The person who took our order was pleasant, but the order was entered incorrectly. The kiosk display showed a small coffee; I intended to order a medium and missed the error, so that part is on me. What was not acceptable was the response at the window. When I received the small coffee and mentioned the mistake, the young woman at the window was unconcerned and came across as rude. No attempt to clarify, apologize, or offer a simple fix. Customer service matters. Based on this experience, we won't be returning. Fortunately, there are plenty of other options. read more

I'm not a fan of McDonalds. This one is ok. Some of the staff is cold and uncaring. Some of the staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond. What a mix. The food is McDonalds food. It's been a while since I've been to one, and I was shocked at the prices - $3.29 for a 99 cent double cheeseburger, now called a McDouble because they have half as much cheese. Hmmm. I have been through the drive thru twice this week, both times in the morning. Both days had a very friendly attendant, very charismatic and took information accurately. Day 1 was unsweet iced tea only. As expected was quick and accurate. Day 2 was a bacon McGriddle meal and a chicken biscuit meal. Don't bother going here, Manager is beyond rude, after you order, wait for the unorganized and poorly trained folks to get your food. You're then informed you aren't permitted to eat in. Had to wait additional time after asking several times for salt, pepper and catsup . The so called manager wants to tell you she's busy and you'll need to wait some more. My food was picked up, gone through and then handed to me by another Customer because we weren't given receipts and didn't know our order numbers when I decided to go someplace else after all this and Demanded a refund. Was given the wrong refund amount by the manager who refunded the wrong receipt. No apology, she's clueless as to how messed up the situation was. This was just a stop along a road trip. One of the WORST I've ever been to. Stopped here at 2:30 pm, hardly prime time! Took 45 minutes to get in and out for a Big Mac and fries. Big Mac came out first but sat on counter for over five minutes waiting on fries. Burger was cold. Buns were hard on the edges. Had no cup lids for the drinks. Place was filthy. Total chaos. They screwed up another couples order twice and they were so amazed they just started laughing and left. DO NOT STOP HERE! Go next door to Cracker Barrel or Burger King. Horrible service. Lady acted like I should know they did not have spicy chicken sandwich. Then got my order and they forgot the drink. Acted like it was my fault and made it seem like a chore and hand me the drink that was already on the counter. Got back to the hotel and everything is old and stale. Fries were brown and dry. Burger bun dry chicken nuggets were more like jerkey. The are advertising jobs for 9 bucks an hour. With that service I think 5.25 would be over paying. Well, after my experience at this Mcdonald's I can definitely say I was enlightened. As it was quite an inconvenience to wait several minutes on our food, when it was brought to us, we encountered some very special delivery boys. They delivered my McGriddle with smiles from cheek to cheek. They even gave me quite the laugh when they informed me of their frappe machine mishap when they apparently "made it rain." However, the frappe was magnificent. They seemed like they were having a ball and didn't want to leave the window of my car. They were so pleasant I really just wanted to snatch them up and bring them with my on my trip to good ole Alabama. read more

