I don't even know where to start. Whoever the 2 girls were working....try to be funny. Not funny. Today I needed something fast and easy for dinner. I ordered a double cheeseburger, no bun. I don't eat bread. Then I got extra onions and pickles...sue me....i like extra veggies. Not a big deal, I also don't like salty things and McDonald's fries are SOOO salty. I ordered a small fry, no salt. Okay, then I ordered a Diet Coke....there was no line. I wasn't taking up time for people, I just wanna get what I want. We payed, we went to the window to get our food. The two girls just had the biggest smirk on their faces. They handed me a Diet Coke....no ice. Are you kidding me, the one girl doing drinks was laughing. So unprofessional, so rude, just so unfair. Trying to mock me with giving me no ice. Bullying is not cool little girl, you are not cool. Making fun and mocking customers is extremely unprofessional. I am so disgusted. I understand it's just a 'McDonalds' but being a decent human being. Why are we making fun of people. I was so disgusted by that behavior. I hope they get talked to, or even lose their position. Extremely rude. So not necessary. Every time I go to this location I have problems. I mistakenly gave them another opportunity today. After paying $10 for four McDoubles I received my order literally thrown into the bag. As the girl was taking our order, she kept laughing and talking to someone else. Obviously not paying any attention because we received onions and no lettuce on our DQP when I asked for the opposite. there's was barely a line at the time, my friend and I were about to head out and go up north so we stopped to grab a bite to eat before hand. We ordered our meal and TWO large cokes. They proceeded to only give us one coke and yell at us for 'messing the order up' when it was just a misunderstanding in which they didn't hear us say two cokes (we ordered separately so we know what we ordered) anyways they told us to pull up to the front after arguing with us aggressively for about 5 minutes. after waiting for another 5 minutes we decided to go inside and ask. A lady I did not get the name of pushes through us with a large drink in her hand so we ask "is that the large coke for outside?" She nods her head and shove the coke at us with the most disgusted look on her face. I understand if you're having a bad day but when work rolls around you need to shape up or call off. I was completely taken aback with how awful they handled the situation. It could've easily been handed by saying "I'm sorry, we didn't catch the part where you said two large cokes!" Ok so Right after school, the vape kids come here and just invade. But my most recent visit was probably the worst experience I've had at any McDonald's. This morning my family went to this McDonald's after church for lunch. The food was normal McDonald's quality, good fast food, but one of the ketchup things had flies all over it! luckily there was another one that was cleaner. When we were going to our seats everything was ok and we began eating, but suddenly there was a loud screeching! It was children in the playland. Now normally I'd have no problem with this, but the playland has no door on it, so if there is nobody telling them to quiet down or at the very least stop screaming the entire restaurant will hear it. It might not be fair to judge a restaurant for its patrons but it is fair to write a bad review when there are flies all over the ketchup dispensers so, there you go. The coffee seriously taste like water and so does the hot chocolate. The environment inside is nasty and dirty. They need to clean better. This restaurant shouldn't even be recommended.
