Got food poisoning and when I called to report it so they could be aware in case anyone else mentioned it I was told that I was lying unless I had a dr note because nobody else had called in. I reported them to the health department as this isn't the first time someone I've known has gotten sick from this location. I had just moved back and wanted to give them another chance as its been almost 6 years since I last went but they are very unprofessional and do not care about their customers. I ordered a double cheeseburger, plain, and added two patties. My husband ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, plain, also added two patties. His order was missing a patty when we received it after being parked for about 5 minutes and then it took another 5 minutes for them to add the last patty on top of the burger for him. We ordered at 5:20 on the 4th of August and he was immediately ill from it, I started feeling sick around 8pm. When I went inside to get my order corrected the workers were very inattentive and there was a commotion in the kitchen, sounded as if they were doing construction back there. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

McDonald's is McDonald's, but avoid this location at all costs. I'm 31 years old and have been to many McDonald's locations in my time and this is by far the worst. Chronically incompetent and short-handed staff. Drive through takes 10+ minutes any time of day and orders are frequently wrong. I try to give the kids working here some slack, but many of the older people working here are just plain rude. FYI - this was written while waiting in the drive through after struggling to get them to comprehend my order. Upon arriving to the second window (the first one had a hand-scribbled sign that read something like "pull up to next window"), they had no idea what I ordered. I repeated my order to the attendant no fewer than three times and guess what, order was still wrong. I know it is fast food, but this is even worse than you might expect. The next time I want to punish my body with McDonald's, and it will happen, I will gladly go out of my way to avoid this location. read more

My wife talked me into stopping at this McDonalds. My gut instinct was screaming no way after past experiences. Upon seeing the drive thru line, I asked a smoking employee standing outside if there dining room was open. Answer..."no" exactly what I feared. Only option that remained was drive thru. What a mistake. I would have left but out of curiosity I waited just to see how long the wait was. By the way, I'm not sure why they're not taking orders at the speaker anymore. They say they are taking orders at the second window. Literally the line moved one care about every 7-10 minutes. We ordered from the drive thru and when we pulled up to receive our food, there was no ice in our tea and we were missing a sandwich. My husband nicely asked for ice and for our other sandwich. A lot of us understand and are mindful of the fact that there can always be chaos and to expect a wait during rush hours. Though it seems some of the management fails to remember that. I've been in here on numerous occasions and there always feels like there is this tension between a manager and the crew. For example them yelling at the crew with a clearly angry attitude. Treat these employees better and they'll be apt to work better. Yelling is not going to get your point a-crossed. This place is a joke. Almost every time we go here (literally behind my house) there's some kind of issue. Just today I ordered a double quarter pounder meal, a BACON quarter pounder meal, and a frappe. The BACON quarter pounder had not one piece of BACON on it. As irritating as that is, they also told us that their frappe machine is broken... Still. It has been for at least a month. As for other issues, their service is garbage. The employees are always rude. They almost never have the proper stuff to make popular orders. This used to be my go-to place for a quick meal. They have the best Cokes around. Unfortunately, this is about the only good thing I can say about this particular McDonalds. Rarely do they get your order right and act like you're putting them out when you ask them to make it right. I know your burgers are frozen patty's that you buy from the store. My fries last time had PEPPER on them, NOT SALT, pepper. I go there for my coffee and you always say "we are out of whipped cream, sorry" like what! I NEED MY WHIPPED CREAM! Oh and don't get me started on the breakfast menu! i put my app in on 10/1/2018 on Sunday the 4 of October I called and spoke to Olivia the store manager she said for me to come in on Monday the 5 at 10:00am,which I did I waited a good 20 minutes just for her to say I haven't looked at your app. I'll call u so I called the next day was put on hold for 10 minutes then I just hung up I came to the restaurant where I waited for a while then she tells me I've not looked at your app yet,I asked for her bosses name and when she would be in she refused to give it to me and walked away which is very rude.This bothers me because I have almost five years experience as a shift manager working at McDonald's plus the fact that there is a sign in the store saying come join our team hiring all shifts plus it's posted on the wed site hiring all shifts and also several positions are posted on the wed site.Its sad that people wanting jobs with experience can't even get there app. looked at or a interview she was also rude to a couple about there order she also just walked away is this how you run a business read more

Just went through the drive-through. Line took about 20 mins. Finally got up to the front and they messed up my order by putting my husbands large coke on a happy meal. They said it wouldn't change the price and all drinks were still on the order. When I got to the second window I was missing a drink even though they said all drinks were on the order when I went to pay. They told me to pull up and they would bring it out. I waited for 15 minutes and no one came out with the missing drink. Next time I will wait it out in front of the window. Every time Ive had to pull into the waiting area it takes forever. Maybe waiting it out and holding up the entire long line is the way to get fast food! Seriously though, It wouldn't have been that hard to fill a drink and hand it over. I Would have gone inside but I cant leave 4 little ones in the car and the reason I go through the drive through is so that I don't have to go in in the first place! So frustrating. This McDonalds is TERRIBLE! I can't emphasize enough that no one should go there! They are slower than you could even imagine and the person bagging the food had her mask on her chin, not covering her mouth or nose! A man said that he had been waiting 40 min. and they still couldn't seem to pull his order together while we all waited for our food. After having to touch the dirty screen for our order (and then we washed our hands immediately), we never got our food even though we had paid. We gave our ticket to another man and told him good luck. The cars in the drive up were backed up so far back that other cars couldn't pull into the parking lot! It was so sad to see how bad it has become. Why won't the manager or someone come to their rescue? We tried several times to give them a chance but now we will NEVER go back. This is a horrible McDonald's!! I waited 25 minutes for food today, took it home (I live less than a mile from this one) and the food was cold and the sausage in his big breakfast had cheese on it. My husband couldn't even eat his; he tried to call them their phone goes to a voice mail that's not set up...so he called their main office in Elkhart and the nice lady there said to take the food back and get a refund (no questions asked that's their policy)....so I take it back and I told the lady the food was cold and the sausage had cheese on it like they took it off a sandwich and put it in the big breakfast I had ordered for my husband. And she was VERY rude and said what I don't understand what do you want me to do?? I told her that the lady at their main office in Elkhart said to bring it back for a refund and she got more rude but did refund my money.
