Had to go with the kids to get the famous Grinch meals... upon arriving we found no curbside spots open, a long drive thru line and when I went inside to see if I could talk to a human, just a sea of people looking irritated. I waited a few minutes, went back to my parked car, circled around and drove into my curbside spot. The young man that brought our food out was in good spirits so I thanked him we left, I looked in the bag and realized that there were zero Grinch items in the bag. So sad! Not to mention, we waited 15 minutes for curbside that we had ordered ahead of time. The app is supposed to show what's out of stock but apparently it's not working right. We paid for Grinch items and left empty handed. Bummer! We didn't even get bbq sauce. read more

Their ice cream machine is never working. I mean never. They don't ask for your code and act annoyed when you say you have one.

Help me understand this. I was told in the drive through that they're "open, but only taking door dash and Uber orders"?? So like I have to pay to have someone deliver to my house? Worst experience ever. The customer service is terrible. The incompetent workers made my mother cry by belittling and bullying her when she asked to correct her order that they messed up. They should be ashamed of themselves. It took everything in my power to not go up there and cause a scene. It was absolutely uncalled for. This McDonald's is located just off of US131 & 68th St. on the North side of the street. Let me start off by saying, we were there today (4/17/2015) around 6:00pm and they were NOT busy. We went through the Drive-Thru on this visit. We were picking up some kids meals for our kiddos because we had a bunch of running to do. We placed our order with a girl that was not the friendliest. We ordered Kids meals (Cheeseburgers with KETCHUP ONLY, fries & Gogurts). Well our kids cheeseburgers had onions, pickles, mustard, and was a huge sloppy mess. Fries were dumped into the box & cold/nasty, just no care was put into this food. We also ordered a Shamrock shake or was it Vanilla....hum can't tell, seems how it looked mostly vanilla! Customer service & attention to details (like what people order!) lacks big time at this location!!!! Much improvement needed here! read more

Usually I liked going to this McDonald's as it is near my home. But it seems every time I go here, my orders end up wrong. First time they made my hot chocolate with water when asked for milk. Then when we are waiting for our L fries and 4P nuggets, they tell us to pull forward. Sure, that's fine. 10minturs later and still no food, and five cars at least have passed us. Sure okay, I understand mix ups can happen. So I have a call, soon they brought out the correct stuff, but when I asked for a ranch and bbq sauce, they brought be two bbq sauces and the fries had no salt in them whatsoever. I would not suggest going back here till so more training goes on with the employees, I understand that mistakes happen, but they guy in front of us even complained about going through the drive through twice because the fries had no salt. read more

Figured I would be nice and get my family some dinner after work and when I got home with the food my mother in laws burger was raw! Burnt on the outside but bright pink on the inside! Not only did the not apologize they also weren't going to give me a refund. Absolutely worst food ever. They couldn't even roll a breakfast burrito without dumping the contents into the wrapper and then smushing the whole thing in half. Hamburger buns were hard and stale. Meat tasted like they accidentally spilled a shaker of salt to cover up the spoiled meat. Ended up throwing everything away, then got diarrhea later. Avoid at all costs. read more

Anyone in the food industry should take great pride in sending someone off on their day with some well prepared and warm food. It is sad to think that someone would wrap up a cold sandwich and send someone on their way. I ordered a number six (mcgriddle) with a hash brown and a medium coffee. Coffee was piping hot as always, but the hash brown was not cooked long enough. It was soggy and you could taste the freezer on it. Absolutely appalled by not just the quality of their food here but also the customer service. After working a long day my wife and I decided to stop in and get a quick bite to eat because we were both too tired to cook. We picked up food for my mother and younger brother and as we sat down to eat my mother looked at her burger and commented how burnt it looked only to bite into it and find out it was still raw in the middle. My wife called to speak to a manager and someone named Olivia claimed she was manager and at first suggested my wife return the next day and they would make her a new sandwich (they didn't close for over an hour). My wife told her that was ridiculous because this was supposed to be our dinner and Olivia told her "fine come in and we'll make a new one" and as my wife tried to ask a question she was hung up on. Upon arriving we were ignored at the window until the kid tried handing us someone else's order and my wife held up my mother's raw burger. My wife then asked to speak with Olivia and the kid went to speak with her then came back and told us to pull forward and they'd make us a new sandwich. My wife asked to speak to Olivia but she was apparently too busy and my wife told him she needed to come out. When Olivia did bring out the new sandwich she did not offer any sort of refund nor did she even apologize for the inconvenience she simply stated they must have had their grill at the wrong setting. It wasn't until I interjected demanding some sort of refund that she offered to do just the sandwich but that was it. Olivia is a terrible excuse of a manager, if she even is one. She was very rude, unprofessional and non empathetic towards us the entire time and treated us as if we were an inconvenience to the end of her work day. this McDonald's location is in a prime spot, right by the on and off ramps of a highway. Because of the natural flow of business I think they just don't care about what they are doing. I have been by this location several times lately and each time something is missing or wrong with my order. Usually related to the kids meals. I am so tired of watching the amazing commercials put out by McDonalds only to be served cold French fries, wrong items in the bag and slow service. I did try to give them several chances but I don't think I will be back. I am sure they will not miss me based on the volume of business they receive from their strategic location. read more

This place used to great but, has gone down hill and I mean DOWN HILL in recent months. About 3 weeks ago we had to wait 15 minutes for pancakes and they were not even busy. I was at the 68th & 131 McDonald's this morning 7/30/2016 and it will be my last. I went through the drive-thru and clearly placed my order. after doing that I noticed it was incorrect on the screen. I informed them before pulling forward and was met with attitude. I again CLEARLY stated my order and the girl again got it wrong. I then for the third time CLEARLY gave my order and she then changed it and I was told "well is this correct"? If it wasn't for the fact I was picking up food for my co-workers I would have drove off. While waiting for the food to come to the window I also noticed all of the spots for the ever popular please pull forward were full. This is not the first time I have had problems at this McDonalds the time before last was asked to please pull to the waiting area as they were out of hash browns and would bring them out. 14 minutes later still no hash browns and I had to leave without them or be late for work. I don't know if this ever reaches anyone at the McDonalds corporate level but if it does you need to send people there and see for yourself just how bad things are at this store. read more
