On my way to pick up the order on Monday morning...at 11 AM...DoorDash sent me a text cancelling my order...stating the restaurant was unable to fulfill the order. I immediately called the restaurant and showed up around 11:20 (which was to be for the 11:35 pick-up). The restaurant had never even received the order to make the decision whether or not the restaurant was able to fulfill it!! SHANE and NINA at the Erie location WERE AMAZING!!! They led their team and fulfilled my complete order in 30 minutes--AND helped me carry it to my car!! They truly saved my day...and lunch for 28 people who were waiting!!! If I could give them 10 stars on a 5-star scale, I would!! Thank you all!!
