I ordered tomatoes to be put on my spicy mcchickens, I got 2. There was absolutely no tomatoes. Also they were just fucking off in the drive through. Idk who manages that place but it's trash. I also ordered 2 bacon McDoubles to have no mustard, ketchup, pickles, or onions. They have everything on it. One of my bacon McDoubles has no bacon. Complete trash ass people lmao. Pathetic! Pulled up at 4:20am behind another car. Guy came on said breakfast only. No problem. The car ordered then moved to the window. I pulled up, and after 3 or 4 minutes same voice comes on and says they're closed! How rude, unprofessional and uncalled for! I work overnight close by, I've lost track of how many times I've gone at 2 or 3am and with menu and lights on been told they're closed and had to go elsewhere. This tops it all! Don't waste your time at this location. There's one in southlake just 2 more exits, go there instead. I've complained to the email posted and heard nothing in return. Really wanted to try the new BBQ Bacon Burger but was told we could not receive it as the associate currently on didn't know how to make it! The food we did get came out correct but this was a letdown after seeing through advertisement all over the order screen. read more

As I drive up to pay, the attendant, asked her manager out loud about it as she said, " people have been asking about that ". Vocabulary does not include "thank you" or "sorry for the wait". Forgot the salt and pepper I requested. I got a double cheeseburger for lunch, and a couple hours later I'm feeling ill, and have thrown up. I thought the sandwich tasted kinda funky, and I'm thinking the onions were not good. Side note, the fries I got were cold and not crispy. I called the store to let them know they should check their onions, and was told they make the double cheeseburgers fresh every day. I wish I could be 100% certain but the timing of my sickness is too coincidental. I wanted to add this comment in case others had experienced the same. read more

Where to start.....wanted cookies but not the old and cold ones in the box. 15 min later and I'm still waiting for "fresh baked cookies" lol.....tried the new advance ordering system in the front of the store but when I ordered a fudge sundae it only took 10 min to tell me they didn't have any. $2.69 cents later I'm without sundae. Took a group of high school girls here before our Six Flags trip. The store was clean and the service was great. The girls were able to get in and get their food quickly. If in the area, we'd definitely recommend this McDs again. read more

This McDonald's is also a gas station and it gets a lot of customers from the highway, not a community McDonald's with a nice neighborhood feel. More of a commercial area. Restrooms are filthy as a typical gas station. read more

I don't know who is running this facility but it is absolutely terrible. I can't always speak for the food but apparently 7 out of the 10 times I have gone there over the last month their frappuccino machine is not working. That is the only thing that I get in the mornings so I end up leaving the line and driving off. I have even tried to call ahead to find out if it is working that day but no one ever answers.  It's a wast of time and bad advertisement if you can't keep up with what you are "supposed" to be offering your clients. I am extremely disappointed in this location and how things are being handled. I dare you to go in and ask for a frappuccino.... chances are you will be left standing there with a deer in the headlights look on their face. read more

This place is ridiculous. After repeating myself 3 times at drive thru that I wanted a sausage biscuit and hash brown, they still didn't add the hash brown. They then asked me to pull up to the drive thru wait line for all of my order. Order was brought out by someone walking the pace of a turtle. No oomph at all. I checked my bag and hash brown and apple slices were missing. The guy comes back, walking slowly again and wiping the sweat from his forehead with just the apple slices and tells me that I have to wait for the hash brown and they charged me for it too. The worst McDonald's I have ever been to, three different occasions they had no soda machine working and then uncharged me for water! I filed a complaint to management and never even heard back from them as well. Many other fast food chains in the surrounding area would highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

This morning was the last straw. I waited in line for 10 mins, I decided to drive up to pay window no one was there. I've visited this store several times, twice in the past week. Each visit has been top notch, in my opinion. The employees are professional and friendly. You don't always get that level of service at a fast food restaurant. Also, the food is fresh and I feel that McDonald's food has really improved. And you can't go wrong with their French fries! The morning manager had a terrible attitude. Handed me my order, without coffee. I asked for my coffee, and she asked what I ordered. Well duh it's on your machine did you not look? And then when I bit into my egg mcmuffin, the middle of the egg was GREEN. She wasn't happy when I took the back and asked her for a new one with a fresh egg. a few days ago i went here to get lunch on my break and the managers and staff couldn't be bothered to ask me why im standing at the counter holding my fries for 5 minutes, i got them out of my bag after they gave them to me and they were look warm and mushy, the nuggets tasted very old and extremely dry, i would have gotten a refund had i not been in a hurry. do not visit this McDonalds, if you want chicken there's a chicken express close and if you want a burger, go to in-n-out or Whataburger. this franchise location is definitely one to avoid. read more

I visited the Mc Donald's location today, I ordered a ice cream cone and a strawberry pie, i went through the drive through, I was served a melted ice cream cone and a cold pie. I asked if they cold please give me a hot pie and a ice cream that wasn't melted. They gave me a better ice cream but put the strawberry pie in the microwave, so when I attempted to open it the filing was all gushed out of the pie inside the box. I had to go inside and I politely asked for another pie. An employee named Celeste came from behind the counter giving me a real evil look in my eye as if I done something wrong. And she got behind me and began talking about me to her fellow employee's in which I over heard and tried to ignore.She began laughing and making fun of the situation very unprofessional. I was handed another cold pie by the manager who was very rude and nonchalant his name was Joseph. I said to Joseph are you a manager. He answered in a snotty voice yes I'am we all are. I said the lady behind me is making me feel very uncomfortable I hear her talking about me as if I done something wrong. I'm a customer and have the right to correct my order. She begin mouthing off to me saying what what you can just leave the store if you don't like it. I said to the manager Joseph do you hear how she is speaking to me. Joseph response was she's right you can leave your rude and we are going to call the Grapevine police if you don't leave.
