I have been to this location on three occasions to purchase food and one time to discuss food that I paid for that I did not receive. I normally don't thread this way, if I can't give a food establishment 5 stars. My first visit, I ordered a McRib and six piece nugget. The food was not fresh or hot. The second visit, I ordered a double meat quarter pounder and medium fries. I got home and I had a single meat quarter pounder. I tried calling the number on the receipt and it went straight to VM. I left a message as stated, the next day I tried calling the number again and it went straight to VM. So, on my way home I said let me stop by to ensure my messages were received. I spoke to the mgr and I won't mention his name here. However, first he looked at my receipt and told me he could not replace my meal because he didn't have any calls to reference it. I paid $10 dollars for my food, as I don't drink sodas. I explained to him, I was not going to be out of $10 dollars. As he continued to tell me he could not comp my meal. I took my phone out and ask was the number on the receipt the same. Showing him where I called the night before and called the day before I stopped by. Eventually he had no choice but, to replace my meal. I stopped by again this Saturday and ordered another double meat quarter pounder and ask for grill to order as, I did on the previous order. And if, I tell you, there was so much salt on the Pattie's. That was my notice, that I would not be returning there to eat. In addition to both my return visits, there were two other ladies that were returning food to be replaced, that ordered in the drive through. To this point, I still have not received a courtesy call back. The way this all transpired is my reason for the one star. I take food safety seriously and my conversation with the mgr was to ask his staff, if it's something that's not fresh, don't serve it. I will note, that the service was not any issue or concern. Service/employees, short staffed, avoiding/ignoring customers and 3rd party deliverers!!!! You're good to go tho, if you're in the drive thru with order by our pickup! It is VERY prioritized. I CAN understand WHY,.. But, it doesn't help justify spending our hard earned money on cold, undercooked foods/disgusting foods, that we have to toss in the trash and not eat, (AGAIN THIS MORNING), because it's such a bother to ever TRY to get a response/be heard, much less a refund on anything in these apps. Especially, when we order and pay for express/priority delivery thru DoorDash or Uber, and there are still other deliveries dropped off before ours?!?! Undercooked breakfast items, eggs, sausage, muffins, etc. bcuz always busy and in a hurry for 3rd party pickups for delivery, drive-thru orders, dine in and pickup orders! A whole lot going on here, with the MOST MINIMAL STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN, FOR SUCH A BUSY LOCATION. They are definitely rockstars! (This does not help or excuse the very undercooked, gooey/mushy, slimy egg whites/eggs, weird chewy sausage patties or raw/barely even toasted English muffins - I'd thought that foods were cooked/locked in with timers, in fast food/such places?!?! This REALLY 'NEEDS' TO BE FIXED ASAP!!!!). I really do not understand how these people stay working here, especially the way they're treated by DoorDash & Uber deliverers!!!! Who do some of these people ACTUALLY THINK they are!!!! Just wow. **ALSO** Deliverers should NOT BE ALLOWED to pickup/deliver, unless they have AND ACTUALLY USE insulated bags!!!! NOT JUST TOSS THE FOOD ON THE FRONT OR BACK SEAT/TRUNK/HATCHBACK, OR FLOOR IN THE CAR, when picking up to deliver orders!!!!!!! When they make the food right, it's perfection. The food was decent. It wasn't the best but not the worst. My kids said the taste was mid compared to other McDonald's. For my opinion, the service was awful. Sloppy chain of command. Extended waits in the restaurant would be acceptable if the drive through moved quickly. But this is my last drive thru wait time -- they move you to random parking spots so their drive thru wait time stays artificially low. App had issues when I tried to do pick up and used up the coupon. Went inside to have this worked out and the manager had an attitude with me. While yes they honored my request to use the coupon, I already felt uncomfortable to say anything else and make more trouble. By the time I got home with the food for my family they forgot sauces and other 10 nuggets I had ordered. I didn't want to drive back and make a fuss again after that knowing who I spoke to. I went through the drive thru to order. They asked me to wait in the reserved spots in front of the store and told me they'd bring my order out. I should've known something was wrong when they were already cars in all three reserved spots and others parked willy nilly everywhere. I ordered a ten piece nugget meal and a kids meal. I have been sitting here for upwards of 20 minutes waiting for my order. After about 25 minutes, half my order was delivered. I'm glad I checked before leaving! He went back in to find the rest of my order... In the car next to me, the driver legit fell asleep. They had to knock loudly on his window to wake him up since he was out cold. That's how long this drive thru takes. I get it. It's a fast food joint connected to a gas station. There is probably a lot of turn over and it's hard hiring the right people to make it constantly efficient, but this was ridiculously long winded. And it's often this way on the weekends. Luckily there are so many new fast food joints opening up in our area that we no longer have to be dependent on places like this McDonald's to serve you decent food at a decent price for quick service. read more

The worst I have ever been treated by a manager. Bad service all around management felt they didn't have to deal with me so he told a worker to find out what my complaint was. I tried to use the app to buy 5 Happy meals and it stated they were out, well much to my dismay I called McDonald's and they confirmed it.
