Every time I go to this location I have problems. I mistakenly gave them another opportunity today. After paying $10 for four McDoubles I received my order literally thrown into the bag. I rarely get fast food so it's even more disappointing when they mess it up. Last time I got it my fish was Super overcooked, I asked for extra tater and they put a RIDICULOUS amount of tater on it. My quarter pounder with cheese and bacon had no bacon on it. My sprite was completely tasteless and my large fry was MAYBE 40% full. Also it was all just old and cold. That was a couple weeks ago. Then today I got 2 mc'chickens with extra Mayo and extra lettuce and neither had extra anything and they put onion on it as well. there's was barely a line at the time, my friend and I were about to head out and go up north so we stopped to grab a bite to eat before hand. We ordered our meal and TWO large cokes. They proceeded to only give us one coke and yell at us for 'messing the order up' when it was just a misunderstanding in which they didn't hear us say two cokes (we ordered separately so we know what we ordered) anyways they told us to pull up to the front after arguing with us aggressively for about 5 minutes. after waiting for another 5 minutes we decided to go inside and ask. A lady I did not get the name of pushes through us with a large drink in her hand so we ask "is that the large coke for outside?" She nods her head and shove the coke at us with the most disgusted look on her face. I understand if you're having a bad day but when work rolls around you need to shape up or call off. I was completely taken aback with how awful they handled the situation. It could've easily been handed by saying "I'm sorry, we didn't catch the part where you said two large cokes!" Ok so Right after school, the vape kids come here and just invade. But my most recent visit was probably the worst experience I've had at any McDonald's. This morning my family went to this McDonald's after church for lunch. The food was normal McDonald's quality, good fast food, but one of the ketchup things had flies all over it! luckily there was another one that was cleaner. When we were going to our seats everything was ok and we began eating, but suddenly there was a loud screeching! It was children in the playland. Now normally I'd have no problem with this, but the playland has no door on it, so if there is nobody telling them to quiet down or at the very least stop screaming the entire restaurant will hear it. The coffee seriously taste like water and so does the hot chocolate. The environment inside is nasty and dirty. They need to clean better. This restaurant shouldn't even be recommended.
