This was the weirdest experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. It didn't open until 8:00 am which I thought was weird but it got worse. I was only 5 minutes early but still decided to go through the 24 hour drive through. It was closed as well! I waited until 8:05 as other cars backed up behind me. I decided to cut my losses and try another down the highway. The dining room was closed but the drive through was open. Very disappointIng experience on a Sunday morning. Ordered in for table service, waited 15 minutes for food, with an empty lobby. Worker arguing in the back, dropping f bombs. Heard someone tell her that she should watch her language, that customers could hear her. When food arrived, we were missing items and some food was cold. Manager or supervisor brought out our food and was very apologetic and accommodating, which was definitely helpful. read more

The order was taken at 8:36, and we finally made it to the window at 8:53, and food at 8:58. The staff was courteous. The order was correct when received but not taken correctly at the intercom. It's clear the manager of this location did not properly staff for Thanksgiving eve as travels are looking for a snack or meal en route to and from their family destinations. I ordered on the app for curbside pickup and waited 45 minutes in my spot with four other customers. The lobby was closed so no one answered the door and the drive thru line wrapped around the building oh and the phone was off the hook. If your going to ignore your mobile customers then maybe you should disable so that people don't have this kind of experience. We needed a quickie dinner somewhere close to our hotel, so McDonald's it was. Service was the least friendly I've ever encountered at a McDonald's: the cashier was totally monotone and disinterested while taking our order. We had to wait for drink cups. As we waited for our order, ticket in hand, it was just plopped down onto the counter. My mom says, "Is this #275?" and we didn't get a response. Seriously? The guy couldn't muster a "Yes" or "No." They weren't busy; there was one order in addition to ours. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Little did I know it's apparently changed?! So again today, my wife goes to their drive through & we're missing a hash brown and one of our sandwiches. Of course we don't realize it till we are sitting in our living room about to eat. I asked for a small allegory change on my Sausage Egg Mcmuffin (no cheese) and they gave me a sausage biscuit with cheese on it. When I asked for an allergen change the front lady looked at me as if I had three heads. They gave me three hash browns instead of one which wasn't bad. Very poorly managed. The lobby was closed at 6 pm because they were understaffed. Our order was incorrect when we did use the drive through.

Received our food and our daughter was half finished with her cheeseburger and noticed a hair embedded on the edge of the cheese. Threw it out, completely disgusted. My husband, 30 seconds later, finds not one but TWO hairs on a fry he pulls out of the box. Totally unacceptable and disgusting! If I could give no stars, I would! read more

Worst McDonalds ever. I gave it several tries, long waits and lots of mistakes. One time I was asked to pull up waiting for an Egg McMuffin, after 20minutes I got it, looked terrible, could tell it was sitting under the heat lamp for 20 minutes. Walked back inside to get another one, that one had no cheese, so we got the third try. Last time I was in the drive though and ordered a Filet of Fish meal and was told sorry, only breakfast till 11:00. It was 10:57, they make it hard to leave the drive through due to the curb they try to trap you with, drove over it anyways. Had enough of stupidity. read more
