I came into McDonald's already having a DAY, okay? And instead of matching my bad mood like a normal place, they had the AUDACITY to be fast, consistent, and lowkey comforting. First of all, the fries. Why are they always hot and perfectly salty when I'm trying to be mad? I grabbed one "just to check" and suddenly the entire carton was gone. Disrespectful. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a potato. Then the burger??? I expected disappointment so I could complain properly, but no. It tasted exactly how it's supposed to. Same every time. Reliable. Warm. Familiar. Like wow, sorry for wanting chaos. And don't get me started on the McFlurry machine. I went in READY to say it was broken so I could rant--guess what? IT WORKED. Creamy. Cold. Ruined my whole plan. Even the workers were nice. Like... why? I'm trying to be upset and you're handing me my food with efficiency and calm energy? How dare you. I rolled in and it's a Smaller McDonalds and It has a fully Automated Ordering System. I opted to Order the Old Fashion Way!!! I walked up to the Manager and Ordered the Old Fashion way and told her my Order and Then Paid by Credit Card!!!! I used to come here a lot to get coffee. Love that the drive thru is 24 hours which makes it convenient. Staff is friendly, never had any problems. Last time I came here was on our way to Anaheim. We left around 3am and I drove first. McDonald's coffee helped me to continue the drive for the next 3-4 hours before I woke up my hubby to switch.