I need to try to remember to avoid this exit. I stopped in, this past Tuesday, for some breakfast and to hit the head. I was nearly knocked out in the restroom by the OVERWHELMING smell of bleach. I literally had to wash my hands with my eyes closed because they were burning. Some poor man walked in, seemed instantly dazed and confused, and had to walk out. He didn't even get a chance to do anything. I go up to the counter to order my drink and a yogurt parfait. The cashier seemed nice enough, but it seemed like there were people standing around waiting on food (only a few, but it seemed like there was no sense of urgency behind the counter), which was odd as it was not that crowded. I am so thankful I ordered already prepared food, as the cashier who took my order and handed me my to-go order took the time to tuck in her shirt while I was standing there. It's been a long time since I've worked in a restaurant, but I'm pretty sure the health inspectors would not look favorably on employees who handle food shoving their hands down their pants without 1) doing it privately in the restroom and 2) washing their hands afterwards. Maybe she was aware of the bleach drenched restrooms and knew her body could not handle it. Just went through the drive-through asked for a large sweet tea light ice. The tea was unsweetened and the cup was over halfway filled with ice. I asked the girl in the drive-through if she put light ice and she assured me that she did in fact I knew what she was talking about. I called the McDonald's after three sips of my tea was empty except for the ice and as I was talking to the rep on the phone she hung up on me do not suggest ever going to this McDonald's again very bad customer service. This McDonald's - I posted about a lousy breakfast sandwich a month ago but I went back last Saturday I ordered a Carmel mocha hot drink. When I got to the pick up window they said 'would I move forward as they 'dropped' my drink and had to make a new one' so I moved up and waited and waited and waited. I backed my vehicle up to the pick up window and the cashier was clueless. There my hot drink sat on the counter getting cold; and it wasn't even all the way full So just now I attempted them once again to get a side salad and a Carmel mocha, I use the McDonald's app and they we're offering a free medium McCafe. Well don't you know it they have NO salad I will drive out of my way to the other McDonald's in Franklin before ever trying this place Oh, it looked like a manager guy was working on Saturday- what a bad deal read more

Everyday about 2:30 I stop at this location and everyday ,,they seem not to know what a double fish is. Everyday I order the same thing and everyday , I get a single fish . Car sitting in the drive thru when I pulled in, they went on and so pulled up...silence. Wait, wait, wait some more and hear some guy yell something and door slams, but still nothing from the speaker. Start to leave and there's at least one customer with food still there so get out and start walking up. Truck comes around honking to get told they're closed after they also waited. Two more cars were at the drive thru by this time. It was not closing time yet, though was close, and all the lights were on. Is it really that hard to say closed to people pulling up still? Or crazy idea, turn off the lights if closed? Or hey, maybe just maybe don't close before actual closing time? I hate fast food but this and Waffle House were only options. read more

I cannot understand why people eat this inferior food. Buns are always cold and crumbly. Meat is usually room temp, doesn't even melt the phony cheese. Fries are so thin, they get cold in just a few minutes. Had sausage and gravy biscuit, not enough gravy to make the biscuit edible. The good part? There ain't one !!! OK! OK! The coffee is excellent. It's dirty, needs repair, and the customer service ranks among the worst I've ever experienced. These people make their disdain for customers clear to all who walk in. One drive thru worker forget too turn her head set off and dropped the fbomb, my daughter was in the back seat. Another incident a drive thru worker literally slapped my sisters change into her hand. Horrible location. Dining in was absolutely awful. Stopped here for a quick dinner and it took 10 mins for any of the 7... yes 7!... people working in the front area to acknowledge the line of 4 people deep waiting for ordering. The First Lady in line was standing waving her arms and yelling to try and get someone's attention. Finally when someone did come they only took the first person's order then left. Then it took several more minutes for someone else to come take the rest of our orders. After our order was finally taken, its took another 10+ mins to make our order. 4 different people touch the tray during the process. They had no fries ready or sweet tea brewed and their soda machine didn't work for multiple flavors. I also saw a lady working on orders pull a dirty mop bucket and pick stuff off the floor and not wash her hands or put on gloves to proceed with work. The seating area was also a disaster. When we finally got our order not a single Person said sorry for the wait. They all turned their backs or went to the back before we could Say anything. We should have known better than to actually stay and eat but we were in such a hurry we ate what we could in the short time we had left to get back on the road. To top it off, we all 3 got sick within less than 24 hours after the visit. Never going back here again. read more

The ice cream machine was obviously broken, but the customers were not told and they continued to serve ice cream. The chocolate fudge sundae was sold without warning the customers that when the lid was removed, melted ice cream (milk) poured out of the cup all over your hands. I also got it on my laptop. I brought it to the attention of the "manager" and she said she had no authority to shut off the machine. Well, if that is the case, at least give the customers a warning, that way they have the choice of buying it "as is" or not at all. read more
