There were about 3 guests ahead of me, each did not look happy. I quickly found out why as I waited a long time with them. The entire kitchen area was full of people that did not want to be there, including the supervisor who was probably 18. I don't begrudge any teenagers for having a bad day, and not being excited to work fast food, but the service and the food was horrendous. I ordered fries, 6 piece spicy nuggets, 2 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers (no tomato), and a vanilla frosty. The girl taking the orders was very distracted and overwhelmed. I had to repeat myself 4 times, very slowly, for her to get it right. The frosty was made first, then had plenty of time to melt as I waited about 12 minutes for everything else to be pieced together and thrown in a bag. The fries were lukewarm and tasted like they sat under a heat lamp all morning, the nuggets were dry and must have sat out for quite a while (plus I only got 5 instead of 6), and the burgers were mushed together and had tomato on them. The entire time the other guests and I waited, people from the kitchen area were coming out to chat with the same person in the dining area, a off duty employee I assumed. There was no gloves or hand washing as they went back to work eventually, handling other people's food. I always liked Wendy's better than others as far as fast food is concerned, but I have been choosing the local McDonald's over this branch and I will not be back.

She recommended sweet onion sauce and I said yeah, let's give it a try and I paid almost $16 for the combo. The sub tasted very strange and I asked her if I could have it remade or if I could have a discount and she denied me. I looked in the sandwich and there was a dark brown hair in the sub (My hair is blonde) I didn't even want to go back up to the counter to talk to her because she was so snappy and rude to me, she said "I'm not remaking this sub just because you don't like the sauce". Horrible experience this time, if the owner is there you might as well not even go in. She's snappy, rude and not a nice person.
