The slowest and rudest fast food drive through on Earth! Congrats! Need to hire somebody that is capable of running this place to the level of the other 9,000,000 mcdonalds and not have a line of cars just sitting and sitting while you lose customers. Then no napkins in bag, no topping on burgers, had to ask for ketchup 3 times, cashier dissapeared and had a line waiting for her. Just lousy. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend and I come into the store to order food. I get my food, and one of my burgers are missing. I go inside to get it fixed. My friend gets all his food but didn't get his drink so he went to get his drink from them. The black manager with alopecia bald hair accused him of lying and was extremely rude. The manager then made him pay for the drink again while still being extremely rude. When the manager was called out for being rude he postured up like he was looking for a fight and was aggressive. He was balling his fist and gritting his teeth. All because of TWO MISTAKES that his team made. He could've easily just corrected it and went on with his life but he wanted to a nightmare of a manager instead. Filthy! This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I won't be back even if I'm starving. 13 employees! 6 people waiting. Guy at counter is so gross it makes me feel queasy. Dirty. POV: My little sister and I came here one evening in March to get a Michelin star Grammy worthy shammy shake. Asked when we ordered if the ice cream machine was booted up and ready to rumble and they said yes ma'am to our surprise. We scooched on up behind the one car in front of us. After waiting 20+ minutes behind Uber Eats McGee, we finally arrived at the shiny golden gates that were the food window. Poor worker told us the machine was no longer working. Our hearts dropped. Ordered at the computer stand. Used reward points for my sandwich. Tried to pay from the machine, but it gave me a receipt and told me to pay at the register. Waited at the register for 10+ minutes. Made eye contact with at least 5 people in the kitchen. No one greeted, took my money, or acknowledged my presence. There was, however, a team member loudly praying with his eyes closed in the lobby and two outside smoking cigarettes by the door, so at least there was some entertainment besides all the angry, ignored customers. Perhaps he should have directed his prayers to the lord of customer service. I'm now out my reward points. HORRIBLE! I took my 2YO Grandson here for a special treat. After I ordered my food from the kiosk, the screen said I was all set. Just put the number at the end of you table and someone will bring your food to you. I waited 20 minutes before we went looking on the counter for our food. It wasn't there. We sat back down and waited another 10 minutes when a customer came and got me and said my food was on the counter. We went back up there and didn't see any food. The customer said its over here. It was in the area that was for delivery drivers. I had to ask someone in the kitchen area if I could get some ketchup. She threw a handful of packets on my tray and told me she didn't need my attitude! Needless to say my food was cold. The plain cheeseburger I ordered for my grandson had ketchup and onions on it. IF I COULD HAVE PUT 0 STARS I WOULD HAVE!!! We ordered the buy one get one for $1 as advertised on the billboard. We were asked if we wanted just the sandwich or a combo and we reiterated the buy one get one for $1 deal with a ten piece nuggets and fish filet sandwich. We received our food and all that was received for the fish filet sandwich as part of the deal was a simply a slab of fish filet with nothing else. We then went to see management who advised that there was no sinage determining this deal and so we only received just a piece of fish for $1. We then took a photo of the sinage out directly in front of the order billboard, no dates or coming soon listed on sign. The manager then advised corporate handles the signs and they have no control over what is posted. We were then forced to pay full price for a fish filet sandwich opposed to the buy one get one for $1. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience and will also be writing a review on social media about this experience. This was a very unnecessary argument that could have simply been satisfied with an apology for the confusion and a sandwich as advertised but instead we felt robbed and mislead. Not only did we have to argue this bait and switch we also had to listen to staff in the back yelling crude profanity with a restaurant filled with children and manager present. #baitandswitchhugedissapointment. Even worse we confirmed with a different location further down the road if they were offering this deal and we were advised that the deal is accurate and they were unsure why the other location advised they were not offering it and didn't honor it. read more

