I took my service dog to Starbucks during the week of May 5, 2025. I don't remember the day. But the last time I visited this place with her, they didn't say anything. I set my laptop on the table, bought a drink for myself, and got my dog a pup cup. She literally told us that we couldn't sit in the lobby after we had our drinks. She said we could sit outside when I told her I had documentation she was a service animal. I didn't want to use my laptop outside because I was attempting to get away from home and study for my 40-hour RBT. Too many distractions outdoors. Going to Starbucks and getting my fur baby a puppy was all I wanted to do since she deserved it for handling her surgery so bravely last month and was finally able to go places again. This saddened me a lot because she's a calm and loving dog. It set me off since I've never experienced a problem in California and relocating to Michigan is already difficult. There don't seem to be many dog-friendly establishments here, in all honesty. I'm not sure I'll ever go to Starbucks again, but I don't want to deny my pet the experience since she only gets to go a few times a year. This may seem strange, but it could be because of their displeasure with her post-operative appearance. Perhaps they had different ideas because one side is shaved. I say so because, up until that day, I had no problems there. We sat inside once or twice prior. Who knows what their actual problem was. At some point, I want to get in touch with corporate. All I want to do is let them know. I don't want anything for free, no vouchers or anything. I feel like corporate should be aware of this situation. read more

I will always love Starbucks! However, they are not all the same. This location was very nice, spacious seating and clean bathrooms. Everyone was friendly, except the person who gave me my side of HWC without a lid, but would not use my personal cup that has a lid. Overall, good location tho. read more

This is a great location. I can walk to it and soon the parking lot will be open and it will be safe to cross over to it from Holly Rd. The only thing I am not happy with is the cost. But maybe that is why the service is adequate, the place is busy... always but maybe that's because its across from the GB HighSchool. The place is usually clean but sometimes not. I fell in love with their egg bites. On Friday I can even get non-meat egg bites since I don't eat beef/chicken/pork or what ever on Friday. Maybe fish. But I am finding more place that offer the same at a lower price. Tim Horton's cost less than $3 for two where Starbucks cost $5.75, almost twice. What makes it worth twice? Not sure. The coffee? I doubt it. These are corporate driven prices, so the place could be a "hell hole" and the cost would be the same. Yes I will continue to go there...convience and a sucker for the taste of Pike Place coffee. My favorite coffee use to be a flavor named Yukon Gold but that was years ago. read more

I work across the street and stop in here all of the time. The girls are great in the store and super sweet. I can tell they are super busy but they're all busting their butts in there. Their manager is one of the friendliest and cheerful person I've ever seen. They all make a great dirty chai. read more

Was driving to northern Michigan and stopped in for a quick coffee and it took them 32 minutes to make a latte.

Took 30 minutes for a peppermint mocha, very slow service. Very small drive thru, no space to turn around and leave.

The drinks are great and the service was excellent and the ambiance was amazing, I will come back to red cup day or the holidays

The ladies working here on Friday 1pm on April 12th could not be any nastier. None of them smile at all. They have the most unpleasant snarls on their face. It's almost as if they are in pain to work here. As if they are telling us they hate their job without telling us they hate their job. They project the most uncomfortable feeling of "it's a dire problem for me to serve you". Good grief, who hires these unfriendly folk? Stopped in for coffee and a bagel, a simple order. I ordered an extra large double double and a plain bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese.now the cashier repeated my order back to me twice to confirm my order, simple right ? So what got was a large black coffee, non roasted bagel with regular cream cheese spread two inches thick. I ended up pulling into the gas station at Perry and Saginaw , threw away the tim horton order and getting a cup of gas station coffee. Avoid the place at all costs, I suggest you find a Dunkin' Donuts or a Tim Hortons in a different city. The words to describe the food and coffee is garbage, nasty, disgusting, as for the three workers who there, I'll just say the three stooges are better workers. i always come through the drive thru at this starbucks location. once maybe twice i have gone into the store since they have opened in this new location. i wanted to leave a review on how amazing the workers are here. this review is being written on christmas eve, and as i pull through the drive thru the barista working the drive thru pretended to be santa which i thought was nice and upbeat despite working christmas eve. these workers always have an amazing attitude, and the drinks are always made correctly here. read more

Pretty busy location and parking can be crazy . The lot is very small and shares space with several businesses. I spent almost $25 on coffee and treats and the lids on the coffees kept popping off, there was spillage from sloppy pouring and grounds in the black coffee. My family and I just stopped at this Starbucks on the way to Birch Run. It was about lunch time and the place was quite busy. Lots of places to sit and mingle and several USB outlets for all your devices. My family and I ordered our drinks and food and within seconds it seemed like it was all ready. Honestly was the fastest I think my drink was ever made at any particular Starbucks location. Staff was very friendly and cheery. We were able to get back on the road in just three minutes. Parking lot is quite a pain and there's not much room since Starbucks shares a plaza with Sprint and a a restaurant. read more

This Starbucks needs to be rated with more stars! I don't come here often because I live in Ann Arbor but when I do for work I always have the best experience. Today was great. There was training which was great to see since I know staffing has been crazy. There was staff who knew guests names and drinks while they were walking-in which was fantastic. My order was taking a littler longer than expected with the training and the manager Kylie was ready with a gift card before I was leaving for my next visit. it's a Starbucks - you've been to one, you've been to em all - coffees good, treats are alright. The staff is nice enough, but the pace of the drive thru is ridiculous. It seems as though each and every time I attempt to stop for a coffee at this location, the line is wrapped literally around the building, even blocking available spots to park so I could just run in & go to the counter. Plain & simple, with as many baristas there are in this store, there shouldn't be any reason to wait up to 15-20 minutes in the drive thru. Do better. read more

Service is seriously so slow here. There is always a long wait. Doors were open today yet the register was closed...? That's poor customer service in my opinion. The sign said online orders only- what about your customers who don't have smart phones? I watched an older man (senior) walk up to the register and turn around and leave because he couldn't order "online". Without hesitation, I think I can say this is the worst Starbucks I've ever seen. It's tiny, cramped, has unbelievably long lines inside, and it's practically impossible to get out of the parking lot or make a turn onto Saginaw Street. Beyond that, it features an incredibly slow drive-through. Think you want to wait 25 minutes in a drive-through line at a complete standstill waiting for your Salted Caramel Latte? No? I didn't think so, but it's a real possibility here. It actually happens- a lot. I've sent my drink back to be re-made twice and I've never done that at any other Starbucks location. Consistency is not this Starbucks' strong suit. Traffic congestion near this Starbucks is unreal. Sitting alfresco while sipping your drink on the patio is not at all pleasant with the roaring engines of motorcycles and SUVs zipping by. It's enough to give me a headache. The parking lot leaves a lot to be desired as well. It's like collision city out there- too many Range Rovers hogging all of the prime parking spaces by parking in two spots. Located not too far from the freeway, this location is convenient and has a drive thru! Standard Starbucks food and drinks, staff was friendly and greeted us when we walked in. I made an adjustment to the normal recipe for mine and it was no issue. Drinks and sandwiches were out in a few minutes and we were on our way. What's not to like? read more

We were told that they will be out of peppermint mocha until the fall?? My husband always gets a peppermint mocha and we think it's odd that this will be out. Also, no roasted ham and swiss?? This is just your typical Starbucks. Staff is friendly, service is quick. The drive thru gets a little crazy sometimes and isn't always the easiest to get in and out of. They usually have a good selection of pastry items available. read more
