It took me 28 minutes from order to food (I did not track the several minutes I sat before I ordered but 2 cars left). I ordered a BEC biscuit - cheese and a Diet Coke. I got a BEC BAGEL w/ that sauce, no cheese so they got that right, and a Dr Pepper. I had to go in to trade out my pop & the employee legit argued that she DID give me a Diet Coke . Employees were stretched thin, very slow, inaccurate, and not one employee was remotely pleasant. This is sadly a regular experience, not an isolated experience and given the service has been sub-par for years I blame the owners of this franchise. This McDonald's always has issues. They're open and closed randomly and seem to be having tech issues all the time. I'm not really blaming the workers but most McDonald's seem to have staffing issues and seem to be staying open as much as they can but they really need to find some way to let guests know this without having to wait in line and wonder if they're going get waited on or just sent away.
