All in all the food was mid and the sauce wasn't as good as I remembered. The real reason I'm giving them 3/5 is because the price point I found to be pretty high for fast food. Maybe I just don't typically order fast food for the whole family (which is true), but I was shocked that for all four of us to eat at Freddy's it came out to over $40 and we didn't even order any extras. I know, that is still around $10 per person, but I don't know, I feel like I can eat at some nicer fast casual spots for that same price point and feel better later in the day. Overall, not a bad stop and I'd consider it again if in the area on a road trip.

Whenever I go there, I dream of the sea and wish I was there instead of at Long John Silvers. But seriously, I found the "food"there unchanged as well as the surroundings of the building we were eating the "food" in which is what I expect and plan for. The fish was fryed to a golden perfection, as was the hushpuppies and the crunchies, always a favorite... and an enemy... all at the same time. My wife remarked "look my darling, the 'food' on my plate is all the same color", to which i said, "only the best ma'am. You're welcome". Is there anything I would change? Quality? No! Service?
