I got a BEC BAGEL w/ that sauce, no cheese so they got that right, and a Dr Pepper. I had to go in to trade out my pop & the employee legit argued that she DID give me a Diet Coke . Employees were stretched thin, very slow, inaccurate, and not one employee was remotely pleasant. This McDonald's always has issues. They're open and closed randomly and seem to be having tech issues all the time. I'm not really blaming the workers but most McDonald's seem to have staffing issues and seem to be staying open as much as they can but they really need to find some way to let guests know this without having to wait in line and wonder if they're going get waited on or just sent away. My husband's Big Mac was RAW on the inside. I called to speak to a manager to let them know that it was raw and ask if the evening temperature test was done. (I used to be an assistant store manager) The manager on duty would not answer my question and told me if I wanted a refund I had to call corporate.