Absolute worst McDonald's franchise I've ever been to and it's the one closest to my home, sadly. Service is SLOW every time. Buns are hard and stale, and the food is typically wrong. Today I received the complete wrong order even as the drive through employees confirmed the correct order. I had to go inside to get the correct order and waited another 10 minutes to get that. We were greeted as we entered by the girl cashier who is in the dining room asking across the room if I was going to order. I literally had just walked in. Then once she returned to counter so I could order she had to close the tick tock app she had been watching to take my order. It was a simple order but took at least 10 minutes. I then went back up to counter to ask for mustard and was given honey mustard. No big deal but apparently had interrupted her playing on Snapchat and shoveling fries in her mouth. Once we realized there were no free refills my son went back up to buy another drink. The total was $1.37 and he gave her $2. She typed in $20 and could not figure out how much change to give him. She called for a manager who finally appeared 10 minutes later. Now mind you the entire time he has paid and is still waiting on a drink. My sister was in line behind him to order another drink but had to wait for the register girl to figure out my sons change. Once she paid she still had to wait another 10 minutes for her drink. It was not at all busy and cannot say they were understaffed. There was an employee sleeping next to fryer. Maybe if she woke up she could have filled drinks. read more

I was sat waiting at the drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes and no one said anything. When i was tired of waiting, i pulled up to the window and saw them just standing around socializing, it took a couple minutes to get their attention in order to tell them my mobile order code. When i was waiting for my order, they only gave me part of it, forgetting 2 drinks and a happy meal. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the quality of service and will NOT be returning to this particular mcdonald's! read more

Unfortunately, of the local McDonalds locations, this one is by far the worst. There are some standard things one could expect and understand, such as longer waits during peak periods and the occasional order error. However, for the past three consecutive visits in a row, I have had the same issues consistently. I recently waited over 25 minutes in a curbside spot to receive my food, only to call and find out that their drink machine was down. I was able to be refunded, but the food quality has been low the last 2 times prior (when I actually got food). The fries weren't good and the drinks watery, to say the least. Overall, I wouldn't personally recommend visiting this McDonalds. read more

Attempted to order in app for curbside... app said to go inside, doors locked. Hubby canceled the curbside order as it didn't appear to be functional at this restaurant. So into the super long drive thru. One of the drive thru speakers closed, so only one lane open. this was the biggest part of the delay. 20+ min just to place an order. We moved up to the window after about 3 more minutes. Food ready at the pickup window. Order correct as ordered, and, food hot and McDonalds tasty. All in all the disappointing experience was the super long wait in the drive thru line. read more

Update 8/2/20: I placed and Mobile order and Visited the store to pickup. Parked in the mobile spot. My credit card was charged and I received a receipt via email. My food never came. I called the number listed and there was no answer and no option for message. I went through the drive through to ask what happened and theres a paper saying the restaurant is closed due to low staff. I now have no food and my credit card was charged. I am furious as this location is regularly a disappointment. Looking forward to my refund. Absolutely horrible service. Used to be accurate and fast! It is no longer. Spent 15 minutes figuring out how to complain online only to have weeks go by with no response. Finally got a voicemail with an apology. But no offer to make the wrong order right, to refund my order or even a discount to come back. What an easy way to eat healthier! I can't even give this location a star but I have to in order to post a review. PATHETIC is the best I can do. Never in my life have I experienced service so bad. From the wait to place an order (it took serval attempts to order 2 kids meals and 2 hot chocolates) then 15-20 minutes we received our order . Only 2 cars on line. Horrible location. They turned on the "we are closed" recording through the speaker 20 mins before closed but once we sat there we were helped ( rudely). The woman rang our order up wrong and we got yelled at that it was our fault and they would not rectify the mistake. I don't now what the food rules are in Michigan exactly, but I know a lot of "fast food" places are going to great extreme to make sure their food is safe due to this SARS-2/COVID-19 outbreak. This McDonald's employees wear no face masks, no gloves, it's dirty, the staff are unprofessional, and the food always takes forever and it is always cold. Literally the worst McD in GR!! If I was able to take stars away I would. They are always slow beyond slow. Managers on cell phones tossing bags out windows. I had an app order today and no one came to driv-thru speaker. Drove to 1st window and watched 3 employees and at least 1 manager walk by. Pulled to next window and knocked a couple times and after about 5 min they tried to give me someone else's order. Then waited another 5 for them to make 2 coffees. Total time for 2 coffees was almost 20 min. They should consider a manager refresh. read more
