Worst McDonald's in existence. Messed up ALL sandwiches. At this point it seems intentional. No cheese on cheeseburger. No pickles or mayo on McCrispy. Would not honor deal listed on app. Sloppy, horrible quarter pounder deluxe. And the virtual assistant for complaints does not work. I know, it's my fault for ordering McDonald's. Waited upwards of 30 minutes for my small order while watching multiple cars pass through the drive through without any wait. In addition to this I witnessed the manager sending people home during a rush and playing on his phone rather than assisting at the counter or anywhere else in the restaurant. Most disappointing however was the younger workers of restaurant who took blame and apologized on behalf of the manager when it was not their fault. read more

I have to start this by saying I hate McDonalds, no loathe would be more accurate. The food and service are normally hot garbage. Not at this beautiful, majestic, awe inspiring location! My god they couldn't be quicker. During the height of breakfast rush I am in and out of the drive through in less than 3 minutes! I am not exaggerating! I timed it! I swear hand to Jesus that before I am done paying at the first window, the lane to the second window is clear, and they have the window open and food ready in hand. I legit could grab my food and coffee from the second window without fully stopping my car. The ladies who take my money and hand me the food are sooooooo nice but not so nice you're like get on with it already (because I'm not really the nicest person in the morning so I don't want a whole production). Lastly, they are cheaper than other mcdonalds! I didn't even knows McDs had pricing variations. But after going to this delightful little joint I decided to give another mcdonalds a try and realized it was more expensive. Also it still sucked! This McDonalds has the worst service ever. After getting food that spilled in my car because the containers were not properly closed, the worker at the drive thru actually laughed at me because I was upset. She said the containers are left open so people can check their food. Hello....if you do your jobs properly, customers do not need to check their food! Wow, this was actually the best McDonalds I've been to! The service was painfully slow, but the food was fantastic! And really, I'd rather have food that's not gross versus slow service. This McDonald's has the worst service consistently more so than any other McDonalds. A constant wait. Whatever you do before pulling away check your order more than half the time it is either wrong or your missing a straw. I would not recommend ever going to this particular one. read more

This place has worse than bad service. The lady in front of me got no fries. Wrong soda and not 1 or 2 but a bunch of hair on her burger. Managment didn't even apologize. Took 20 min to get through the drive thru. Once they had given my our food, they gave us the wrong sandwich which I exchanged for the right one. Once we got home the jalapeño double that we ordered had no jalapeño's at all but instead had sautéed onions which it was not supposed to have at all. read more

The tea is always fixed perfect. The last several times we ate there as a family for like lunch or dinner we all got sick running back and forth to bathroom or cramping. Either over cooked or to greasy. The breakfast food for most part no problems with. Also started getting hamburgers with bones in them and when i broke my tooth i let them know. they said they would have someone call me...didn't ...and i was out well close to $900 because it split it in half and had to have a porcelain tooth. I went to the Georgetown, Indiana McDonald's to get a milkshake and fries before I picked up my son from elementary school. A male employee behind the counter was yelling about a break and saying he was going to blow up if he doesn't get one. The manager stood there while the employee screamed. After waiting several minutes and after hearing multiple instances of profanity spewing out of the employee's mouth, I approached the counter and asked if I could have my things or a refund, because I didn't want to hear any more of this. The employee began screaming at me that his mother, who also was working at the time, is disabled and hadn't received a break today and that I am rude because I don't care. I said, "No, I just want my things and to not hear this," as I gestured to the counter. My fiance and I finally got our items, and I had walked to the car because I wanted out of there. My fiance exited the restaurant, and the employee followed, removing his shirt saying he was going to kick his (my fiance's) ass.  I was in between them on the sidewalk and he got in my face and said he would "whoop my fucking ass, too." I reported it to the Floyd  County Sheriff's department. read more

I drive past this location because it is so bad. The wait seems to be forever even if you order a Coke. The staff changes all the time. On my most recent trip one kid screamed across the restaurant that he forgot what sauces they have because he quit a year ago and came back. Typical McDonalds food. Was warm when I got it. However, whoever schedules the Saturday morning workers needs replaced. Two weeks ago I came here with my daughter for breakfast and the actually closed the dining room because they didn't have enough people to work the counter. This week only one person on the counter. This location is right off an interstate so it is always packed. One person on the counter meant 10 people backed up in line. It took over 15 minutes just to place my order. Not really fast food at all. The local Mexican restaurant would have been much faster if they served breakfast. So avoid this location if you are traveling. Go the next exit up to Highlander Point and visit that McD's, they actually have people there to take your order and can get you in and out much faster. The Georgetown exit McDonalds is a newly refurbished site, they just need new workers or just install the self order kiosks. read more
