I've been hearing this place was so good so I've been wanting to try it. I wanted to try the fish. Well I finally got to go try it with my girlfriend and I was NOT impressed at all especially for the price, almost $50 for 2 people come on. The food wasn't all that for what you pay for it and the portions wasn't either. Service was ok and not too long and at least they bring it out to you. Not too bad on the inside for seating just pretty much typical on that. But it's very doubtful that I will go back but if I do I guess I would try a burger not even sure if I would get fried as they weren't all that either. read more

Stopped at Culverts today for lunch, 4/27/2026. Last time we had lunch there was 11 months ago. I was extremely disappointed in the downsized fish portions while at the same time prices have risen over 10%. We will never eat at Culverts again. Like so many companies, they have increased their profits thru downsize portions and increased prices across the board. Consumers have a choice to eat fresh cooked meals at home without corporations over charging and tipping inflation. Ordered from the mobile app. Two one scoop custards with hot fudge and cashews, a Coke Zero and diet root beer. Guy at drive through speaker said to pull around. We do and a younger woman slaps a number on the mirror and mumbles something. I begin to pull forward and she says "you owe $4.48!" I said I paid by mobile app. She seemed irritated and told us to pull forward. We did and waited. She finally comes out with her arms full of three orders, including ours. She walks past us and serves others then bring ours. No drinks. We told her and she said she would go get them. We waited. And waited. Two other employees come out with orders and the male rudely tells us to pull forward. We told him we were told to park where we were. He still insisted we pull forward. They then walk away. Here comes our girl... our drinks and a malt in her hand. She again walks past us and attends to the other car first. When she returns, she acts as tho nothing was done in a bad way. We asked why we had to wait. Her response? "I needed to take a malt to him." He had pulled up AFTER us. The service was poor, poor, poor! The ambience in the setting of the place is nothing out of the ordinary, except that you do feel a little bit excited about being at culvers. I said these are melted and was met with you know you ordered malts. Clearly clueless & very unhelpful. Because he helped us, we treated him to lunch at one of our favorite places. He'd never been to Culvers so we shared it with him. I was still so shaken up, that I opted for Chili and it was good. Both of the guys had the crafted burgers with cheese curds or fries - we let my father in law try the cheese curgds and he thought they were delicious. The fries too, as crinkle cut, so good. It's that classic burger, French fries always come out hot and crispy (not soggy like canes) and the custard is delicious with so many flavors to choose from! One of the best things I appreciated so much was how clean the entire restaurant was including the bathrooms! And the cherry on top was the amazing customer service! Thank you!! Exit 126 on I75. While we love the Culver's food, the parking lot is the worst design possible. You will wait a minimum of 15 minutes after you get past the drive threw. They make you park in spaces that are very difficult to get out of. Whoever developed that area put too many restaurants together with very little space. Horrible design. Georgetown is booming lately! Hello, Culver's -- you're a pleasant break from the typical fast food chains nearby. This is a nice, modern Culver's with plenty of clean, comfortable seating to accommodate a good crowd. The outdoor dining area is very nice too, especially with a great, cold custard on a warm evening. The menu includes burgers, chicken, and fish options with value baskets or a la carte. Expect to pay about $8 for a value basket but the food is better quality than other fast food restaurants; so worth it. The butterburgers are awesome. If you've never had one before, get one. Even when you're stuffed, you'll want more. Yummmm. And the frozen custard? You can't leave without having some! I love the different flavors offered, especially with raspberries on top. Quite possible the best fast food burger I've had! This was actually our second choice because we couldn't get in for our first due to die in being closed (pulling a large trailer so ya can't use the drive through.... well, I guess you could, but that would probably end up on a dumbest video......). Anyway. I had a double burger. The patties were juicy with a nice grilled flavor. The fixins' - get it with everything - the burgers are supposed to be ordered - made for a juicy burger that manages well - ie I didn't end up wearing 1/2 of it.... the fries were,actually quite tasty as well. We had amazing service. We are traveling from Michigan to Florida for personal reasons during Ng this crisis. We had been driving for 6 hours and we're very hungry. Pulled up to the drive through, placed our order, paid and they told us to pull forward and they make it fresh. We decided to park as we wanted to eat at the patio tables but realized it was blocked off so we were going to eat at the curb. Long story short, the runners brought the food out, approached the wrong car and I guess the people agreed to the order. Unfortunately there took out order. But maybe it was the manager or shift lead. She was very concern that we hadn't gotten our order and refused our food. It tasted great. For our inconvenience, she made us a frozen custard on her. She didn't need to do it but was happy to. This is truly stepping up customer service. It was Saturday April 4 at noon. I didn't get her name but she should be commended. Just picked up a carry out order from the Culver's in Georgetown, Ky and it was the cleanest, safest restaurant I have been in since restaurants reopened. All staff had gloves on and were wearing their mask correctly with their noses covered! A man walked in without a mask and was quickly handed a small plastic container with a mask inside. This particular location is well lite, clean, and they have a very welcoming atmosphere. If I've have an issue with something being incorrect on my order, they're more than willing to go the extra mile to fix it. So when my food came out several minutes later I found I was given only one piece of fish. So I drove back through willing to pay for 2 more pieces. They wanted to charge me $12 for just the fish.
