This location is very clean. The staff here are the best McDonalds staff we've seen in metro Detroit. Greeted with a smile, very polite and courteous. The food was made with care. I stopped here because it was close. Not knowing what to expect, I went inside and used the ladies restroom. Not only was there very few patrons inside, but the bathroom was spectacularly CLEAN! I mean, I've been to many McDonald's in my day and this was so clean it put all others I've been to in a different category. The kiosk that they use for food ordering was also super easy and convenient to use. You don't have to touch somebody to order food. They holler your order when it's ready and you just grab it and go... Fries are always soggy, only gives me one barbecue sauce and never gets my order Right. Employees are always rude, there is no play place and the table is never clean, order once took 45 minutes. Bad food by bad people. It was like a Sam Beckett play gone wrong. It was night-time and I wanted something quick. I didn't order chicken nuggets. They kept handing me the same chicken nuggets. I went through the drive thru a few times politely asking for my real order. On the 4th or 5th try I said, "Look in the bag this time. Is it nuggets again?" She looked into the bag, said 'no' and assured me the order was right this time. I looked into the bag...it was the nuggets again. There were many young ladies working the drive thru. This was some kind of joke to them as they took turns handing me these chicken nuggets of purgatory. I was going to give up and call the police as, at that point, they'd stolen my money. The food was horrible the fries were practically dead they were unsalted,dry and hard. They were out of everything they had no lemonade no Hi-C and when they gave the "Sweet Iced Tea" it was un sweetened. Also the tea was in a medium when I asked for a large. I just have to tell this story - its amazing - If you google Big Mac, you see a perfect Big Mac with 2 slices of cheese and fresh and perfect. Well, at this McD's you get a Big Mac cold, with cold cheese an 1 slice of cheese and guess what - 25 pickles to hide the 50 cent size burnt meat product on each bun. Oh yes, the pickles hide the no meat MAC. Also the Quarter Pounder Deluxe, always has a TOMATO missing, and they run out when they don't have and never tell the customers. The sandwich is doused with mayo and ketchup to where it oozes out onto your lap, and with no napkins, as they never provide, or with grease marks is bad too. The last McDouble Deluxe, was get this - Cold, Cheese not melted, burnt meat but cold, go figure, and the pickles again where an excessive amount like 8 or so. I can not fathom why this location has cold burnt meat and cold cheese on sandwiches if all are made fresh. Even if made fresh and sat for a few minutes, they would have melted cheese, but then again, when it is not busy your gonna get food that is like 2 days cold and nasty french fries that taste like someone put the sugar in the salt shaker instead of Salt. Cardboard french fries. This McD's without the graces of DON there to make sure its surviving will surely cause others to go elsewhere. The laziness of the staff to clean the shake machine is also apparent. So they just pawn it off as its not working, rather than clean an fill it. The other Managers laugh at legit complaints and make snide comments to keep people away and purposely sabotage the food preparation. Again, its a doggy dog world and the dog has certainly come up short on this bone venture. I was told to focus my energy on other stuff than to complain - well I don't like paying for things I don't get. Again, this is a terrible location to order from, and then there's Door Dash too, the Mgr yesterday wanted me to deal with Door Dash, and could have cared less about my concerns. Let me just say, this probably has to be the WORST McDonald's I have ever visited. There is always something wrong with my order, whether that be undercooked burgers, old fries, or missing items. I've gone to this location multiple times and have gotten sick multiple times. I normally crave McDonalds between the times of 1am and 4am. However, this location which is supposed to be 24 hrs, is always closed due to systems being done or inadequate amounts of food. Also, I've witnessed multiple employees smoking marijuana. I've even been at the Laundry Mat across the street and heard the manager yelling out of the drive-thru window at employee to stop smoking marijuana and help her with orders. Do yourself a favor and go to another McDonald's this one is terrible. I walked in today about 930am. Place was dirty and the counter person was talking to people in the seating area. Person from the back said someone would be there to wait on me in a minute. Finally she finished her conversation and came over. I placed my order and she asked one more time to repeat it after she let out a few burps and I did and she burped again and repeated the order back correctly. She filled the order and place milks on the counter no bag or carrier and never asked. I asked for a bag she burped again and put the order in the bag. Now I get home and the order is wrong. Simple order 3 sausage mcmuffins and cannot get that right. Then again they do have a serious problem getting that right at this McDonald's. You have to check the bag every single time because here they probably will get it wrong quite often. What's with this asking for a bag for milks or drinks.
