Man, this location has really disappointed me and I won't be back. I did a mobile order with curbside pickup. I pulled in, entered my parking number, then got a notification that my order has been cancelled and I would get a refund. Well, that refund never came. I have contacted customer service several times and nothing has happened. They say the refund has to come from the store, and it never does. It has been a month. This review isn't so much for the restaurant itself as for my recent experience with the test product, the McPlant. All in all, not a bad burger! It is nicely topped with condiments - maybe a little heavy for some; I got mine without mayonnaise. The Beyond Meat is very, very close to passing for the famous Mickey D's meat flavor. I just can't with Beyond Meat beef, though - there is always a funny aftertaste for me and a sour stomach afterwards. This burger eliminates most of that taste for me, but it is still there some. But for a good burger from Mickey D's, this passes muster. The benefit of it being a test product is that you always will get one made fresh. read more

This has to be one of the most terrible locations in the DFW area, staff were not polite as if customers were an inconvenience. Were very reluctant to clean a table when we requested a table to be cleaned...as if we were asking them to eat in the cooking area. We're not friendly and did not want to communicate when we approached the counter or when we said thank you. We know it's a tough and demanding job but they would not communicate or be polite. The manager was very apologetic but she could not do anything, the employees just shrugged her off. We explained there is no specific skill needed to be polite and courteous. read more

We get to the second window where we sit with zero interaction for another 10 minutes before she comes over snatches the card out of my hand & flings the drink out the window. We sit another 10 minutes. Finally, the food comes- there's no sweet & sour, the cheese burger was hard & cold. The only good thing to be said was the fries were hot. No thank you. No manners AT ALL. Save yourself a headache & a waste of money. It's clear that these people couldn't care less about their job, the customers or the service/quality (or lack there of) of product they're providing. Young Lady Working cash register today, There was confusion right when I walked in. Refunds are still a thing look in your tool kit. Terrible service. My husband and I have been to this location many times. More often than not, we have left before even finishing placing out order. They are consistently out of menu items, drinks, and never once has their ice cream machine worked on top of their terrible customer service and lack of quality management.
