It had a sweet mustard that took the sandwich to another level, and I loved that it came with sprouts. We also got a tasty pickle and piece of an orange on the side. My son really enjoyed his Caesar salad wrap. He said the wrap itself was incredibly soft, the croutons were crunchy, and the chicken was warm, tender, and flavorful. The Caesar dressing was spot on with just the right amount. He usually adds extra dressing to Caesar wraps, but this one didn't need a thing. The service was excellent. We originally asked about the Caesar salad wraps since we didn't see it on the menu, and the cashier kindly let us know they still make it, which was a pleasant surprise. Our food came out quickly, everyone was friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. Overall, we had a wonderful lunch and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you are looking for fresh, delicious sandwiches and great customer service.

Food is good, just as all other habits. The only problem I had was that I placed a big order over the phone because I was short of time. I was confident that the person who took my order and payment over the phone was helpful. Long story short I get to the habit and they had no order for me. They said they never got the order. I had to get in line again and place the order, waited about 20-25 minutes to get the food. This is an inconvenient. If you will not place the orders over the phone then why the hell do you offer this service. I was driving and couldn't do it on the app. I talked to the manager and she just gave me the run around and told me if I wanted the food to just order it again. She didn't care at all. Not to mention I had to call the bank because I had 2 charges one for the in-store transaction and another for the order over the phone they said they never got but did charge me for it. Next time I'll just go to burgerim at the mall. Only reason I didn't was because my wife was craving a Santa Barbara burger from the habit. read more

Why cook a nice cheeseburger, then plop it onto a COLD bun..? - I say either heat or toast the bun (preferred) and then add the rest of the ingredients, and serve. read more
