a McDonalds? because often times they are an easy place to stop with reliable restrooms and standardized quality. I don't review McDonald's as a rule, however this location was so bad - it needed mention. Drive by here and find the next location - it cant be worse than here. the food was cold, the service was terrible and they either forgot to put ice in my cup or they ran out. this was the most filthy place i have ever been too, stopped to use the restroom and toilet paper (used) all over the floor only one sink worked and there was a mystery substance to the left of the sink. don't go here, there's no telling if the foods any better. read more

Ohhhhh, this McDonald's. Imagine if you will, a McDonald's; a McDonald's that always manages to get, at the very least,...one thing wrong with your order...every visit. This is that McDonald's. I've gone through the drive-thru in the early morning, afternoon, night, and late at night. It's always the same. They will screw up at least one thing. In the mornings, I would order a sausage biscuit with egg, no cheese. It would have cheese on it. Afternoons; a double quarter pounder meal with cheese, they would forget the fries. Order a chocolate milkshake...get an iced coffee (yes, that happened...twice.) Hit up the one,...anywhere else on the planet. You'll have a better day. read more

I found a maggot in my burger and my sisters order was messed up.Service was alright but some of the girls were just sitting around doing nothing.After finding the maggot I obviously told an employee who threw it away and gave me a new burger,the funny thing is that she charged me for two of them and was very rude.I do not recommend it and you shouldn't waste your time or money on something so bad. read more

This is a place where you wouldn't want to use their drive thru. I had simply gotten a large iced coffee black and a double hamburger. Instead I received a large iced coffee with sugar and a double cheeseburger. Then I had to wait for about 15 minutes before I got my order corrected. I would suggest using the McDonald's in Pottsville 61st Street on the Pottsville Saint Clair Highway. It is a very good McDonald's restaurant and they revamp fast food completely. I cannot seem to add that to Yelp but I would give that a 5 star. You order your food they give you a number and they have adequate seating. The seating there also has very comfortable cushioned Booth and tables. read more
