However the litany of mistakes made with our order and others in line was more suited for a three stooges clip. I had a total of five items (and five separate trips to correct the issues) missing from my order. Another poor lady which I did not know kept asking where her hash browns were at. Walked in to grab a bite to eat with my son. Did the mobile order with no issue, but when we went to set down. I could not find one clean table... absolutely disgusting. There was only a total of 3 people in the store eating and all the employees were standing around just staring blankly and talking amongst each other. After wiping my own table down and receiving my order. You would have thought I order a mcOnion burger with the ridiculous amount of onions it had. On top of the that, the burger was cold, the buns were extremely cold and hard. Like they had placed this back from a previous order and sent it out. Slowest service I've ever encountered. Poor guy on the front line has no help, he takes care of door dash, running food in the lobby, running food outside, running the register. They promote "skip the line, order curbside" but doing so is 3x's longer than drive thru. I believe it's under new management as McTribe, but it's still the same old slow service. Went through the drive thru tonight 6/20. Got a sweet tea and nuggets and sausage burritos. The sweet tea made my stomach start churning and had a spoiled taste tossed that cause I couldn't stomach it. Went for the fries they were fresh but unsalted. Well maybe the nuggets would be better rock hard. What I managed to eat I wish i had not. I spent a considerable amount of time wishing I would have starved myself then put myself through the pain I did. I took a few moments to review the other two McDonald's locations in this town that I thought I'd update this one from one star to three! For a long time, it was a one-star location. Then, one day, it wasn't! I think enough people complained about this location that someone did something (hired more/new people!?) and they've stepped up in their game a little bit. No longer do I wait forever for my food -- it's handed to me right as I pull up to the window. No longer is my food cold or my order incomplete. No longer do I dread coming here. There is also an older gentlemen employed here who always brings a smile to my face. This is now my go-to place for that cheap (compared to Starbucks) cup of coffee or the rare occasion I get a Sausage McMuffin for breakfast because I'm just that hungry and cannot last until lunch without anything to eat. Wrong order every time we go here. Place is filthy. Tables are dirty, we had to clean one to eat. Used the kiosk to order, after spending the extra time to use it, it didn't print the receipt so we had to start all over at the counter. It took 15 minutes to get the order, then it was wrong . Don't do pickup if you think it will be faster. I did pickup for ONE happy meal. When I got there there were two cars in line so I figured it would be fast. I watched in my rear view those cars go through, and then more and more and more and still no happy meal. I walked in finally and they finally got it ready so I just grabbed it. We have gone to this McDonald's several times and ever time they mess up our orders. This last time my boyfriend asks for a apple pie- it wasn't apple. This location looks pretty shiny and news. So that's nice. It even has screens where you can order instead of actually talking to a person at the counter. There are plenty of seating options and plenty of high chairs for the little ones. We visited around 2:30p on a Sunday in early April and there were only a few other families there. I really want to like this McDonald's because it's location is so convenient. However, I have been waiting on two drinks, one order of fries and a hot fudge sundae for 22 minutes now. It is like this every single time. The smell coming from the "waiting area" where the machines are is absolutely stomach turning. The manager has seen me standing her multiple times throughout my visit and will not come close enough to actually talk to me. Their accuracy is awful too. I went here for lunch with a large group of people and was very impressed. I need to do a better job at getting people's names but the whole staff was wonderful. There was an older gentleman who went out of his way to make sure our group was accommodated and provided us with fast and friendly service. There was the woman at the cash register who waited as our whole group ordered and did not rush us with dark hair. I'll have to go back and get names some time. The restaurant was very clean and updated. They have kiosk where you can order your food if the line is long. The food came out hot and fresh. It was also quick for lunch rush. When I review I review for the type of restaurant it is, so for me this is a 5 star fast food restaurant, clean, friendly staff, quick service, and a variety of food options for all where you go it you want a quick and affordable meal. What really gives it more stars then other places for me is the staff. read more

This location used to be our favorite! About a month or so ago, we went thru the drive thru for breakfast. They actually had the sewer cap off and were pumping it out! I couldn't believe it! You have your window down to get your order while you're smelling raw sewage! I didn't eat my food at all from there! As a matter of fact, I didn't eat the rest of the day!
