I love the tenders. They're always so good nice and juicy never overcooked. The service is always amazing. There's always somebody upfront smiling ready to take your order inside. It's always clean fully stocked. I don't have to go and ask for anything. The only thing I would change is they don't have a big enough parking lot lol read more

I stopped at Raising Cane's in Georgetown for lunch and it was an enjoyable experience. I ordered chicken fingers and fries which is their mainstay, and while thought the food was good I wasn't pleased with the value. The chicken fingers were not the size of the pieces you receive at other chicken finger/ tenders restaurants. They are small and the side of fries I received was kind of skimpy and for a three piece lunch that costs $9+ I would have expected more. I left the restaurant not really satisfied and irritated that I had spent too much. The food quality is good. It was fresh. The dipping sauce is really no different than any other chicken restaurant you may have tried. Overall it was good but overpriced. read more

Stopped in on our way to Tennessee and the staff was very friendly. The food was fresh and hot and brought to our table quickly after placing our order. The staff stopped by our table to check on us and when I tried to take my empty tray and trash to the bin they were insistent on taking it for me. So refreshing to have such great service from a fast food restaurant. I wish we lived near here I would visit often! read more

They're open until midnight and the service was quick and kind at 11:45 in the drive through. That's serious bonus points. The cania 6 piece combo is really two meals. We ended up splitting this and still had some left over. The crinkle fries were great and the Texas toast was jamming! The chickens were pretty good, but I wish they were a bit crispier. It was also odd they didn't have bbq sauce, but the honey mustard and came sauce were pretty good. read more

Drive thru service is typically fast. Have never been inside to rate the ambiance. The taste of the food is repeatable. The portions seem to continually get smaller and smaller on the chicken tender. On the 4 piece box combo, I repeatedly get 2 regular size pieces, and 2 that are half the size of the larger pieces. Since this is recurring, it's time to submit this review. If nothing else, I feel I do get to vent my frustration. Other places are nearby; It's time to call it quits at Canes in Georgetown Ky. read more

We LOVE Raising Cane's chicken tenders!!! I usually order on the app, and get just individual tenders and sauce (ok, and a few of the yummy toasts!). The party/tailgate sizes are perfect for group gatherings! You don't even need to keep them warmed! The tenders taste just as good room temp or cold!! read more

I've only been to the drive-through at this location. Don't let the length of the line intimidate you as the staff here is very efficient and gets the line moving quickly. The staff is also super friendly and always greet you with a smile. The food is piping hot and the chicken is juicy. And hands-down they have the best Texas toast. Great for small or large orders. The past 3 times I've eaten here the food has been terrible. They give you fries that taste like they've been sitting in a warmer for 3 days and they are always soggy. I'm pretty sure they also raised their prices. The price went up and quality went down. It sucks because cane's was one of my favorites. Go to Culver's across the street instead. Sometimes it leaves me time to eat lunch in one of the schools, other times I need to eat quickly in my car. Raising Cane's is amazing for eating quickly in my car. Healthy? No. Convenient? Yes. Expensive? A bit. Delicious? Oh, yes. My drive-thru go-to is the 3 Finger Combo -- three chickens, a side of fries, a delicious slice of buttery garlic bread, and a drink: either water or root beer. (No caffeinated soda for me, please.) Each bit of food is amazingly juicy and delicious. No guilt at all! I have been inside once to have a quick dinner with my family and was delighted to find a bright, modern space with plenty of seating and fun, informational decor on the walls. Cool! read more

We often stop at Canes when we are passing through Georgetown. Today we stopped in and one of the crew, Brighten - greeted us, took our order and was 100% delightful! Brighten made a delicious meal more enjoyable. We talked with the manager, Crystal, and she was helpful and kind. Stopped in on Wednesday afternoon. Drive thru was busy so I went in. Glad I did because there some really nice local history piece hanging up about mallard pencil co, the local water company, Toyota, and bourbon distilling in the area. Ordered the box lunch. Comes with 4 chicken fingers, Texas toast, fries & cole slaw. It was hot and pretty fast. Sweet tea was very good. No WiFi. read more

We were at the gas station next door and looking for a place to have lunch when I checked Yelp for review. We absolutely loved the food. The chicken was tender and delicious, plenty of it and served piping hot. It was closed for indoor dining but there were tables outside so we sat. Very clean, pleasant and well worth the stopped. I hate the fries (always cold and soggy) and the two available dripping sauces are both nasty imho, but the Texas toast and chicken fingers are amazing. I never expected chicken fingers to taste so good... we almost went to KFC given the limited menu of Raising Cane's but it is truly worth it to try out. This location did it right. Skin on chicken tenders is very light and fluffy. I like that they didn't over-season it; you can always dip it in sauce, but being more sodium and health conscious we definitely appreciated the lighter natural flavor. The chicken is so good - you can tell the meat is high quality. Will literally be the top reason I ever drive to Kentucky in the future! read more

Second time eating here, with this being the longest wait I'd ever had out of any Cane's for my food. They had around 6 people behind the counter, no rush crowd, but still it seemed as if they were struggling with what to do. A few of the workers looked confused as I patiently waited to subside my hunger. Anyway, the food-when it finally was received-was fresh, hot, and delicious. I'll start by saying the food is amazing, but right now we are in the middle of a pandemic with the coronavirus. The truck drivers are keeping the entire country running , supplied and strong so we can fight this virus together. I say this because raising canes refused service to a cargo truck today after the driver tried to walk up to the microphone as his truck clearly won't fit in the drive through. Inside is closed temporarily by the state and this driver could be transporting life saving meds , in order to drive he needs to eat and they refused service. This is a complete insult to all truck drivers in a time other drive threes are slowing them to walk up, as someone who works in the trucking industry I personally would refuse to drop off your supplies to the store and force y'all to close as you refused him the meal he needed to continue his shipment read more

I ordered a six piece and two four piece meals along with two extra canes sauces (39 cents extra for each one) and the women taking the order was very rude. She should not be in customer service if she acts like how she did all the time. She did not greet us and the only thing she said when we pulled up to say our order was "ok what else" in a rude attitude and did not read back the order. So we pull up to the window to receive our food and the cashier Brandon was very kind and much better then the women taking the order. When we get to the second window to get our order, we find that after we leave that we only got a six piece, a four piece, three piece, and none had any extra canes sauce. Our first time eating at a Cane's, and it was a pleasant surprise. The chicken fingers were hot, crispy on the outside, and tender 'n' juicy on the inside--about perfect in my book. Plus, the coleslaw was NOT the oversweetened glop that you would expect from a chain restaurant, but was fresh, crunchy, and tart with just a hint of sweetness. And the Cane's sauce was a lot like Utah fry sauce---another plus! We'll definitely be back. read more

During the pandemic I supported Raising Cane's. NOT ANYMORE!! Yesterday we planned to stay in to eat since all the restrictions and pandemic mandates have been lifted.
